i had panan ha pick me up from the airport and take me to my hotel, which was handled very well and professionally. The vehicle was new and clean and just what i wanted for my luxury vacation. It was when i was supposed to take a day excursion to XelHa and the transportation fell through, i did really want to go but could not find transport via any company or even find a rental car to drive myself. This is when i called panan Ha to see what they could do. Leo was fast and courteous in finding me a vehicle and driver within 30 mins of my text to him and had a car at my hotel 20 mins later. WOW now thats what you call service!! and on top of that he charged me a very nominal rate. Furthermore my driver who brought us back from the hotel his name was HAUS and all i can tell you is ask for him to drive you as he is truly one of the most fun and interesting people you will meet. Good job to all, you are my drivers whenever i visit Cancun

I would love to give this company a great review. When I was able to reach a person Nexi and Miguel, they were very pleasant, and Mike my driver super pleasant., BUT... that is where the good news ends. My wife and daughters traveled to Cancun for a girls holiday, so never having traveled to their chosen resort, I took a quick trip down two hours before their arrival. Granted my needs were multiple, my round to the Resort, upon my arrival picking up two at one terminal and a third at another one, then another daughter arriving the next night requiring a one way, then three days later two one ways from the resort to the airport. So not just a one way straight forward run. However, I literally spend two weeks trying to get them to understand what I wanted, after maybe 12 separate emails and numerous telephone calls, the answer was always yes sir no problem, then no one had any idea what I needed and the vouchers they sent me were incorrect. I should have trusted my gut, and as such, I had one daughter standing in a terminal for over an hour as our driver headed to the resort without her., I said Ike are headed to the terminal correct? Oh yes yes , but we were headed to the Resort., I eventually used google translate and he looked at me like “What someone else is back there”. I will never use them again. They may be fine if you speak Spanish, but if you don’t STAY AWAY!!!!, I wanted everything to be pain free and safe for my girls, and this company made their first hours hell.

We wanted to book private transportation to our resort in Playa Mujeres. We found Panan Ha to be less expensive for a private car and decide to give them a try. We booked online without payment and they called and confirmed the day before. They were waiting when we arrived. The only problem was that their credit card terminal was not working and we had to pay cash. We only paid one way and paid the remainder on the return. The car was a Cadillac Escalade probably about 3 or four years od but it was clean, cool and comfortable. If you want a nice newer car and not a van, give them a try. If you want brand new and bout a 35% higher price, look elsewhere.

My family of 9 just returned from an outstanding trip to Cancun. Prior to the trip, I booked Pananha because of the excellent reviews and price. We got a Mercedes Sprinter to have extra room and the price was so reasonable. They communicated with me ahead of time on whats app after I called and spoke with the owner who answered every question I had kindly and professionally. Upon arrival, a clearly visible sign with my last name on it was there. My group was escorted by a kind gentleman directly to our beautiful clean Mercedes van with seats like on a luxury bus and a flat screen TV. Our driver quickly loaded our luggage. They accommodated my mother by getting a step stool to make it easier for her to get in the vehicle. Upon entering the cool and clean van, our driver, Heriberto Amoros Oregel, gave each of us a cold bottle of water. He is bilingual and talked to us during the ride to the Hyatt Ziva (amazing place by the way). After a smooth ride, he helped us exit and reminded me to double check to make sure nothing was left on the van. He was so professional and pleasant. I communicated by text on what’s app and the driver arrived early and waited for us on our return to the airport. We were waiting for a few pictures to be delivered and Heriberto politely waited and loaded up the van. His return drive to the airport was safe and he was extremely kind to us once again. We will ALWAYS use this company when we return to Cancun. They are amazing.

We scheduled 8 trips with them to pick up and drop off guests from our wedding to and from the airport. Their service was exceptional and the price was fair. Their price was much cheaper than what the company at our resort offered. Miguel did a wonderful job helping me organize, cross-checking the flight information, and personally contacting the travelers ahead of time. The shuttles were on time and everyone complimented their service. I would highly recommend this company for transportation.

Best transportation services in Cancun... We we're greeted at the airport with cool washcloths and cold water. We got to the airport early enough to check in and have breakfast. Would definitely recommend them.

We had a short trip to Cancun and decided to book our own transportation rather than take the free shuttle to the hotels as they sometimes stop at three. We pad $70 for round trip in a Suburban. They were in constant contact via email and text. after arriving they told us exactly where to go. There was a young man waiting with a sign and our name on it along with water and a towel. We actually had an upgrade to an escalade platinum. on the day before we left, they sent emails and texts asking for what time to arrive at the resort. they were there early in a sparkling suburban and gave us a short ride to the airport. i will definitely work with them again.
