Viator should do a better job vetting the company's they promote. We only trust them because the advertise them. Many of these companies are unsavory to say the least.

Bought their service on Expedia. I had a missed connection in Miami which made me land in Cancun about 2 hours later than scheduled They left me stranded at Cancun airport, saying it was a no-show, without any refunds , and they did not give me any contact information so I could let them know I was delayed. Stay away, they are scammers and will steal your money with out providing their service.

I made a mistake on my return date with my correct flight information but incorrect date. I have tried calling their phone number listed on the confirmation +1 (844) 271-8132 many times with no success the phone rings non stop. Upon arriving at the airport, who ever the vendor was did not have sign up nor did I know which company was picking us up. It end up being a company named shuttle central that no one knew about it or had their sign up. It took us over 25 mins walking around the outside the airport to find them. Now 3 days before my departure the second vendor contacted me to confirm I did not have a round trip schedule! The rep request to meet me at our hotel, they had a side table at the hotel Paradisus who informed me he would change my date and we schedule a pick up time. A day later He sent me a message via WhatsApp to report they could not change the date without a fee. This is absurd!

My guide was with Aldo. I went with my family and I can’t believe how amazing the tour was. Also was very informative on the entire tour. He helped us learn not only about the culture, but made the experience feel very authentic and personal. I had a great time, and it’s an experience I don’t think we’ll ever forget. I don’t think the experience would have been this beautiful if Aldo was not our guide. He’s amazing. He needs recognition because he really was amazing!

I bought this tour from the hotel concierge for $55 US. The same tour was offered to me by a adventure tour vendor on the street for $50. granted neither one of these tours offered a vegan meal but I don't think that a vegan meal is worth $350 extra buy your own vegan meal and bring it with you you can spend $100 on your vegan backpack lunch and another $50 on the backpack and still save $200.

Great trip and service. Even with are arrival was delayed and customs was backed up, our driver was there to meet us. Will use the service again.

I wanted to thank Smart Tourism Mexico for the time we had with you on our recent trip to Riviera Maya (which went PERFECTLY – you guys did a fantastic job, start to finish, and Barsi’s attention was excellent… things really worked out well all around) We all came back tired, but very enthusiastic about the tour to Chichen Itza, the country, the properties and your attention while on our trip. Personally, I appreciate the transfer from the Airport to our resort, THANK you so much for taking such a good care of me and my family. Thanks to all of your hard work, your passion and your valuable time, we all made happy new memories so please know how grateful I am for all you have done to assist us on this year vacation time… I truly appreciate it, couldn't have made a better decision!!
