          Poor Scheduling and Customer Service
          They scheduled the return trip to the airport way too early. The Cancun airport policy is to not check in bags before 3.5 hours before departure. They obviously know this, but did not inform us of this. Because we were picked up from our resort so early we had to wait in the check-in area, where there are no chairs, for an hour before we could even check in our bags. This was not appreciated. When I contacted their customer service they were dismissive, evasive, and unhelpful. I would not recommend this company.

          Overall Very Good!
          Our flight arrived late and no one was waiting for us when we landed, which was annoying. When we found the staff, they said that we had to wait because we had not informed them that our flight was going to be late, which was even more annoying. You would think that because we had provided our flight number as part of our reservation, the company would have known that we were going to be late and planned accordingly. They made up for it, however, with a beautiful SUV with Marc Antonio driving.

          Travicons for your airport/resort transport
          Private round trip airport transfer with Travicons is the best! Our arrival date changed by one day due to the hurricane. There was not problem with changing our pick up, they were very accommodating. William picked us up at the airport to take us to our resort. He was there to greet us as we walked out of the airport. We had champagne waiting for us and we were able to enjoy it on our ride to the resort. Bernardo was our driver on our return from the resort to the airport. Again, he was on time, very pleasant. The drivers also make sure we are comfortable, temperature wise, on our ride. The vehicles are comfortable, spacious. The entire process is seamless. Contact Travicons!

          DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY TRANSFERS
          We booked a return trip to and from Cancun airport to our hotel. Leaving the airport, there were about 15 staff huddled around not attending to their customers. We had to wait about 20 minutes after letting the staff (Manuel) know that we were heading to our resort - about 15 minutes more than anyone else on our flight. Then for the return trip, the driver did not show up. We waited at the hotel for 15 minutes beyond the pick up time. Finally we had to go to the front desk to request a taxi (costing my family an additional $87 USD). MTS is refusing to refund us via the travel agent. MTS gave our family a concierge, Fausto, who confirmed our pick up from the hotel - but then never picked up or texted when the driver did not show up. NEVER EVER USE MTS

          Complete rip off! We booked two expensive excursions in advance at the Krystal Cancun hotel. First one was a Jeep adventure in Cozumel and the other was a luxury sailing tour. I was denied access due to having foot surgery less than 6 months ago. They did not mention this rule during the booking. It was $780.00! They refuse to refund my money. I wasn’t aloud to attend either of the trips but they are keeping my money!!! Unacceptable! This company is a rip off and they’re just out to scam tourists out of their hard earned dollars.

          The absolute worst shuttle company we have ever dealt with! Communication is nonexistent prior to arrival and upon returning back to airport. They wanted to pick me up 5hrs prior to my return flight, (hotel was 45mins away). When I called to express my disappointment with all issues, I was hung up on and when I called to complain, was told to go online. We ended up paying extra to return to airport and allowing our little ones to sleep for 3hrs more. Upon returning home, I filed a complaint online, they responded once telling me they did nothing wrong and stopped all communication after that. Book at your own risk!! They have zero customer service skills, they do not care to make things right once they have your money.

          LEFT STRANDED AT THE AIRPORT
          We confirmed with MEXICO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS via email that an employee will be waiting outside the doors to pick us up to the hotel. I even followed up during the flights and confirmed no delays to an employee (Marcus). We arrived at 9pm, it was rainy, airport had minimal people and our ride was not there. I emailed Marcus and no response. I called the number and no answer. We even reached out to the hotel to help us with contacting them. Hotel employee was placed on a hold for over 10 minutes and had to end the call. A bystander also offered to call as we were still trying and finally got in contact with Roberto. Roberto confirmed that they had a van at terminal 2 picking up other passengers so we shared we are at terminal 4 and can wait for the van. He stated that there was no more room in the van for us and he could try to arrange transportation for us in about 2-3hours.😳. We started our traveling at 3:30am. We pleaded with him to please get us a ride or a guarantee of some sort and he must have been frustrated and ended the call. We got different transportation and paid additional costs and contacted Expedia on the ride there. Interacted with the Expedia employee for a bit before losing reception (long remote drive to the hotel). We contacted Expedia the next day and they contacted this travel company who said we should not have gone outside the airport and instead should have gone to the service desk. This was the only mention of a service desk and how would anyone know? And through out the day, we were receiving messages on WhatsApp from this company offering excursions like they did not leave us stranded. They told Expedia that we did not show up at the airport but we made it to the hotel. I would NOT recommend this MEXICO TRAVEL SOLUTIONS to anyone for your safety and reliability. Book your transportation through the hotel for peace of mind. Reserve at your own risk with the understanding that you are not guaranteed a pick up/drop off or both.

          No Customer Service
          The pick up went well, however there is no commination after the drop regarding pick up time. No email no call from them, the customer service is terrible. I made several calls sent an emails with no response. I finally was able to call in the day of my departure date to learn I was going to be picked up a few hours later. I worked with Amstar that answered my call and I was able to reschedule my daughters pick. Moving forward I would use Amstar, they tell you what time they will be picking you up.

          Great service!
          Our resort recommended their services to us to use for airport transportation as well as excursions to do while we stayed in Mexico. The shuttle from the airport was pre arranged via email with Jessica Escorza and she was wonderful, quick and responsive! She had also helped us book a luxury catamaran tour of Isla Mujeres! We finally met her in person at the MTS counter in our hotel and was able to book us a last minute tour to Rio Secreto to see the Cenotes as well! Absolutely fantastic service provided by her and i highly recommend you speak with her if you stay at Krystal Grand Cancun.

          Terrible
          Upon arrival our transportation was late 40 mins with a van. Upon our departure from the resort the transportation was late 30mins and sent a small sedan not a van. Our luggage was a tight fit. Recommend booking a different company. There are better ones. This company we booked via Expedia do not use. We will not be using again.

          Absolutely terrible experience. They selling private VAN transportation, but instead using a sedan. Driver was late to pick up us from Airport and never showed up in our resort for pick up is back to the Airport. They refused communicate with us an all and just simply hand up. Try stay away from this company if you would like have a good vacation and be on time for your fly back home.

          Fun boat adventure with great pictures of the water!
          My husband and I tried this hour tour and we really enjoyed it! The staff was very nice, specially Lalo the main guy who was friendly, provided great information, and he is the best photographer guide ever! The took us to spots in the water to be able to see the bottom of the ocean. I do recommend it, it was fun. I just wish there was a longer version of that.

          Mexico Travel Solutions is a total scam! And don't be fooled, they go by other names that all fall within the same umbrella: SuperShuttle Express, Speedy Shuttle, and who knows how many others. If at any point in the booking you see the name Mexico Travel Solutions or MTS, stay away. We booked two separate pick-ups for our group since we were coming from two separate locations. The pickup for my parents never arrived. The airport staff even drove them around to the different terminals to see if they'd maybe gone to pick them up at a different one. None of the numbers we had for them worked so they were impossible to reach. Our resort even said they are notorious for not answering calls from foreign numbers. My parents had to pay $120 for a taxi, which MTS refused to refund. For the return trip to the airport, I made sure to call ahead (from the resort phone) and make sure they were going to pick us up. I explained what happened upon arrival and they didn't even apologize, they just said they'd be there to pick us up the next day at 7am, to be at the hotel entrance by 6:50am. When they hadn't shown up again by 7:40am, we were forced to once again call a taxi. They said we would be getting reimbursement, but when Expedia tried to reach out to them for confirmation, they never responded. All in all, terrible company, terrible customer service, terrible experience. ¡Mexico Travel Solutions es una estafa! No se dejen engañar, también usan otros nombres que pertenecen a la misma compañía: SuperShuttle Express, Speedy Shuttle, y quién sabe cuántos más. Si en cualquier momento al hacer la reservación ven el nombre Mexico Travel Solutions o MTS, no lo usen. Nosotros hicimos dos reservaciones ya que nuestro grupo venía de dos ubicaciones. El transporte para mis padres nunca llegó por ellos al aeropuerto. El personal el aeropuerto hasta los llevaron a las diferentes terminales por si los estaban esperando en otra terminal, nada. No nos contestaban a ninguno de los números de teléfono que nos habían dado, era imposible comunicarse con ellos. De hecho, nuestro hotel hasta dijo que tienen fama de no contestar llamadas de números extranjeros. Mis padres tuvieron que pagar $120 por un taxi y MTS se negó a dar un reembolso. Para el viaje de regreso al aeropuerto me aseguré de llamar (desde el teléfono del hotel) para asegurarme de que nos fueran a recoger. Les expliqué lo que había sucedido con mis papás y nadie se disculpó, solo nos aseguraron que iban a estar en el hotel al siguiente día a las 7am, y nos indicaron que estuviéramos en la entrada para las 6:50am. Cuando para las 7:40am no habían llegado, tuvimos que llamar a un taxi. Dijeron que recibiríamos un reembolso, pero cuando Expedia trató de comunicarse con ellos para que lo confirmaran, nunca contestaron. En fin, una compañía terrible, una atención al cliente terrible y una experiencia terrible.

          UNPRESENTABLE COMPANY!
          Mexico Travel Solution: this company is unpresentable. I booked via expedia this transfer and they never picked up my clients from Cancun airport. After calling the company several times, they never responded and having waited 2 hours, my clients decided to take a taxi to the hotel. When I made the claim, the vendor Mexico Travel Solutions said my client was NOT SHOW! They are Liars! Do not book transfers with this company.

        Upon our arrival, we had to wait outside for approximately over 50 min for our scheduled transportation. They blamed it on traffic but GPC and Google map didn’t show any traffic!!! Then they wanted to send us with shared Van although we reserved and paid for a private van. The fun doesn’t stop there. The day before we were supposed to go back. I called 24 hours in advance to change our pick up time, and they sent me an email and had me verify new pick up time via email which I did. I also got confirmation via phone( two representatives confirmed the time with me: Luisa and Alfredo). But on the pick up date, they came way earlier than requested time and left without informing us of their departure. When I called them to ask why they came earlier than expected time and didn’t wait till we can come down, they put me on hold for 20 min and then representative said I had to wait at least 30 min before they can accommodate me with another ride but they won’t promise that they can get to me on time! I ended up having to get a taxi back to the airport after I had already paid MTS for transportation. This issue happened because not only they have internal mis-communication or better put no communication among representatives and drivers, but also they don’t honor customers requests and then blame stressed out customer for their representatives and drivers’ mistakes. To make it even more interesting, they send you a disclaimer form to fill in to technically cover their ass in case of not rendering promised quality service. ( FYI: form is only for delay in case of unexpected traffic jam or delay due to vehicle mechanical failure which our case was not falling under any of above criteria) So if you face an issue and you need to change your pick up or drop off time, forget about your money and be ready to take a risk of missing your flight! Also if you call them after misfortunate incident, they put you on hold so you completely give up on following up and claiming refund! To summarize, Don't book with this agency. just take taxi from airport or from your resort cause it is cheaper and more reliable! And don’t fall for their initial friendly calls prior to your trip, they call you thousand times to sell you additional services and packages but when it comes to resolving your issue, they give you hard time and completely ignore you!

        My wife fell at the resort and was wheelchair bound. I had originally reserved a shared ride round trip. The day before departure I called to upgrade to a private car so that my wife would be more comfortable. The reservation was for 7;30 in the morning. By 8;30 no one showed up. I called and was told they picked up the wrong person and that I would need to call a taxi. Since I had already paid I told them they should call the taxi and arrange payment. They declined. They said to send them the receipt and they would reimburse me. The taxi did not accept credit cards and the ride was $60. The driver did not have change and at this point we were late for the flight. I gave him Alex's phone number and told him to go find Alex for payment. No idea if he will ever get paid. Not my problem. Highly not recommended.

        Horrible experience. Booked shuttle service from airport to hotel and back to airport 4 days later. Upon arrival they ask for the phone number so they could call me same or next day to confirm pickup time for the return shuttle. They never did. I tried to call them 2 days prior return pickup 3 times and left a voicemail to get information. No return call. I contacted Expedia to get their attention and then i received an email next day to confirm pickup 6:50am. We were in from of the hotel 6:40am waiting until 7:10am. noone showed up and no-one called about a delay. We decided to hop an the hotel shuttle which was about to leave to the airport so we don't miss our flight. Don't book with them if you want reliable service and decent communication.

        I prepaid for a private van transfer from the hotel to the airport for my family. The driver never came, nor did they call to inform me of anything. After waiting half an hour, the bellman recommended to get a taxi and avoid missing my flight. I used them in the past, but never again.

        We had terrible experince with this company. I confirmed the pickup from the hotel to the airport a day before so there wouldnt be any issues. On the day of the pickup, they were over one hour late which casued us to miss our flight. We were forced to book another flight and are out $1000 due to their negligence. They refused any responsibility. I do not recommend this company by any means.

        We had excellent service by Expedia Representative Julio Rivera. He were picked up from the airport at the time that we arrived.Then dropp off to the hotel safe and fast. Julio Rivera was the best representative, he checked on us on everything not only with services but also with recomandations. It was our first time in Cancun and we got the best experience thanks to Julio.

        Julio Cesar Rivera he was our representative from Mexico Travel Solution by Expedia.
        He assisted us with airport transportation and also he has many deals for your travel in Mexico.
        He every time ready to ask your questions and it was really helpful.
        We forgot our covid tests at the hotel. We were at the airport at that moment, and he figure it out for 5 minutes and we got our tests. We really appreciated! That was a great experience. You going to the vacation and you don't have to worry about anything. Julio Cesar will do your vacation more comfortable.

        Gerardo Ortiz BEST SERVICE EVER!! This is the first time I have given 5 stars and if I could I would give Gerardo Ortiz at Expedia 10 stars!! Gerardo went above and beyond to give us the BEST excursion by arranging our group of 6 a private 4 hour catamaran sailing, snorkeling and booze cruise. Within minutes of explaining our vision of fun to him, Gerardo Ortiz whipped our request together and had our transportation and boat ready to go for the next morning. This was a last minute decision and Gerardo came through with a great private catamaran sailing and snorkeling experience. The boat Aqua Lite and it’s crew were fantastic ! Alex our “fun guy” even personally delivered/floated out our drinks rum punch and beers to us in the water. This experience , set up by Gerardo, was the highlight of our trip. Gerardo also set up our private van for a fantastic price and had us at the airport on time with no stress involved. His service, communication and text checkins were above 5 star and if you ever get the chance to work with him (Riu) you are in great hands!! We have been to Cancun many times and done lots of tours/excursions and worked with many helpers, but Gerardo Ortiz went above and beyond again when he stepped in to help my adult son and his girlfriend get in touch w/“another service company” (not Expedia) who had booked them a tour and then had been onsite for over 3 days. They couldn’t find their contact guy and needed to cancel an excursion so Gerardo Ortiz (again did NOT work with the other company) stepped in when he heard their issues and made phone calls on their behalf to help get their contact guy to our hotel-this all worked out thanks to Gerardo. Gerardo Ortiz thank you for a great experience and the personal service…..you are 10 stars in my book!

        I have purchased transfer from Majestic elegance resort in playa mujeres to Cancun airport on 06/01/2023 .Through Expedia. Mexico Travel Solutions send me email to confirm pick up time at 1pm. Transportation never came, we called MTS multiple time, resort called them, they never answered the phone, never came. After waiting 30 min,
        Hotel advice to take the maxi because we can miss the flight and we did. When we came back home we contacted Expedia, they called MTS and they declined refund.
        No apology, no money back. Luckily we did not miss the flight/it was delayed 1hour/.
        We use MTS before, did not have problems in the past but this time it was horrible.
        MTS do not answer the phone or reply emails in timely manner and Expedia do not stay behind. Do not use transfer services offer by Mexico Travel Solution or you can miss your flight.
