You will be truly dissapointed when you get there after hours driving from Merida, Cancun or whenever you get there from, the truth is the pink water are square ponds that the the company that industrializes salt made for pink salt, there is not a beach there, once you get close by a bunch of men in motorcycles tells you you have to go with them paying 350 pesos per person and they walk you in front of the pink ponds 😳 a walk you can do by yourself, they are a union so you can’t go to the beach which is across those square ponds! Not worth it at all!

Amazing tour, packed full of activities the whole day. Tour guide was witty and pleasant and made sure everyone knew where to go and where to be at what times. Loved that they picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel. Was closer to a 14 hour day then 10 hours.

It was my second tour with the MycancunTour. The first few years ago was very good. This time on 14th.03.2024 the trip to Tulum, Coba...was terrible. We were taken at 6.40 from our hotel, transferem to Cancun and waited for the bus. The trip to Tulum should 90 minute as program said. We got to Tulum at 12.00!! Rest of the trip We spent in a hurry. There were 2 groups. English and Spanish. So the tourist guide in Tulum said almost nothing and he offered us a 40 minute free time. We learned nothing!! Visiting Coba? We were told. Just go and see... No historical info... The most of the day we spent in the bus and running in effort to see anything. Totally lack of organization. Lost money

This experience was absolutely horrible. We paid $125 per person for a catamaran cruise. The catamaran was canceled due to weather. Understandable for sure! But, we didn't know until we have already bussed 1 hour to Cancun that the excursion was canceled. They gave us options. But, we had to make a decision without truly understanding what was included. We got no drinks, food or adventure included with that $125. If we would have had some sort of notification that the cruise had been canceled, we would have made other arrangements. It was a huge disappointment and I will be contacting TripAdvisor about our "excursion"

We did the Isla Mujeres with lunch & hotel pick up tour. The advertising and website are very misleading. The boat was very large with a lot of people. (It would have been nice to have the max number of people allowed put on the website, as this would have affected our decision to book with this company). They state the guides are bilingual, however, the English was very limited. It seemed 3-4 sentences in Spanish to one sentence in English, and the English was very difficult to understand. Thus, the communication was not clear as to instructions, etc. They advertise lunch at the "beach club" and then tour the Island. They took us to the Island BEFORE lunch so everyone was starving by the time we actually got to the lunch. They did not tell us we needed an ID to rent a golf cart on the island. The "beach club" was not the beach club as expected, but was actually a "Dolphin Discovery", which they pushed for us to buy (extra) the entire time we were on the boat. The lunch at the Dolphin Discovery was ok. The open bar and area to relax were nice. Overall, we were quite disappointed with this tour and would not use this company again.

Tulum, Coba, cenotes swim, Chococacao Maya making chocolate, honey & soap. Family of 10 in a private van. Our family Our has a person with a special need, (military veteran), so we could not just go on one of the big buses with 40 people. Thus private van tour was perfect: small, safe, clean, flexible and could accommodate our special need. Our tour guide, Esther, was fabulous! She was very friendly, enthusiastic about Mayan culture. Esther went the extra mile with visual props (leather painted scrolls, wooden mask), photos (of historical figures and the ruins) maps, and even her Mayan horoscope which she shared and passed around for us. Our driver, Fernando, did a great job getting us safely to all the different locations. He had good humour. Huge fan of the family who run Chococacao Maya. (Sorry, can’t remember their names) The husband showed us the stingless Mexican honey bees, let us taste the unique honey and how to make soap. He let us grind cocoa beans on his grandmother’s antique stone, assisted by his son. Meanwhile, his wife in the kitchen cooked up the tastiest mole I’ve ever had (from a secret old family recipe) The cenote at Chococacao was simply beautiful, with well maintained access steps & ramp, as well as a railing and rope for safety. The bathrooms were clean, spacious and had a (cold) shower. We purchased honey and soap. This small family venue was perfect for our veteran to enjoy the cenote without the crowds. The only improvement I would make would be if Esther could have taught us all that interesting Mayan history and culture in the van drive to Tulum, instead of in Tulum grounds. This would have given more time to wander around the ruins before we got too hot. She did the background education in the car on the way to Coba, so we had more time there. Esther was a real brave soul at Coba, continuing her tour talk despite the sudden tropical rain. It’s ok, we all dried off when the sun returned. Thank you, Esther , for the great tour. We really appreciated the insight into Mayan culture, both historical and current.

Esther was AWESOME! She was incredibly knowledgeable and very HELPFUL. We had a lovely day. Lunch was amazing too.

This tour was excellent! Make sure you bring your bathing suit because the cenotaph is spectacular as well as the rest of the tour!

Awful! As any other tour I tried to do with them. The guide hut on me and cancelled the bike tour without even asking us. The cenote was ugly and dirty. The guide barely spoke English. Don’t book with them.

They had cancelled my tour and never issued a refund. The lady of the costumer service had an awful English so when I tried to rebook it was almost impossible

Absolutely awful. The guide didn’t even look for me or shouted my name. I was right in front of the hotel and he left without me. The costumer service was absolutely awful. Kept not replying to me and I ended up waiting almost an hour for a bus that had left.

It was one of the most amazing tours Ive been on! They took us through a Mayan village where we got off for lunch and a traditional Mayan massage and shot. It was too cool to see. After we made our way to the beautiful Chichen Itza. They gave us about two hours to explore and they provided really good information about the ruins. Next, we went to the Cenote and it was exceptionally beautiful. We did not swim but it was just as great seeing it. Last, we went to the city of Valladolid. There we got to see dancing, eat Mexican dessert, and see some of the amazing culture this country has to offer! 100/100 would recommend. The three tour guides were amazing!

Angel and akash were really great. Really good tacos and information too. Could have shortened it a tad and gotten to the food quicker though.

Some people were nice but a rip off when you buy pictures from them. very expensive and they purposely tell everyone to keep the cell phone on the locker which is not at all required. so they can take pictures and have you buy pictures at a very very high price. MY RECOMMENDATION DO NOT KEEP YOUR PHONE IN THE LOCKER INSTEAD CARRY IT TO TAKE PICTURES.

The person mixes a lot of spanish with sparingly few english sentences which is hard and also incomplete. The operator didnt wait for us, when there was rain and we falled behind little with kids. even though the drive from cancun is 2 hours, the countless pickups made it 4 hours, which really stresses the tour to 14+ hours. I dont recommend this tour and operator
