That was the best jet ski tour I've ever done. The pictures and videos are very professional and very good quality for a fair price. Very good group, thank you very much ☺️

This is my second time booking with Wave Runner. We enjoyed the jet skiing and would recommend them. The guide was helpful with the beginners in our group. A must do when vacationing!

We booked at Jetpack when we stayed in Hilton. they have a booth by the pool. The promise of comfort and fun did not happen. it was a very miserable adventure. we paid $129+ for each person. The package includes a private yacht the name us Eolo that can accomodate the most 38 people. when we boarded the boat there was more than that and we were left standing. i complained because my feet would hurt when standing too long but we were ignored. the crew or the captain could have at least asked the passengers to move over to accomodate those who were standing but they did not. my day was miserable and the buffet that they promised was horrible. not much food and you cannot go back because the line never ends. i hope people won’t make a mistake booking in this company.

Excellent experience! If you’re scared the instructor will be right there to help you! There’s also a restaurant to have lunch after the jetskis!

Hector was super friendly and patiently helped us LIFT OFF! That was a blast. Definitely want to come back again. Good pictures too.

The experience was amazing. Paco did a great job of the aching us how to use the jetboard and made it very comfortable and fun. The pictures are also great.

This was my family’s first trip to Cancun and we went snorkeling with Jetpack! Ruben, Johnny, Josè and Guero took a group (11 of us) out to a shallow but beautiful reef—it was exquisite and they made us feel safe!!! We highly recommend to a family for a fun experience! We took our teenage sons—I wouldn’t recommend younger than 13 or 14.

The instructor was nice but very vocal of reminding of tipping him after. Use of personal phones or camera is not allowed simply to force customer to buy the pictures to be taken by them. I don't mind paying extra but they took a horrible pictures, blurry and not even a good shots at all. I regretted i bought those pictures, just a waste. I was able to do it like 3 or 4 ft high 3x but the woman who took the picture didn't capture it. Not recommended, just all about money.

Equipment was not spectacular but worked pretty good. Staff was good working with you to get started correctly

The jektski experience was so fun and thrilling. I recommend any adventure seeker to book this while in Cancun!

Jetpack Adventure has many different excursions to choose from, Adolfo was so very helpful and recommended The Island Adventure for me and my family. We enjoyed a yacht experience to a private island, snorkeling, lunch and much more. It's an all-day excursion so be sure to prepare yourself with lots of sunscreen and towels. I stayed at Hilton Cancún, paid $135 each for 4 individuals at the resort. My total was $536, was told I only had to pay $20 per person when I arrived at Jetpack for water activities taxes. Once, I arrived and check in I was told it’s $40 per person which included additional $20 each for transportation, I complained and ended up getting reimbursed $80. Once we arrived at the island, we were told the drink and food were included, but not advised that it was only available in the main restaurant which was a pretty good distance from the activities, pool, and beach. The free bar was cheap bottom of the barrel liquor. Drinks at the beach and pool bar was a minimum of $17 for house liquor. I am highly disappointed with my experience. Also, they only serve Jose tequila and rum, pineapple and orange juice as mixture.

Just came back from Cacun tha stay at Barcelo maya. It was unique from the time of your arrival to the departure the service from everyone is the best the cleanses of facilities room buffet restaurant the pool area all was great looking forward to go back soon.

Captain Sergio and Deckhand junior were fantastic! We went on a 6 hour boat tour that included snorkeling over an old ship wreck and a stop in Isla Mujeres! The service and attention provided by the crew was superb!
