          I only did it once
Nice to go and see but you get hounded by traders every ten feet saying they remember you because they are also your waiter at your resort and they have everything you need in their shop including good weed which they can show you inside. Only did half of fifth avenue before it became boring and annoying so got a Taxi back to the resort.

Skip the jewelry store and just go right to Playa del Carmen, spend more time explore.
The trip to the jewelry store was okay but they pressure you into buying. The tequila tasting was good , great flavours and we did purchase some to take home. Was not overly impressed with 5th ave , all the same stores and pushy salespeople. We had about 2 hours there to shop , very touristy but we did enjoy a cold drink and nachos.

          Fun, informative and amazing!!
Samuel was a wonderful guide. Full of knowledge and humor. This excursion is very long (full day) but truly amazing. Willy is a great bus driver and I felt safe the entire time!

I had the best time. It was my first time and all the ranchers were great. Fabian was a wonderful tour guide. Thank you to all of them.

Amazing Ek Balam and Cenote Secreto Maya!
Ek Balam is far less crowded than other sites. Our guides were courteous and knowledgeable. The cenote offered rappelling and zip lining which were both really fun. I enjoyed not having to wear a mandatory life jacket like we've had to at other cenotes.

          Amazing family experience!
We had a great time at this range. The horses are beautiful and staff so friendly! We really enjoyed it. We bought the pictures but do not have an email and some are missing so if one of you can reach out and maybe send missing ones we would really appreciate it!

          Good, but could be better
A long but rewarding day. We were collected from our hotel early and after collecting other passengers along the way; we headed to the Myan village & cenote. After introduction and blessing from the shamen we had time to change, shower and swim in the cenote before lunch. The cenote was so beautiful. Life jackets are mandatory & an additional cost. We also chose to hire a locker. The buffet lunch was varied and tasty. Back on the coach we then had a very brief stop in Valladolid (20 mins). Valladolid is exactly how I imagined a "typical" old town Mexico would be. We then arrived at Chichen Itza. It was very busy and a little chaotic in the ticket hall. After a little delay we entered the park and headed towards the ruins. The guide gave us information in both Spanish and English. Although informative it was a little hard to take it in and took twice as long due to having to go through both languages. This meant we had very little free time in Chichen Itza and felt rushed. Chichen Itza is meant to be the highlight of the trip so more time should be allotted to really absorb the site. We had a good day but if we were to go again we would search out a smaller group and possibly an English only guide.

          Fun shopping
Mercado 28 was fun. Bought a beautiful embroidered dress. Everyone there is selling something. You may not be able to buy from everyone but everyone is trying to make a living. Be kind.

          Great staff, boring ride
The staff was amazing. Fabian was our tour guy and Paula was helping him and they were both very friendly and informative about the jungle and the horses and ancient folklore. Plus they both spoke great English and Fabian learned our names quickly. The cowboy assistants helping them were also very nice and helped us mount and dismount the horses. However, this is just a 90 minute trail ride where you're riding nose to butt with the horses in a single line There is no trotting or galloping so if you're looking for something that's just slow walk or you've never been on a horse before, this is fine but if you're looking for something more exciting this might not be it. I personally did not get in the Cenote afterwards because it was a bit cold for me and the air wasn't that hot but most of the group got in and seemed to enjoy it.

          Nice Tour
The guide was very good and Rio Secreto was interesting. We didn’t love Tulum in the heat of the day. It was just too hot to enjoy the beauty and the ruins. Would have loved stylus first then Rio Secreto. Also the food isn’t very good at the buffet. You’re on the bus a long time after Tulum before you get dropped off at your hotel. It was a much larger group on the return to our hotel and involved several loooong stops.

          Excellent experience
My teenager daughters and I who have never riden horses before absolutely loved and enjoyed this trip. Our guide Paula was amazing, she was very informative and encouraging. My horse Tomato was so calm and gentle ( in fact all the horses were calm and well trained). We had a lovely team of cowboys escorting us. A great way to end the horse riding was to cool off in the cenote. I will definitely go horse riding again and I highly recommend this company to everyone. Drinks and snack were provided. However please check with your booking agent if your weight is going to be fine for the horses, as I'm quite heavy and our agent didn't mention this.

          Terrible
If I could give a negative rating I would! Will never book with Wisest Travel again. They put us on the wrong bus to the wrong location even after I showed the guide my confirmation (and she took a picture of it!) which clearly said we were going to swim with turtles. We were half way to Holbox before she even spoke the the group about the trip and then had to turn around to bring us back. Spent 3 hours in 3 different buses. What a total waste of our day. Please people verbally confirm with your drivers and tour guides exactly where you are going even if they look at your paperwork.

          Great adventure!
I booked this excursion for 8 people. The shuttle arrived on time and Angie and Nester were incredible guides! We drove a short way to Akumal where we geared up and swam in clear beautiful waters. We saw so much wild life! Sting rays, a wide array of fish, and of course...TURTLES!. There were probably 7 turtles that swam close enough for this to be an experience of a life time for my family. The snorkeling was a little tough on our older members (60's) but the kids all did well! The cenote was the most magical experience. The cool waters of a partially covered cave were refreshing and it was super fun to explore! If you sit still enough the fish in the cenotes will give you a free pedicure! They provided a small snack inbetween snorkeling and the cenote. It wasn't fancy but it was delicious! Last but not least, Angie was an amazing tour guide! She was knowledgeable and shared all kinds of interesting facts about the flora, fauna, and wildlife! 10 out of 10 would recommend this tour to anyone and we will definitely be booking again.
