We went for the "snorkeling for beginners/non-swimmers' and shared the boat with another couple for a morning of snorkeling. We hit up 4 different locations in 2 hours - and despite some initial apprehension and some seasickness on the boat - had a great time! Big shout out and thank you to Daisy and Emilio for exceptional service! They were incredibly helpful in making sure we felt safe and protected at all times, in somewhat choppy waters. Daisy kept a close eye on my wife with the life-ring and managed to pull her in all the directions she needed to be pulled.

We booked our trip with TUI for 2 adults and a 17 year old for £176 which were told included ATVs, zip lines, cenote and tequila tasting. Also included was lockers and lunch. Our trip from the hotel took just under an hour but unfortunately we shared our minibus with some rude Italians who took it upon themselves to turn the aircon off wrap themselves up in blankets (we are in mexico in 28-33'C heat!) and then take over the Bluetooth to the radio in the minibus to play there own awful tunes. The trip into the jungle was very bumpy but expected due to location but wouldn't be suitable for anyone with back problems etc. When we arrived we were greeted by a guide who informed us of the day (as listed above) he the proceeded to ask us for $5 for a locker which fortunately we had shown on our email but noticed others were having to pay. We were then persuaded to take ATV insurance out in case of damage/neglect for another $10 for 2 ATVs however assume this is some sort of scam to get extra money. We then sat around waiting whilst the other group took their time. The guides tried to convince us that we needed watershoes and face coverings from the shop to protect our feet and face from mud but we declined. We then went out on the ATVs which was fun but very bumpy and wet and muddy but tbf it had been raining heavy. The ATVs are easy to operate and you follow a guide around for about 40 minutes. On our return to the main area we were sat round with no clear organisation of what we were doing next and after 30 mins and noticing a group that had arrived going off to do ziplining we asked to join the group and it was clear we had been forgotten. The zip lines were so nothing too worrying and staff made sure the equipment was safe before you went down. They were also quite comical. Following this we then went into the cenote which is really just a underground cavern and small pool of freshwater which with the sunlight gives it a blue colour however I am not convinced it is not entirely been contaminated as there appeared to be oil floating in it. Also be careful of the bats that fly over your head whilst swimming round. It was however refreshing. Finally we returned back to the main area showered and had a light lunch of salsa and cheese enchiladas but unfortunately was left by both my wife and son. During lunch we were offered photos from the morning which went from 150usd to 100usd. We declined as £75 english for several photos seemed expensive for what was probably about 1 hours work. When we finished food we walked off and was asked again whether it was because of the price which then went to 30 usd for the photos but we just don't buy them and have no interest in them. I can't remember what point but a helmet was passed round asking for tips and also a card machine but left what I had on me left which wasn't a lot. We also had no tequila tasting and our coach turned up and we then left. Overall I think it was a average day out but think it's probably only worth no more than £40 each.

Our tour guide Chris was simply the best, our tour was more like a family outing. Chris was a gentleman, respectful, knowledgeable, intelligent, caring, and took us to all the culture scenes, and even after telling him it was our first time horseback riding, when we arrived at the camp he set it up so that we had a trainer steer us around, and there was a photographer that took really professional photographs, the excursion was the best. We enjoyed the experience so much, wee reserved another excursion thru him at a much lower cost.

Overall, the experience was good. It was a small group—just 7 of us—which made it more personal and enjoyable. Deisy was incredibly helpful, especially when I asked her to assist me in diving deeper while snorkeling to get a closer look at the stingrays and turtles. She consistently ensured that everyone was safe and comfortable throughout the tour. Emilio did a fantastic job as the boat captain, and I appreciated his efforts to keep the group entertained. The only downside was the lack of photos. As a solo traveler, I felt the photographer focused mainly on the groups and families, despite it being a small group of 7. I ended up with very few shots, and they weren’t the greatest. In hindsight, I should have asked him to take more photos of me—lesson learned! All in all, it was a good trip. While it wasn’t the best snorkeling spot I’ve been to, the team did a great job, and I had a positive experience. Kudos to them!

Enrique and Edwardo were both amazing! My 8 yr old daughter, husband, and I had a wonderful time. I would recommend this excursion 100% for families with young kids. It was an unforgettable experience.

Pick up was @ 3:30 pm & the email stated I had a 5 minute waiting period until the transportation would leave without me which would be at approximately 3:35pm. We arrived outside the hotel Krystal Grand at 3:20pm waiting for the bus - at 3:40pm I called the guide service because the bus had never arrived. I was told the bus had already come and gone even though they decided to leave before the actual pick up time????? 0/10 do not recommend. Driver never showed or he just didn’t wait until the actual scheduled pick up time and left early which is incredibly ridiculous. The telephone operator was incredibly rude and hung up on me when I tried to get an answer if they were going to return or refund the $120 I had paid prior. I’m almost positive the driver just never showed up though. No worries, plenty of other parasail companies that are reliable. Do not use this one. -100/10 stars. Unprofessional

Absolutely amazing! We were unsure as to which snorkelling experience to book as there were many to pick from (and because we hadn't done it before) and this one did not disappoint! We saw so many fish and 4 turtles. Our tour guide Kekay was fantastic and everyone was really friendly. They took us to 4 different snorkeling spots. We bought the photos and so pleased we did as they are amazing. Would highly recommend!

This was a fantastic trip! I was skeptical that there would not be enough time to see so many different sites, but it was perfect. We got to see 6 turtles, and the underwater museum was very cool. There was a lot of coral and tropical fish to see as well. The equipment was clean and in good condition, the tour guide was knowledgeable (Mauricio) and the captain (Riley) was great! Thank you so much for a great day!

So much fun!! Planned this for my partners birthday and it could not have been better. Our tour guide Deisy was incredible. She took great care of us and made sure we saw everything we could. Our boat captain Juan was the best. I wasn't sure what to expect from an excursion picked solely through reviews online but I wasn't let down. Will book again on our next trip to cancun.

We had an amazing time during the 3-hour snorkeling trip. We saw a wide variety of colorful fish, beautiful coral, giant starfish, plenty of huge turtles, and even a giant stingray. Daisy, Captain Juan, Charly, and the photographer were all fantastic, and we felt like we were in great hands. I highly recommend this excursion and we would definitely do it again when we come back.

The trip was amazing. Daisy was an excellent guide and Juan captained the boat expertly. They both took such excellent care of us. We had a blast. I will definitely do this excursion again next time I am in Cancun.

The entire experience from start to finish was so much fun! We had a small group with our own captain, guide, and photographer. Each stop was spectacular. We even got to see 5 turtles!! Definitely highly recommend.

The crew took excellent care of us! Transport to, and from was smooth, check in process was easy. Our guide was Quique, And from the point of gearing up until returning back, he made sure we were safe, comfortable and having fun. Our boat captain Barracuda was skilled, an expertly dropped us up current from The target location and picked us up down current, and got us safely home As a tropical storm started to roll in our photographer Ixal Took excellent photos and videos, allowing us to re-create our experience and share it with those who were unable to join. Our 11-year-old got sick from drinking too much sea water (first time snorkeling) and being on the boat, and the crew took him to shore with a quick diversion and got us back to our snorkeling trip. At all times, we were treated with courtesy, respect, empathy and a genuine desire to help us enjoy the marine ecosystem.

Daisy was our guide and did a great job keeping everyone together and safe. She made sure we had the opportunity to see several sea turtles. The photo and video package is well worth it and fun to share with family. We took our iPhone in a waterproof clear package to take photos and they don't compare to what they provided. The captain and photographer were great as well but I can't remember their names. Overall experience was unforgettable!

I had josé and Carlos as my guides. The views were amazing! They make sure beforehand your equipment works and make sure you are comfortable first. They tell you the plan before the boat moves and makes sure everyone stays together. There is also a camera man that takes photos so don’t worry too much about that! We saw some turtles and crabs near the shipwreck. 10/10 experience!
