Next, head into the jungle to find the Sac Actun cenote system, where you’ll don snorkeling gear for a swim through the cavern of Nohoch Nah Chich, with stalactites and stalagmites above and below the water. Go even farther into the forest and rappel 40 feet (12 meters) into Yaxmuul, another underground pool. Honeymoon Cruise to Isla Mujeres
The staff were absolutely Amazing! I was quite unsteady and not surefooted on the catamaran at all, but I always had a hand available to me wherever I went! When we reached Isla Mujeres, Willy and the staff made sure to prepare us for....less honest merchants, and to give us directions on the best places to see. On the way back we stopped to swim in the ocean. I am a plus-sized woman and was really uncertain about getting off the catamaran to swim, not wanting the "fat girl experience" of trying to get back on. I didn't have to worry at all! They treated me Exactly the same as every other person getting back on. Willy was so much fun, so entertaining and engaging. We had a smaller group as there was a storm a couple of hours before, so he was able to give us a more personal experience. 10/10 would recommend again!

Great staff and ride just would’ve preferred more time on the island.
Great staff and boat ride! Would’ve preferred to have more time on the island rather than a long ride back. The onboard entertainment was good but had some over served patrons on the way back. The photographer that took photos never gave us an option to access/purchase them.

        Very disappointing
I was very disappointed in our Tulum visit. I was there 25+ years ago and it was beautiful - you could go on the beach and get the view in the photo you see in the advertisements but now you can't go on the beach and the whole place was not kept up well at all - saw garbage in many places. Not only was it a long drive to get there but it was extremely hot (in July) with a ton of people there.

Overall a good time with a few hiccups
Overall this party was an amazing time. It’s pretty much like the night club minus some of the theatrics. The staff was friendly, the entertainers were fun, overall a good vibe. However, they had issues pulling up our reservations which seemed to be a common thing for trip advisor reservations. We waited at the admission window for about 30-40 mins for them to try to find our reservation. Also the actual party is from 3pm-6pm. That’s more than enough time to party but our tickets said 3pm-9pm. So we arrived a little later thinking we had more time than we actually did. It was overall a good party. I’d definitely come back with friends.

        Never Again
Don’t book this excursion. We booked this and read the details and the first thing that we saw is that there would be an additional fee if the hotel was not in the hotel zone or within their pickup area. As we were booking we typed in our hotel and there it was so we were happy and thought that we were within their pickup area. Well to our surprise we were not and were charged an additional $30 per person at the port (but I will get to that later). In addition, after booking make sure you reconfirm. This means call the local number to see what time you will be picked up. When we called we were told we’d be picked up 2.5 hours before the cruise departed. More false advertising based on what’s in the description when you book. We were picked up on time and made it to the port early. When we got there I was told I’d have to pay an additional $90 from our booking. $60 for traveling and $15 each for the port fee. I asked the guy at the pay area what forms of payment he took he said cash only. I thought that’s odd. How many people would come with $90 cash for an unexpected fee like this. So I paid him anyway and waited to get on the catamaran. As I waited more people showed up from different busses and I watched them pay. I saw them pay with credit cards. I asked one of the patrons and they told me they were going on our same excursion. So I went back up and asked for my cash back and asked to pay with my credit card. The shady guy tried to charge me a 16% credit card fee when he hadn’t charged anyone else a fee. Nevertheless we boarded the ship. The ride started off immediately bumpy as the sea was a bit wavy and it was overcast. As I looked to the West I saw a huge storm rolling in and I thought to myself we probably shouldn’t be out in this. I was right. 5 minutes later the storm was on us. I don’t think I’ve ever been as nervous in a boat before. The crew thought it was hilarious and even decided to play the Titanic song. A few minutes later they were scrambling to keep the boat upright as wind caused things from the bar to fly everywhere and hit customers with debris. 10 minutes later after seeing my life flash before my eyes the captain says we are not clear for any water activity and we have to turn around. You don’t say! They refunded the dubious travel and port fee when we returned and the company refunded the excursion cost.

Cruise and crew were awesome, but watch out for the transportation
The cruise and crew were both awesome. But the transportation and communication was horrendous. I was never told beforehand what the transportation cost would be until I went to check in and then was shocked when they told me $60. They went to the wrong hotel to pick us up so they were 20 minutes late in pickup. Then it took 2 hours to get there and one and a half hours to get back. Then on top of that they jammed us in to a van and I was actually in pain because the van was so small and crowded that you couldn't even breathe. The transportation was an absolute horrendous experience. Unless you can get there on your own for the cruise I would not recommend taking their transportation.

        Perfect end to our trip
We had such a great time, from the music, all the staff's energy, the instruments played, the views, and being able to spend time swimming at Isla Mujeres. It was the perfect end to our trip and a beautiful sunset. Make sure to have extra cash on you perhaps you want a digital copy of the pictures they take of you.

        Poor management from trip advisor
The party itself was good but spent the first 45 minutes trying to get in as trip advisor had not confirmed our ticket with coco Bongo and would not let us in until they had confirmed it on WhatsApp even though we had our tickets downloaded. It also says when you checkout that lockers are included however they were not and when we tried to buy one they had all sold out so we couldn’t get in the pool.

        Beware of Hidden Fees
We were not informed of the additional transportation fee that is separate from the cost of the trip and the dock fee. This is the last time I book anything with Trip Advisor

My friends and I had such a great time during all the activities! They made us feel safe all throughout the time and the food they gave us was delicious! We stayed in the hotel zone so it was a little bit over a hour drive, but was so worth it! They provide transportation so it a bonus and less hassle for us. 10/10 experience!!

The morning pickup at our hotel was extremely convenient and our driver and guide for the day, Jose, was awesome! We had two very different snorkeling experiences - one in a beautiful reef and another in a cenote (underground cave) - both were wonderful. We did the zip line package across 7 different zip lines - the most unique of any zip line experience we have ever had. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. They were all very welcoming to our same sex couple and we always felt comfortable. Jose was our incredible guide for the day. He was funny, extremely knowledgeable, and took great care of us. We would recommend this over and over and over again!

This was a great tour for cenotes, zip lining and a Mayan Shaman purification ceremony. Plus, it's one of the few "parks" that are completely Mexican own and supports the local Mayan community. I would definitely go again, but would book directly with the company that does this tour: alltournative.com. The price of the ticket per person through viator was $20 more per ticket, which is significant in Mexico. Also of note, is that this place is a 1 1/2 hour drive from Cancun, but only 15 minutes from Talum. I would have taken the tour that included Talum with this experience, had I known, because the cost is negligible.

They say they will pick you up at your hotel but change it via email the night before. They said they'd pick us up at 9 am but again changed it to 6 am. We were at the pick up location for an hour and a half asking every van or bus if they were it but they all said no and when they finally opened so I could call at 7 am they said the van was there at 635 and they had us down as a no show. Absolutely horrible experience do not give them your money they are trying to only let us have 70% back. Do not do it.

This is an absolute MUST! We were picked up promptly at 8:00 am and had a nice small group of 12. After a brief ride we started with rappelling into the first cenote. Our fears of this new unknown adventure were quickly put to ease by our guide César (more on him shortly) we then swam through the cave to the next point where we got to experience a Mayan ceremony led by a shaman which allowed us to see the culture firsthand. Then we did 3 zip lines to the next cenote where we snorkelled through a life enhancing experience in underground beauty. Then after 2 more zip lines were served an authentic Mexican lunch which was delicious! César then took us to Tulum to see the ruins and beach and we were back to our resort by 4:00.

This trip was made amazing by the most perfect guide I have ever met.

César you are the best at what you do. Your calming demeanour helped everyone tackle fears and your knowledge of the landscape and history of Mayan culture is top notch. I not only had the time of my life but have a greater understanding and appreciation of our natural world and ancient civilizations.

*** important to read the info pack before going. Take comfortable shoes and swim gear because you will be changing from wet to dry conditions a few times****

***Also you can only bring a GoPro with a harness attached if you want to take pictures due to safety precautions. They do take excellent pictures for you which you can purchase (we did!)***

Do yourself a favour and experience this wonder. You’ll be glad you did!

Our guide spoke perfect English (not that it mattered to us, but it seems that people value this), he was very informative, patient (with the kids that were on the tour), and funny! The food was really good. It was a fun day, just not what I was expecting. All of the activities are within a "park", and you're shuffled from one to the next. They have facilities for you to change, restrooms, etc. Everything was very clean, from the van to the facilities. There were a lot of children, I feel this is more for families, than adults seeking adventure. It was the most expensive excursion we booked, and I don't feel like it was worth what they charged.

Absolutely loved this excursion! The tour van that we were picked up in was clean, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning. Our tour guide Christian was great, fluent in English and very knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. We were picked up on time from our hotel at 7:40am and dropped off at around 3:30pm with travel times of around 1H30M from the hotel zone in Cancun to Sac Actun. Something to note is that there are actually five different ziplines that we got to go on which was a nice bonus we thought there was only three originally. A hint for those who are thinking of recording their experience with an action camera, remember to bring a chest mount for your device as selfie sticks are not permitted both hands need to be free for ziplining and rappelling and head mounts arent feasible with a helmet on for ziplining. Overall, we really enjoyed the tour with our favorite parts being the ziplining and cave pool snorkeling.
