        Best Experience!
We opted for the private tour since we were traveling with an elderly person and our tour guide was so patient and very informative. He was great and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this tour!

Our Guide Made A World of Difference!
Deigo was a fabulous guide in every way, from picking us up at our hotel, teaching us about the Virgin Mary's Miracle at Guadalupe, taking us to all the key sites, and returning us home feeling deeply moved by our experience. We cannot imagine doing the Basilica by ourselves - massive crowds, so much to see & learn - and he made our time together flow perfectly. He knows every inch of the Basilica and how to make it an unforgettable experience (even though we are not Catholic!). We are so grateful we made this small but wise investment by getting a guide (& Deigo was awesome) .

Amazing and unique tour, definitely worth it
The tour was amazing and super unique. The tour was completely private and it was super convenient because the place was so far, so we treated the huge van as a second home haha. The tour guide, Ruben, was a very good and safe driver and very chill.

Relaxing and beautiful retreat for the day!
It was a great day! I Gabriel was a great and accommodating guide. The pools were incredibly relaxing and the Mountain View was beautiful. It wasn’t very crowded, but weather was comfortable in November.

        A fun time!
This was an amazing experience. Our tour guide, Roberto, was prompt with our pickup and delivered us back to our hotel in Mexico City in a timely manner. Roberto also gave us advice in where to go in Tolantongo. He was also great company during the trip. The Tolantongo experience was well worth the travel time getting there from Mexico City. My wife and I had so much fun!

        Great tour
We enjoyed our tour! Hotel pick up and drop off was very convenient and our guide was very attentive. Our only comment was we would have enjoyed to hear more history about Mexico in general worked into the tour conversation but over all the tour was nice and focused in the park and castle at Chapultapec

The best 2.5 hour private tour of Our Lady of Guadalupe
We had Diego as our private tour guide. He made the tour. His communication was amazing. He called, texted, everything you want leading up to a tour. Even after our tour was over, Diego told us he could pick us up after my husband and I did more exploring. So kind! During the tour, he completely accommodated our tour to what we wanted: focused on Our Lady. His historic knowledge of Our Lady was wonderful and we felt very safe and taken care of with Diego. We look forward to seeing him again the next time we visit Mexico City! The total experience was life changing as well: we were able to go to Mass, adoration, pray in each church, and go numerous times on the conveyor belt to see the tilma. Everything was incredible.

Together with my family we toured Teotihuacan with Andrew and Jordi. They picked us up at our hotel, in a very comfortable transport, and brought us back in the afternoon. On the way to the pyramids we were introduced to the history of Mexico and some news about the country to date. They answered all our questions generously.

Upon arriving in Teotihuacan they took us to the museum (where I recommend bringing warm clothing) and Andrew told us about the history and culture of the people who lived there. After that we calmly toured the ruins and took photos, while Andrew told us some things with kindness and joy.

Touring the pyramids was a dream experience. I absolutely recommend it.

This was a fantastic tour a must when your in Mexico City! Our tour guide was Yordi and he was on time and provided us excellent service and very knowledgeable about the sites and historical events. Everything was smooth and worth the cost for a private tour because you get door to door service and saves you a lot of time.

Our trip to Teotihuacan was great! Our guide, Yordi, was attentive, punctual and very informative. In the three hours we spent at the archaeological site, we learned a lot. Yordi also asked us if we wanted to stop for tequila and mezcal tasting, which I really appreciated as I felt it was not imposed on us, in case we didn’t want to do it. In fact, we wanted to get some souvenirs and the tasting at a local shop allowed us to get some nice crafts and presents to bring home. Overall, I highly recommend this experience especially for tourists like us who, like us, appreciate a hassle-free experience where they can just focus on enjoying the beautiful site without having to worry about transport and other arrangements. Kudos to Yordi!

We had a wonderful time with Epic Journey (Ruben was our driver and guide for the day). It was a great trip (he picked us up at our Airbnb) and we saw the main sights at the pyramids, including the museum. Ruben made it an awesome trip (he knows a lot about Teotihuacan culture and pre-Columbian cultures in general. He took his time to explain things and we learned a lot. I would recommend Epic Journey to anyone, especially if you are hoping to have a more direct tour of the pyramids and most important elements of the culture and ruins.

This was an incredible experience. Our tour guide wasn't just knowledgeable, she was clearly passionate about sharing her knowledge. The pyramids and surrounding structures are truly incredible. Photos absolutely don't do it justice and it needs to be experienced first-hand. We asked for a slight change to the itinerary and visited the museum with murals, rather than the main Teotihuacán museum. It was a lovely, quiet little museum with fascinating murals. Our guide and driver accommodated this without hesitation. One tip--bring snacks. Some are provided, but it's a good idea to bring some extras. Overall I highly recommend this tour. We learned a ton and had a fabulous time.

This has been one of the best tours I’ve ever taken! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We chose a 7am pick up time (on a Wednesday) which ended up being the perfect choice. Traffic was light and the archeological site was pretty empty. We were able to get great photos of the pyramids and views with no people in sight.

Our guide, Oscar, gave us the history of the land on the drive over and gave more info as we progressed through the grounds. He also highlighted specific “don’t miss” sections during our tour which were pretty interesting for sure. You can tell he’s passionate about what he does. He was also very considerate and attentive to our needs like bathroom breaks, walking speed, safety as we went up and down structures, and ensured we remained on time for our lunch reservation at La Gruta restaurant.

The pyramids were, of course, incredible and it was an honor to explore the sites and learn about the history and culture of my ancestors. Absolutely awe inspiring.

I would highly recommend this tour, and our guide Oscar, to anyone and everyone!

What stood out to me about this company is that we booked a private tour somewhat last minute (around 9PM) the night before we wanted to visit the pyramids, and Epic Journey was able to quickly confirm us and get in touch with details for the next morning. Our tour guide, Omar, arrived 10 minutes early and took us on a comfortable car ride to and from Teotihuacan. He provided two bottles of water and two bags of chips for the road. The pace of the visit to the sites was just right. The tour included a stop at Mexicanitizmo, where you learn about how local textiles are made with agave fibers, the use of obsidian, and have a small tequila/mezcal tasting before you are invited to look around the gift shop. After we wrapped up the day’s stops, Omar offered to take us to La Cueva Teotihuacan, a restaurant inside a large cave near the pyramid site. It was overall OK, and worth a stop for the novelty and if you’re hungry.

We were a group of 6 and had a great time on our trip to the Teotihuacán Pyramids and Museum. Yordi was a great and very knowledgeable tour guide. Yordi and team arrived at our AirBnB on time and transportation to and from the pyramids was seamless. We definitely recommend working with your guide to reserve lunch at one of the local restaurants as well. We ate at La Cueva and loved the food and ambiance. Definitely recommend this private tour for your group of family and friends.

We never felt hurried or rushed, and we learned a lot! We also loved how he carried water for all of us and we greatly appreciated the small snack on the way home.
