Garbine was an incredible tour guide. She was patient with our kids and always helpful with any request (we had a lot!) she was also very knowledgeable about the area and genuinely seemed to enjoy her job. It was a pleasure to spend the afternoon with her. She even followed up with extra recommendations after our tour was over. Super bien!

Fantastic guided visit for two to Teotihuacan and then a restaurant/mezcal tasting afterwards. Our guide, Garbine, was top drawer with superb knowledge of the site, Mexican history and with excellent English. She made the trip a genuine experience - a lot to be said for a guide with both guide experience as well as one who is currently studying for an archaeology degree. The restaurant trip was also well worthwhile and there was no feeling at any stage that you were under any pressure to buy things. Would 100% recommend.

Fabulous in all ways. Garbiñe from Quest Concierge collected us right on time at our hotel in a clean and newer model white Suburban with wonderful and efficient AC. She was an exemplary guide - charming, so knowledgeable, understanding, and fun. She was also a calm and polite driver. I had booked a private tour for three as my 86 year old mom needed to go at her own pace. Very fair pricing for what we got. Quest's schedulers allowed total flexibility on our choice for the day we booked the tour (and I changed my mind several times), but in the end we chose to fully see the anthropology museum which meant about a 3 hour tour from start to finish. Garbiñe couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. It's such a huge museum that having someone incredibly knowledgeable who knew the layout meant we really saw its full offerings, heard the stories and history of everything most relevant. Garbiñe was fantastic with my mom, secured a wheelchair, pushed her around, answered all our questions, took us to the textiles exhibit which hadn't been on the original itinerary. As a history major and official Mexico tour guide she knew everything about that too. I would have booked her for every day had I known how phenomenal she would be. This is a top tier outfit in my opinion, especially if all the guides are like Garbiñe. Highest recommendation. Remember cash for a tip.

This tour was soooo worth it!!! Our guide Garbiñe was the best!! The communication with the tour company was easy, and they were very responsible and trustworthy. Garbiñe showed up on time to pick us up with a very comfortable car (strong AC!!!) came with many water bottle. The driving was safe and smooth. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to chat with! She also altered the tour a bit to fit your interests (please go see the wall paints about the underworld!), and brought us to a delicious lunch place. After then we went to the Basilica de Santa Maria de Guadalupe, which surprisingly we enjoyed it a lot!! If your budget allows it please book this private tour, I promise it really worths it!

Garbiñe was our tour guide. She is very knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. We took our baby with us and Garbiñe was extremely accommodating to our needs that we decided to use her for a second tour to Xochimilco the following day. Suburban was nice, clean and had plenty of drinking bottled water.

Our guide Garbine was wonderful. We learned a lot about history and culture of several regions of Mexico, particularly - Teotihuacan. She masterfully intermixed historical facts with scientific theories and curious anecdotes. Being an archeology major, she was able to answer the most particular questions and did so with a charming enthusiasm. After Teotihuacan we proceeded to Basilica de Guadelupe, and this part of the tour was as interesting as Teotihuacan. Finally, having learned that our Mexico City Muralism tour had been cancelled 2 days prior, Garbine gave us a brief but comprehensive overview of several Mexican muralists. Going way above and beyond the scope of her duties, she drove us to the Palacio de Bellas Artes where we were able to appreciate the works by Diego Rivera, David Siquieros and Jose Orozco. Overall - great experience both from the tour itself and from our wonderful guide.

This was our 3rd time using My Quest Concierge. The first two times we were beyond satisfied, Arnie and Gerry were great guides for Chichen Itza, Tulum and Coba. Being totally honest, I did not think this tour could top the first two we had. But I was wrong....this was by far the best (Sorry Arnie and Gerry! you guys are still great). Our guide for Teotihuacan, Garbiñe, was AMAZING. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, she kept two teenagers engaged the entire time. She is passionate about sharing history and culture and it really came through in our experience. If you have doubts about taking this tour, do not hesitate and if Garbiñe is available, I highly recommend you ask for her. Thank you Garbiñe, we cannot wait to return and explore more of Mexico City with you.

We had the best day in Teotihuacan with Garbi! We were two families with four kids in total ages 5 to 10. She was excellent with the kids and tailored the tour so that they could stay engaged. She took us to an awesome place for lunch and then we customized our tour by adding on a visit to Reino Animal. We had the most wonderful day. She thought of everything to include waters for everybody. The van ride and driver were also outstanding. Would never hesitate to recommend a day with Garbiñe to anyone in CDMX!

We honestly could NOT have landed a better guide. Can I just say: OMG to this one?! I feel we hit the jack pot! Garbinea is fun loving (easy going), very authentic and SUPER passionate about her subject. We became “sponges” wanting to absorb every aspect of the wonderful, historical and cultural info she had to share. We walked away w such a rich cultural understanding of Mexico’s native (indigenous and enlightened) cultures and all that followed with contemporary traditions and art story tellers. Summary: We had a blast spending the day together. We learned a lot, connected on many levels, and became global friends. The “icing on the cake” (big bonus) is the fact that she is a “foodie” and shares her culinary expertise along with her archeological knowledge. Whats better than that combo?! Bottom line - there is a whole lot to savor during your day with Garbenia !

Our private tour guide, Garnbiña, was an amazing guide, expert in archeology, Teotihuacan Ruins, Basilica de Guadalupe, Mexican history and customs. She was very flexible and changed our last scheduled stop from Monumento a la Revolución Mexicana to the Palace of Fine Arts. She brought us to a fantastic restaurant for lunch and passionately answered our questions about the sites and Mexican heritage. We would give 10 star rating if it was possible!

Great tour of Teotihuacan, Basilica de Guadalope, templo mayor and cathedral. Our tour guide Garbiñe is a student of archeology and is extremely knowledgeable, she is able to answered all our questions and took us to a local restaurant to sample local specialty. We learned a great deal on the tour and had a great time.

Garbiñe was our guide for a visit to the Pyramids, the Guadaloupe Church and Zocalo. She is a professional and very kind guide, as well as the best driver we could get in CDMX.
