      Great Art and History Tour
Took a 2-hour art and history tour with Paula. We saw the work of many local famous muralists, we learned about the history of the mountain people and walked about and sampled local crafts, food and prices. She was terrific. Highly recommend!

Hiram did a great job and captured us perfectly. The location was perfect and we had a hard time choosing twenty pictures.

      Wonderful week!
Wonderful trip with warm, sunny days at RIU Vallarta all inclusive resort. Great rooms and excellent dining experience. Multiple restaurants and great buffet choices. Took a day trip to the Boardwalk along the ocean. Fun shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment area.

      Tacos and more
The food was very good! It was interesting to see where the locals eat and off beaten paths of the city. Learn something new to eat.

      First time in Cancun
Hiram was great! He was caring, understanding and really worked with me, my wife and our 17 month old daughter. The photos came out beautifully.

      Awesome photographer
We often book photographers when we go on trips and Hiram, by far was the easiest and best one we’ve ever worked with. He has a great eye for shots and is very creative! We were going to take taxi but he was gracious enough to pick us up from our hotel as well. Great guy, great service from start to finish. The photos he took were amazing and as I told him, we will be using it for our social media posts as well as in our Christmas cards since we love them so much. Thanks Hiram! Great food and great guide!
We were the only couple so we had a private tour! We were glad that the ran the tour anyway. Michelle was a great tour guide and answered all our questions. The food was great also. We especially liked the street tacos!

Best Seen With A Knowledgeable Guide
Our guide, Neene, made our time at the house more meaningful and enjoyable. She had a method of moving us through the crowds and finding the perfect spots to explain the features of the house and the life of its inhabitants. We have seen a previous traveling Kahlo exhibit before but being in the house where Frida worked and lived was the perfect way to appreciate her all too short life.

      A nice walk
A nice walk (but it is almost 2 two-hour walk, so be prepared) around Cancun with seeing many murals. If street art is of interest to you - this will be a pearl of the visiting Cancun. By ourselves, we would not find even a small portion of it and would know no historical facts behind it.

      Mexican Culture vividly illustrated
Our guide Neele was very knowledgeable, informative and entertaining as she shared insights into Mexican history, culture and politics vividly represented in these evocative murals. If you’re interested in any of these themes I would highly recommend this tour.

Highlight of our visit to Mexico City
Neene was our tour guide and she was wonderful -- great enthusiasm and full of insights about Frida, Diego, their art, and Diego's collection of relics. We could not have learned so much from just reading the explanations in the museums themselves. One particular tidbit -- that Diego had the nickname "Frog" or "Frog-Toad" was especially amusing to us. Over a year ago we got a pet frog and named him Diego in honor of Rivera but we actually did not know that Rivera himself was called or sometimes depicted as a frog! This tour was the highlight of our visit to Mexico city.

Great experience exploring Cancun looking at great art with an impressive local artist
What a wonderful experience. I was on a very nice resort that someone else picked. I really questioned as I was heading into town if I was making the best use of my time by leaving. Man oh man was this tour with it. Firstly I love street art and have been on several street at walking tours in other places so I knew what I was going for but Jon @jonathanbautista was an excellent tour guide, an artist himself and resident of cancun I felt like I really understood so much more context of the city and the past five years of the city in a way I never would have otherwise. He was fantastic and let me prattle on about comparisons to Toronto very graciously ( I was the only one on my tour so I wasn't annoying anyone else I promise.) There is some shockingly good artist in Cancun - I knew there would be but the layering and layering of culture and symbolism and sheer beauty in the work totally bowled me over. I felt safe at every point of the tour and we didn't go anywhere remotely dangerous. He also had great Paleta recommendations. I am thinking about going back to Cancun and it's because of this experience. Otherwise it kind of felt like any other resort vacation. This made Cancun feel like a destination city in and of itself. I got recommendations from residents to use uber and not cabs. This is what I did and felt very safe and had good experiences using uber both ways.

      Wonderful
Our guide Neene was fantastic! We thought we knew a lot about Frieda and her art but Neene shared insights that made the experience all the more enjoyable! We highly recommend this tour! Thanks! Mary Jo and Rod!

Our guide Neene was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining the intricacies of the murals in English. Through this incredible art she explained much about Mexican history, culture and politics.

This was the first of two wonderful tours we did with our guide, Nenee. She gave us an excellent introduction to the mural tradition in Mexico and the incredible murals at the Museo Belle Artes. Would highly recommend this tour.
