Great Private Tour - Teotihuacan and Lady of Guadaloupe

Veronica was my guide, and Monce our driver for this private trip from the Gran Hotel out to the pyramids and later, Lady of Guadaloupe. I had a great time and learned a lot. Veronica is very knowledgeable and puts a lot of effort into educating. She could answer my questions, easily. She is very laid-back and cool. I learned during the drive out there about the neighborhoods and area around Mexico City. I enjoyed seeing the new aeriel tramway that the hard workers of Mexico City now have to commute in across the hill neighborhoods. Monce is a good, safe driver and always had the car waiting in the spots for our pickups. It was worth it to me to make this tour a private tour as opposed to joining a group tour, because it was a full day and this kept the schedule tight.

Roberto Valle is the ultimate guide.

He is extremely knowledgeable of Mexican history and culture. You will know everything you need to know about the Piramides Teotihuacan y Guadalupe when the tour is over.

You will also find Roberto to be very conscientious and sensitive to your priorities.

He is very professional and drives an immaculate brand new Suburban and knows MEXICO City and it’s surroundings like the back of his hand.

He aims to please his customers and will provide you with first class service.

Excellent experience family

We had such an excellent experience with Roberto! He was very informative and great at accommodating our large family. The kids also enjoyed it and were able to run around a bit. These two wonders in Mexico are not to be missed! Just astonishing! And such an incredible energy! It was awesome that we were able to get both sites in one day. I don't think we could have packed so much into one day without Roberto. He speaks Spanish and English and knows the area and the people very well.

Worth every penny!
My husband and I were visitng from Canada with some of my family. Our tour included my 4 nieces/nephews under the age of 11 and one very pregnant sister. Our priority was feeling safe.

Roberto was extremely accomodating. He spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited. He seemed like he knew something about everything! He made sure everyone's needs were met and made the tour fun for everyone in the diverse group we had. We always felt safe, the vehicle was very clean, and we learned so much! Roberto was very patient with the children and easy to talk to while we were waiting for the kids to catch up. He interacted great with the children and adults! He knew how to pace our group and recognized when breaks were needed.

There were a few times I saw other tour groups and overheard their guides talking, it made me realize how accomodating Roberto was and how knowledgeable he is! I recognized how fortunate we were to have him!

If you're looking for a tour that is filled with details of the sights you're seeing with a personalized touch, never dull, feels very safe, is clean and accomodating to everyone's needs (regardless of age or ability), I highly reccommend Roberto. He was fantastic!

Beyond expectations!
We had a wonderful time with this service. A 10 out of 10! Always on time, personable, good value, friendly and most of all very knowledgeable. They were able to fit a lot into the time we had available. Will definitely use again!

Roberto is the best guide.
Roberto is an experts he knows not only about the pyramids, he tour me and my family around México all Mexico DF museums and sites also travel with us to Acapulco, Guanajuato and many other sites. He knows in depth the Mexican history from the Mayas and aztecas to the Spanish colony and Mexican independence.
