About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Go472961776980 contributionsGreat temple tourWe had a very nice and good quality tour to the pyramids. Our guide Ulysses Warryor has a great knowledge of the pyramids and the place overall so we definitely recommend him. Thank you!Written October 12, 2024
- Trip7159230 contributionsGreat Tour & Lucha Libre Experience! Our tour guide, Javier, was the absolute best. While the tour was incredibly informative, it was Javier’s enthusiasm, obvious extensive knowledge, and passion that made it fascinating! Dancing and drinks at a local spot before Lucha Libre was the icing on the cake! A lot of us are dancers and we had A TIME - perfect as a pre-cursor to Lucha Libre. 10/10 - would recommend (and if you’re lucky to get Javier - even better)!Written October 12, 2024
- Journey157477725390 contributionsFirst time in CDMX, 29 September-4 October, 2024I went on multiple tours and loved every one! My guides were Estrella, Diana, Ulysses, Luis, and I am so sorry but I don't remember the last name, she was my guide on the english 11:00 am tour in the historic district on October 3. All of the guides were extremely knowledgeable and engaging. I learned so much about Mexican history, art and culture. I also appreciated their recommendations for places to visit/things to do that were not covered by their tours. I highly recommend them!Written October 10, 2024

- walkingaroundintown0 contributionsUnforgettable experience[By the way, you can book this tour directly from their website for free.] Highly recommend this tour! It will be a highlight from my entire trip to CDMX. It tells you the three chapters of Mexico's history in full honesty and humility. Some parts can make you squirm (like about the Aztec cruelty) while others make you laugh. It is a great blend of the history, present, and future of Mexico. Our incredibly informative tour guide was Alex and this tour would not be the same without his presence, insights, humor, and realness. He spoke at a good volume so you can hear what is being said even without a mic, with plenty of time for Q&A. We covered a lot in just 2.5 hours! Thanks, Alex!Written October 8, 2024
- L9778UBpamelap0 contributionsWonderful experienceMy friends and I took a tour of Mexico City, danced salsa, and went to a Lucha Libre show. What an amazing experience! Javier was friendly and super knowledgeable on our tour. I would definitely recommend!Written October 6, 2024
- U8981DJstephaniec0 contributionsFirst time in Mexico city - great free walking tourDid the 2pm CDMX tour with Javier on Friday. He was punctual at the meeting spot, gave thorough explanations and many good suggestions about experiences, landmarks and food options for our time in the city. He was very knowledgeable and engaging, our group only had 5 people and we all got along really well. Would recommend to travellers - great way to get the basics of the city early during your stay.Written October 6, 2024

This tour is one of the most enjoyable walking tours I have ever taken. Not only because I was very interested in the subject matter, but because of the tour guide, Ulysses Warryor.
Ulysses is extremely knowledgeable about the history behind the murals. He is also very passionate and extremely engaging. I learned a lot about Mexican history.
We visited a marketplace which contained murals by students of Diego Rivera’s, the Secretaría de Educación Publica, which is covered in murals by Diego Rivera and his contemporaries, The Blue Tile House, and a beautiful church which contained very large, very beautiful murals.
I highly recommend this tour to anyone who is not only interested in murals, but anyone who is interested in Mexican history. You will come away with a lot of knowledge that was presented almost as a story by a wonderful storyteller.
Thank you, Ulysses. I would love to take another tour with you.

Miguel guided us through the various buildings that house the most important Mexico City murals - we learned so much about Mexican history and culture, as well as about the city and the artists. Our guide was thorough, knowledgable, friendly, patient and fun. Highly recommend!

This was an amazing experience! The tour is built as two hours on the website, but lasted about four. That is because Erin, our guide, has a degree in anthropology, and is passionate about Mexican history and specifically, murals. She studied them extensively for years. She went into enormous detail about the symbolism of every Merrill we saw first in a university, and then at the Palacio Bellas Artes, with a brief stop in between in a market. If you want to learn about Mexican history over the last, hundred years or more through the art of murals, this is definitely the tour for you. It might be a little bit too much detail for people not interested in that history, but I loved it! It began at 10:30 and since we didn’t finish up until around 2:40, there is no chance to have lunch, which would be my only suggestion to them - to have a different starting time if it is going to go that long. Otherwise, I would suggest having a big breakfast, or bring some snacks along with you. But really, this was a top-notch tour led by a passionate, articulate guide, who really knows her Mexican history.

We did the free walking tour in the historical center of Mexiko City which was a very exiting tour. Our guide “Warryor” was great, he told us a lot about the history of the city as well as some helpful information been a tourist in Mexico City . We learned a lot about the Mexican culture and visited some place, we would not have visited by our own.

Our walking tour with Eduardo was absolutely incredible! He was very professional, engaging, well-spoken and very friendly. His English was also excellent. Eduardo gave us the most interesting three hour lesson on Mexican Muralism.
Eduardo was incredibly knowledgeable about art and history, and was able to modify our tour on the fly when one location happened to be closed on the day of our tour. He took us to see such amazing places that we would never have seen on our own, like an old market with incredible Siqueiros murals, tucked away from regular tourist routes. We learned so much from him.
The tour never felt rushed and we enjoyed our time at every location Eduardo took us to visit. He was very generous with his time and even made himself available for questions after the tour ended for additional restaurant and shopping suggestions.
The entire tour was great! Far exceeded our expectations and definitely enriched our trip experience. It felt like we were exploring the city with an old friend, eager to share his beautiful city with us. We really appreciated all useful recommendations he gave us. Hope to see Eduardo again next time we come to visit CDMX.

Great insight into murals as pieces of art, as well as the history and culture around them. Our guide, Ulysses Guerrero (Warryor), went above and beyond to show us murals we wouldn't have easily found on our own, off the beaten path, as well as being a very engaging and passionate guide. Recommend this tour.

The Mexican Muralism tour was fantastic! Alex Brian was our tour guide and he was so knowledgeable of all the art - the history as well as the techniques used to create and restore them. I came in with some background about the muralists but my husband had very little knowledge about the murals, both of us learned so much on this tour! Highly recommend.

Great experience with Marco, he knew a lot about Mexico City and the muralists! We learned lots of things, discovered murals all over the city! We definitely recommend it if you're looking to learn more about art in the city! We were alone with Marco so it was like it was a private visit, we were able to ask all the questions we wanted ☺️

This tour was absolutely incredible! I wasn't sure about attending after visiting so many museums solo- but I'm so glad I did. David was my tour guide, and was knowledgeable, kind, and thoughtful in his explanations of the murals. Our time together flew by and I got to see murals I wouldn't have had a chance to see otherwise. David's clearly done extensive research on the artists, history, and the murals themselves. What he shared helped bring context to other art and pieces I had seen and I loved learning about the period of muralism in Mexico and the meaning behind each piece we looked at. Not only did David provide thorough explanations, he also took time to answer my questions and hear my own interpretations of what we were seeing. Plus he gave me some other great local recommendations. I highly recommend this tour and David as your guide!!

We had an excellent tour with Erindra, who is an artist and researcher herself. We went into areas that we would not have been able to locate without her help and learned the history of Mexican muralism as well as Erindera's lively art critiques. Highly recommended.
