Guide Viry was extremely knowledgeable, was right on time and made a great selection of 5 restaurants and two dessert stops.

Everything we tasted was boot to excellent.

All of the restaurants were hospitable and welcoming.

Credit to Viry for a wonderful experience.

Our tour guide, Viry, was very knowledgeable about the area’s history, as well as the history of the food and the families behind each restaurant. The food was fantastic! The teens traveling with me ate everything - but all would say come hungry! The walk between locations was well paced for distance and speed. The small group size made it easy to get to know other participants, too. Would 100% recommend!

My husband and I spent an excellent Saturday with Viridiana (Viry) exploring the Polanco neighborhood. We had an assortment of delicious food and walked around the beautiful neighborhood. Many of the stops we have saved to return to the next time we are in CDMX. Viry was an excellent guide and we enjoyed spending the afternoon getting to know her, her city and the food culture. We would highly recommend this company and hope to do a cooking class with them on our next visit.

Billy was a great guide! She gave us a delicious tour of authentic Mexican cuisine, combined with beautiful walk around the streets of Palanco. We brought our appetite after spending the morning exploring the museums in the area and we're not disappointed. Would highly recommend! We are still daydreaming of the tortilla soup and cochinitas 😍

We had a fabulous tour with Viri. Every single bite of food was absolutely delicious and we got to know the city so much better! Viri was so delightful and we enjoyed the evening so very much. My only regret is that I didn’t have more cash at the end and I wished I had been able to leave her a bigger tip. If someone reads this and does this tour, please contribute to good karma and throw in a few extra dollars for Viri - she deserves it!! You’ll have a magical evening.

We loved every minute of our tour with Ms Biri. The best food tour ever! Our boys are 9 and 10 years old and she took every effort to make it fun experience for them. Ms Biri got my younger son Takis ( that he really wanted to try) not because we told her to she just got it for him. This tour was so epic my boys said they want to do this type of food tour all the time. The food was amazing but Ms Biri made the entire experience beyond.

We stayed a few days in Mexico City and Chef Eduardo took us around Polanco to discover delicious food specialities we would have never had a chance to try without the guidance of a local expert! Chef Eduardo was a great guide and told us a lot about local culture even if is usual activity is to host cooking classes. He also gave us great recommendations for the rest of our trip in Oaxaca and Tulum. We really enjoyed the experience thanks to him!
Thank you Eduardo!

I had done the Polanco tour about 3 years ago and had such a fabulous time that I arranged a group tour for my 50th birthday. We had 22 people so we were split into two groups which took the same route through Polanco. My group had Eduardo and the other group had Viry and both groups raved about the overall experience - and of course each group says they had the best guide! :). They also customized the menu for one of the groups so it was vegan (and delicious!). It is a must-do in Mexico City and I am looking forward to trying other activities with them. And a huge shout-out to Connie for making it an extra special experience for all of us. Don't miss this experience in CDMX!

Hi Viri, Everyone truly enjoyed meeting you and hearing about food from you as an experienced chef. Your knowledge and passion for Mexican food is contagious. The location was excellent - it was fun to walk around Polanco and taste things from different restaurants. Finishing at the gourmet store was great too - many people bought things (cajeta) that we did not find anywhere else. Next time, we want to do the tour in Coyoacan!

This was an amazing tour for us. Chef Eduardo took us on a walking tour in Polanco, and we were not disappointed! We ate some delicious foods that being from the U.S. we probably wouldn't have risked experiencing on our own. Our horizons (along with our education) of true Mexican cuisine were broadened much to our benefit. It is one thing to be on a tour with someone, who knows the area, but when you go on a tour with a REAL chef who knows how to prepare the dishes, and is educated in the ingredients in the dishes , it is a different experience.

While we did not include chef Eduardo's cooking tour, due to time constraints, we really wished we had. In the interim, he did send us a recipe for Black Bean stew which we will try, and I'm certain it will delicious.
