About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- ggrossmann0 contributionsGreat half day TourVery informative. The guide was great with exceptional depth of local knowledge. Many stops along the way for a hands on approach!Written December 2, 2023
- beckyt7410 contributionsDisappointedWe requested a tour in English, but our group was mixed, English and Spanish. The guide spoke English, then repeated everything in Spanish. Half the group would wait when she was speaking to the other half. It made the tour draggy and boring for everyone. When we had free time in Guad central, we were told to meet at the front of the theater at a certain time. My friends and I were there 2 minutes early, and we waited 10 minutes, when finally the tour guide came and got us. The guide and the driver had been waiting for us around the side of the theater, plus they had switched vans from a brown one with the name of the tour company, to a white van with no markings. We had seen the white van, but didn't know it was our tour. The guide also told us they would not be returning us to the hotel where they picked us up. She said they only return to "central locations". ??? It worked out for us, because they were driving by the bus station which was where we wanted to go anyway, but I don't know how that would work out for someone who needed to be returned to their hotel. The guide and driver were nice enough people, but they seemed unconcerned whether we were enjoying ourselves or not. I cannot recommend this tour.Written May 30, 2023
- debraa7920 contributionsHistory, Lunch and shoppingRonny the tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great English. He explained the history and places we visited with humor and kept it interesting. Plenty of time for lunch and shopping. Van was clean and well air conditioned. We enjoyed the trip immensely.Written March 20, 2023
- DarciPerdue0 contributionsIncredible Tour of Guadalajara & TlaquepaqueKnowing how much Guadalajara and surrounding area had to offer, my family and I booked this tour in hopes to learn and explore it all from a local's perspective. What we thought was going to be a large group ended up being a private tour with the 3 of us, plus our guide, Noberto. We were picked up at our hotel and began a walking tour of the downtown/Centro Historico area. Noberto's english was perfect and his knowledge of the history, monuments, timelines and stories of all of the sights in this area were extensive. After our walking tour, we were driven to a few other sights in Guadalajara before heading to the colourful and charming neighbourhood of Tlaquepaque! Noberto showed us all of the beautiful sights, galleries, shops and topped it off with a delicious lunch and a tequila tasting. What we experienced on this tour is nothing we could have done on our own. It was an absolutely incredible day learning, seeing and tasting bits of Guadalajara and having Noberto alongside us was a bonus. Thank you, Noberto for being such a wonderful and welcoming guide for us Canadians! We would strongly recommend him for any tour in the area.Written March 13, 2023
- Robert S0 contributionsEmphasis on TlaquepaqueGuide from Panoramex was very friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like the tour was weighted toward Tlaquepaque, which was definitely worth the two hour free time. That said, we were prepared for a longer day (TripAdvisor notes 7, we were back at hotel after 5.5) - I think the opportunity to see at least one of the Orozco murals would be a great add to this tour. That is one city highlight that’s a big miss not to have been covered. But the day was nice overall!Written December 4, 2022
- joelianap0 contributionsGreat experienceThis was a very informative tour. Our tour guide Carmen did amazing! She gave us suggestions to where to eat, shop for tequila, candy, and best place to eat nieve de garrafa. Everything was just beautiful and really organized.Written November 24, 2022
