Airport transport booked over internet. Could have gotten a MUCH cheaper deal using UBER (~15$ for the whole group) as compared to $42!!! Coming out of the airport, finding the right set of people with their green-grey/white t-shirts was a little painful. Transportation from airport to the hotel was quick, peaceful and painless! IMO this works but is too much money for the ask.

I paid CAD 100 for a pick up for my parents (roundtrip), waiting for a minivan or something like that, for them to be as comfortable as possible. After all, a regular taxi, which are comfortable and air conditioned, from the airport to the Hotel we were staying, costs 33 CAD one way (490 MX) (They have a fee table at the airport depending on the Zone you are going). Nevertheless they got picked up by a regular (modern though) car. So I paid more for nothing really, as getting a taxi is easy anyway.

So, listen, we booked transport through a Costco package, so I don't know if the company is more scammy when you do it on your own. Our experience was perfect, however. Grey line got us to our hotel and back to the airport without hassle. That said, you should know some things about the airport, because it's a gauntlet of timeshare and tour selling.
When you get through customs, there is a room before you exit full of people. The first have free shots of tequila. Do that only if you are willing to listen to their spiel and get suckered into a 4-hour time share presentation. Otherwise move on. Here's the important part: POLITELY BRUSH OFF all the people asking you about your transportation and telling you they are with that company. IGNORE the people at the desk pretending to be official information people who will start by showing you highlights on a map and offering you tequila. But it all leads to the time share/tour thing. Also, they will say they work with your transportation company and will guide you to your reserved vehicle to get you to stay with them. They do not and will not. The trick is this: if you are willing to do their 4-hour time share hard sell, they'll give you discounted or free tours. But this is your vacation. Don't believe them if they say 90 minutes or 2 hours. It will be at least 4, because they pick you up and transport you to their properties for a presentation/tour.
You must exit that room, because all the drivers are outside. Not only are they beyond that room, but they are likely outside the airport altogether. So go out the door and look for the people holding up a sign with your company or your last name.
There are ATMs at the airport outside the room of time shares; we used one from an official bank, but the combined fees between their bank and ours was over $10 (Scotiabank). Buyer beware. There are plenty of ATMs in town, so if you do some research on fees from different banks, I'm sure you can do better than we did. I had read that the fees were the same at the airport and in town, so our problem was probably our choice of bank ATM. Anyway, the consensus advice is still to get your money from an ATM rather than exchange at your hotel or at a money changer for the best rates, including fees.

Completely disappointed in this service. When we arrived they gave us a 12 person van for our family of FOUR and it had unsafe seatbelts that weren’t suitable for car seats that we brought. My children’s ages were listed on the reservation so this should be a given. We waited around on the sidewalk for 20 minutes for a different vehicle that could seat my kids car seats. My youngest is 10 months old so having a properly secured rear facing car seat for her is completely non negotiable and she cannot just sit in a seat or in my lap. The driver said “oh I’ll just drive slow” absolutely not. When we arrived at our hotel and met our gray line rep the next day I explained the situation to her and that we would need the SAME type of van to return back to the airport at the end of our trip. She said ok. I sent a message to confirm with her today, before we travel tomorrow, and she said they don’t have anything like that available and we just have to deal with it. But I guess she wasn’t going to bother telling me this information? And just wait for me to find out curbside when I have a flight to catch? She offered me no solutions.
I’m extremely disappointed and will not be booking with Gray Line again.

The drivers were very friendly. We then met with Ramon at our hotel to book our transportation back. He was also extremely friendly and helped us book a couple excursions for my family and I while we were there. We booked our trip through Costco which included the transportation with Grayline and we were very happy with the service.

We found this company to be extremely helpful in getting us from the airport, to our hotel and back. They also, helped us find two events while we were there. One was a tour of San Sebastian Del Oeste, a city built in approximately 1750. It was a beautiful tour filled with new and fun information. The other was a tour of the Main and Old City of Puerto Vallarta. Our tour guide was "Victor." He took us to the "old city" and "new city", a tequila tasting, to the board walk, shopping for silver and leather, and then lunch to a restaurant on a cliff looking out over the bay.

I booked a shuttle through Greyline to take us from the airport to Marival Armony hotel for $58 round trip for two peiple. The issues started when I went to book this and their website did not work and would not accept my reservation. When I tried again the next day, it finally let me book but got the time of my departure wrong. I emailed them about this and left a voicemail but there was no response. I was finally able to speak to someone in customer service and they were able to correct my reservation so I though everything was confirmed and taken care of. Then, three days before our scheduled trip, I received an email that the shared shuttle I booked and confirmed with customer service was not actually a service they provided and my only option was to book a private sedan for $325. I asked them to cancel my reservation completely and refund my $58 and send me email confirmation of the cancellation. They said they would do this but I never received the email confirmation or my refund. When I tried to talk to customer service again, they hung up on me. I have tried calling back again and either they do not answer or they answer and immediately hang up. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE: IT IS A SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY FOR NO SERVICE.
