We had another great experience with Superior Tours. We started early on a Sunday and we’re transported to beautiful Sayulita and San Pancho. The driver (Alberto) was excellent. The tour guide, Chrystal was extremely knowledgeable on all things. Both were immensely attentive and friendly. Our six guests who had never been to Vallarta, we’re blown away by the caring nature of the Superior Tours staff. We’ve been using this service for many years and Astrid and her team always come through! We always feel safe and in good hands when we use Superior Tours! Thank you!!!

I sent an inquiry online about airport transfers and a private tour in Puerto Vallarta. Astrid responded promptly with all the information as well as pricing. We booked 2 airport transfers and a transfer from our hotel in Punta de Mita to a hotel in Puerto Vallarta. Drivers were dressed appropriately. They showed up on time. Vehicles were clean, comfortable and well maintained. We felt safe on the road.
Our 5 hour private Puerto Vallarta Tour was excellent. We learned a lot about history and saw places we would otherwise not have seen. Thanks to our guide, Hector V. He is knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. A nice surprise was lunch at a restaurant perched above a river. Great food, service and views! We will definitely use this company next time we are back in Puerto Vallarta.

Our six hour city and surrounding area tour with Daniel was truly an eye opening experience. A thorough tour through the old city with detailed information of its history, it was at once an adventure as it was an education. Continuing on to the south we were treated to a warm welcome at Crisco’s for lunch where we were entertained with a talented guitarist and overlooked a deep rocky canyon with a rushing river and a daredevil diver performing scary dives from the rocks. During the entire day Daniel kept us entertained and informed with interesting factoids about the area. In summary, Daniel proved to be a very knowledgeable, courteous and professional tour guide.

It was great to be driven around and see all the sights. Our driver, Rigo, was especially concerned about my wife's walking limitation and parked as close as he could to all the areas where we got out. It was a relaxing way to see a bunch of different places around town.

Our driver Gabriel and tour guide Paula, where very accommodating and professional. They took us around for the whole day and had lots knowledge and experience about PV. We highly recommend them for anyone looking to do a tour of PV.

Best tour guy ever his name was Carlos he was very detailed and funny with the plants history and his past life and culture to compare and relate to your own made the day go by fast the whole group had fun. Made it easy for everyone in the group to talk and get to know each other even tho we were all from different countries. He was awesome loved him.

I used Superior Tours for almost every part of my sister's bachelorette in Puerto Vallarta. From the airport transfers and a custom tequila tasting/city tour of Puerto Vallarta, they could not have been better. The staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgable about everything. They were always on-time and always there to rely on for any questions at all. Rigo was our guide for the tour and he knew a lot of history to share, always found a nearby clean restroom we can use as we walked around, and always watched after us, when we split up to do our own thing. They were all patient and all with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend them for any of your excursion/transfer needs. Their prices can't be beat and service was exceptional! I will use them again when I am back in town!

We booked because of the wheelchair accessible van. The driver, Gabriel, and guide, Paula, could not have been more accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. The trip was customized for my companion's comfort and needs. It was her vacation and so the attention was focused on her. Tour even came with "Spanish lessons" which she loved. I appreciated that they respected her and what she wanted to do. I would highly recommend Superior Tours but especially if you are traveling with an individual with disability and want them to have a quality experience like anyone would expect. And if you are lucky enough to have Gabriel and Paula there will be no questions of a great time!!

Tour was very informative. This was first trip to Puerto Vallarta. This tour took us to places, that we definitely would not have found on our own. The road south of PV, however, caused both my wife & I to get dizzy from motion sickness. The speeding up between speed bumps, only to slow down quickly for the next one, coupled with the windy road caused motion sickness. Driver Full of knowledge, most, I won't remember however... even with motion issues, very glad we took tour. We ended tour earlier than scheduled, but at our decision. Our guide had more to show us. Thanks

Superior Tours was recommended to us because they have a handicap accessible touring van. They picked us up at the Cruise dock and went out of their way to assist. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. It was entertaining and they treated us respectfully. They gave us ideas of places to see, BUT, would listen to us and accommodate. Even without the accessibility of a wheelchair lift, I would gladly use them again. By preforming their job efficiently, we enjoyed our visit to the beautiful city.
