Tour was fantastic! We chose our tour with Lumby Tours because we read good reviews about the tour guide Edgar Escobar. We were not disappointed! Edgar made our day fantastic! He was punctual, well spoken English attended our every need, answered all questions, gave wonderful information & was our private photographer knowing where to capture the best photos for a memorable trip. A great tour guide makes all the difference !!! - I recommend Edgar with Lumby Tours. Waterfalls were amazing. I felt safe holding the rope & climbing through the cave as Edgar told us where to place our footwork. I did not find this tour required moderate physical ability. I think anyone who has no foot issues & could walk a km would be able to enjoy the hike! There was plenty of delicious food & we were not bothered by bugs or excess heat. Was a perfect day! 10/10

A great way to see more of Huatulco’s culture and landscape. The waterfalls were beautiful and our guide, Edgar was excellent! He really made the experience special and fun — great energy and humour and spoke both English and Spanish very well! The time at the waterfalls was beautiful and interesting and special. Definitely recommend going.. That said, here are a few things I wish someone would have posted to better prepare me for the tour: 1) The van was very small for 3 couples plus the driver. Two of the men were over 6ft so this made for an uncomfortable journey each way for them especially 2) There was no mention in the details that you needed to bring or buy water shoes. Also be sure to get a waterproof case for your phone. You can buy on the tour but are priced very high. 3) Be sure to bring at least an additional $700-$1000 pesos per couple. There’s a mandatory lunch of $250 pesos per person that isn’t mentioned in the description & a couple of other stops where $ are not necessarily mandatory but you’ll likely feel the need or want to purchase something. A beautiful and memorable day, just would have been 5 stars with better details of what the day will actually cost and what to bring with you.

Relaxing mineral springs in a picturesque setting. Imagine pools on a mountainside with river sounds below you. We had the place to ourselves. The guides were engaging, thoughtful and knowledgeable about the area. The road there is gravel and takes an hour an a half. A meal was not included but the guides shared their snack of tostadas and cheese. The groundskeeper made us a passion fruit drink and provided straws made from bamboo. Support a local company that wants to share all the area has to offer

Roberto was our guide, and he made the day truly memorable. He's friendly, cool, and funny, making sure we were enjoying every moment. We had a few stops at local communities, including one to learn about herbal medicine at a local garden, and another to taste different kinds of mezcal and other local products. This put us in a great mood for the bumpy ride to the waterfalls and the fun experience there. Roberto walked us through the entire waterfall adventure, making sure we felt safe and well taken care of the entire time. Definitely recommend bringing water shoes (but you can buy them at the site too), and life jackets are available for rent too. Highly recommend this tour!

We had an amazing day on the tour to Copalitilla Magical Waterfalls with our guide, Roberto. Everything went smoothly, starting with the pickup. We made several stops at local communities, including a garden where we learned about medicinal plants and another where we tried different products like mezcal and honey. The waterfalls were absolutely stunning, and we had so much fun in the water. Roberto was attentive and helpful throughout the day, taking lots of great pictures and videos for us at the waterfalls. The ride can be a bit bumpy, but I actually enjoyed it—it felt a bit like a rollercoaster and added to the adventure! Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Everyone we met along the way was super friendly and smiling. We’ll definitely keep it in our memories for a long time. Highly recommend!

Gustavo was our tour guide and made the experience to the Las Cascadas Magicus waterfalls a fantastic experience. We thought about doing the trip by ourselves but so grateful we chose this tour instead. Gustavo's knowledge and information about local culture and wildlife added so much to the trip. We also really enjoyed the interaction with local communities and having his ability to translate for us a great benefit. Thanks Gustavo!

After reading the good reviews on Lamby Tours, my husband and I booked a tour to the waterfalls with them. Our driver/guide was Gustavo and he was absolutely wonderful! We don't speak Spanish and Gustavo spoke very good English and was a terrific driver and guide. His knowledge of all things Huatulco was phenomenal and we not only viewed and enjoyed many beautiful sights but he also educated us on the bays, plants, trees, Huatulco culture, housing, etc. We liked Gustavo so much, we hired Lamby Tours (requesting Gustavo again) to take us on a private bay tour as well to another bay I had chosen to visit off the beaten path on another day. We had wonderful days with Gustavo/Lamby Tours and highly recommend Gustavo and Lamby Tours - they will take great care of you and ensure you have a wonderful tour! Thank you so much Gustavo and Lamby for making our Huatulco vacation a dream vacation to remember!

Gonzalo y Jenny were absolutely wonderful. We took a hike through Huatulco National Park and learned so much about the plants and animals. Then we arrived at a paradisical deserted beach where we swam in turquoise waters and had some snacks and completely relaxed to the sound of the waves. I brought my mom on her 81st birthday ( she's a good hiker) to show her Huatulco in all it's glory and this tour epitomized the stunning beauty I had promised her. Thank you Lamby Tours Huatulco!

The tour was amazing. The captain and the crew made the ride fun and entertaining. During the ride we saw dolphins and turtles. The snorkeling was a great experience, we saw a large variety of fish. The food at the restaurant was delicious and at a great price. The boat captain was very friendly.

Amazing trip, aside from it being rainy day and cloudy we decided to to the waterfalls! best decision no one else but us their. we had the waterfalls all to ourselves and our guide took amazing care of us and took great pics and videos!!! make sure you ask for Gonzalo :) after we had an amazing home made meal from the local restaurant fresh made tortillas and mole and soup and coffee and agua de jamaica! Thank you!!!

This was an amazing tour. Our guide Roberto drove us all the way there and he was talkative, informative, and a great guy! He also helped us take photos. The waterfalls are amazing, a beautiful natural formation in the middle of a magical rainforest. The road there is pretty rough and unpaved for the final stretch. If you're like me and have a rental car and were considering driving yourself, I highly recommend you take this tour instead, let Roberto do the driving (he's a pro) and save your rental car!

Amazing experience. The water and the surroundings just beautiful. I’d recommend it to everyone. The food was delicious. Our tour guide was funny, informative and helpful.

Had a very good time on this tour! Amazing views and had a nice time in the waterfall. Definitely recommend water shoes! There is a small shop at the waterfall where you can buy drinks. Before visiting waterfall you stop at a small local store where they give you a presentation on natural resources they sell there. After the waterfall, there is a local food place where they serve mole, tortillas, soup, and rice. Gustavo the tour guide was very friendly and informative.

We did a city tour combined with snorkeling and it was great! Lamberto, our guide, took us around to popular photo sites (miradores) where we got some amazing photos! The "Hutatulco" words, an aerial view of their main pier, and the lighthouse were all set for the perfect backdrop. Then we went to the beach La Entrega where we snorkeled and I had never seen so many fish! They seem to offer one-on-one attention, so if you are looking to do activities/excursions with just your group of people, I would definitely recommend it!

The private transfer was excellent, totally would recommend it for families and for people who don't feel too comfortable driving in Mexico. Our driver Lamberto was great, was there on time, and knew all the places to stop for snacks and restroom breaks. We loved Lamby Tours so much that we ended up booking an excursion with them the next day and the travel back to Oaxaca a few days later. Recommend!
