We were met at cruise ship and had to wait for another family to join. All well and good. They had not pre booked! Our driver spoke very poor English. Not a problem as we speak Italian so could understand Spanish. He pointed out all the American restaurants and fast food cafes of which we had no interest. He didn’t seem to know his history of the area. On arrival at cliff divers he said we had to pay entrance! I said it was included as well as light refreshments. He said no. It really was a poor tour. Yet again we should have gone with cruise ship tour!

We booked this tour through our cruise ship. It was a great day!! We enjoyed the cliff divers! The view of them was great!! The bus ride through the historic city as well as the diamond district was really nice! We saw a lot & there was plenty of time to do some shopping as well. Great tour!!

We booked Acapulco Historical Tour with Divers Show, through TripAdvisor. The black Ford Explorer Max, with tinted windows, drove by Humberto, our skilled-and-kind guide, picked-up us from Princess Mundo Imperial on time. The fact that we were the only guests for a 5-hour tour, added a nice touch of glamour. An enlightening tour, everything was smooth and the schedule was followed as advertised. Humberto was very knowledgeable and informative, with a nice touch of humor. From the fascinating Chapel of Peace and its rich neighborhood to the Fort of San Diego with its captivating history and pirate tales, we were mesmerized. Shortly after admiring one of the Diego Rivera’s beautiful murals, we arrived at the El Mirador hotel for the cliff diving show. Since we opted to watch the show from La Perla restaurant, we had to pay an extra $20 US. It’s truly worth every penny, the view from the table is breathtaking. Unforgettable tour, professional and kind service, amazing guide, highly recommended.

My husband and I really enjoyed working with Constellation services - Juan Roman and Blanca Bello. They were exceedingly helpful and charming. The tour run by Jesus was exceptional. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to get to know. The tour was fascinating. He went above and beyond. We rode in a beautiful van by ourselves and he drove us with skill and expertise. We were pleased with the whole experience.

I was in Acapulco last week. We had a great time. We contacted Constellation Services Day Tours and boy, We had a great time. We went on the Acapulco Historical Tour and Divers Show that was Spectacular!!! Our tour guide Mr. Jesus was very knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Constellation Services Day Tours the next time you visit Acapulco.

From the time that Roger picked us up at the hotel until we got back to our hotel was a wonderful experience. Roger was early picking us up, which is really rare for tour companies. He also spoke really good English and was very knowledgeable about the area, the birds, and plants from the area. He also had a great since of humor. He drove us to the Tres Palos lagoon where we boarded a small boat where we toured the lagoon. The boat captain would stop and Roger would explain things along the way. We never felt unsafe and had a great boat ride. Then after the tour we stopped for lunch at this amazing restaurant called La Granja. The food was delicious. All in all the tour was really fun. Rudy and Jose also called to check on us to make sure that we had what we needed. They also sent video and pictures of us on the tour free of charge. That really topped off our trip. We would definitely use this tour company again. They were awesome!!!

Constellation Services collected us from the airport and will do our return journey. Jesus Bello, the owner gives very personal service and speaks very good English. We did the five hour is tic tour with Jesus which was wonderful. We also needed a new suitcase and he helped us find exactly what we needed without hesitation. The staff in the Constellation Services Office at Las Brisas hotel are so helpful so I highly recommend Constellation Services and highly recommend Acapulco as a place to visit.

They treat you like a member of the family - they show you everything you want to see and are extremely accommodating and flexible so that each member of your family (or friends) are satisfied. We have scheduled trips through the company several times and they are always amazing and seamless trips. Definitely use constellation services for your next trip!
