We really enjoyed this tour. Marcy and Manuel were the best tour guides. Everything was great. We loved being out on the ocean by the Arch and were thrilled to spot some whales while on the divorce beach side. Thanks for a great time.

It was difficult to locate the Gray Line representative when we arrived, and we had a significant wait (about 30 minutes) once we did find him. For our return shuttle to the airport, it arrived to pick us up 25 minutes late. The customer service number did not answer and we weren't sure they were coming at all.

Lenin was our tour guide and he’s fantastic! We thoroughly enjoyed our excursion! Our driver Rafael was great too! We had an informative tour and some great food!

This was by far the best excursion of my life! Pablo at Greyline was a fantastic and personable adviser who made booking our snorkeling tour seamless and enjoyable. The snorkel tour was through Cabo Wave and it was an absolute blast! I would recommend this experience to anyone.

The drivers and staff were fantastic, Shuttle was clean with plenty of room. The only thing that we didn't like is that we waited 45 minutes to get on to the shuttle after landing. On the way back pick up from hotel was fantastic. No wait time and no stops.

Ricardo had us set up to be picked up and dropped off. He really took care of us!! He even took the time to check on us!! He is Superb!! We will use his services again!! He was wonderful in setting up our excursions!!

Driver from airport was quick to get us to our hotel even with multiple stops. Driver from hotel to airport was very quick to get us there on time. As we were his only pickup and drop off. Highly recommend Gray Line Los Cabos!

The entire trip was amazing! From Kevin who helped us book the excursion to Louis who was an excellent guide, the whole day was awesome! I would 10/10 recommend this excursion and booking through Grayline.

Booked our transfer on the wrong day by accident , the guy at shade 7 was super cool. Didn't get his name but looked after us and got us on a bus within 30 minutes. Young guy diamond earing in his right ear. Much appreciated 👏

It took a bit to find them. But did and it worked out great. I called the phone number and they said to go to stall 6. I didn't see their sign but asked a company beside them and they said right here. So it all worked out. And the driver got us to our destination with great driving.

We booked with Grey Line based on reviews. We could not have asked for better transportation to our hotel. The only recommendation i would make is to somehow have the representatives waiting for customers standout in the see of transport companies. We did not see them because they blended in and did not have a visible sign up.

Return shuttle to airport was a no show. We had to hunt to find our shuttle on arrival. First person we saw with gray line shirt asked for a tip. The address for pickup was not updated in your system. Trip was in done status, ten days before our return date. Terrible
