FRAUD! SCAM! I sent a $260 deposit and he never showed up. Luis was recommended to us by our Airbnb host and he never showed up!!!! He stole our money! We communicated via WhatsApp and after payment, he set our messages on vanish mode. I never heard from him again.

Loved being able to feed and hold the baby marmoset, holding the baby pigs, bunnies and of course feeding the 1 month old baby tiger, Karma

The park was a very good experience as a family and the employees were extremely friendly. The tequila tasting was also very informative

It is a great park. The people are wonderful and very helpful. The only reason that I don't give it five stars is the "baby" jaguar (11 mos.) jumped up on my wife and bit her hair. Luckily it was just hair. I believe the jaguar was just playing and the trainer jumped right in. This was scary though, so be aware of this prior to doing this feature.

We love Ensenada. Recommend Los Rosas Hotel and Spa and Hotel Coral Y Marina. Favorite seafood restaurant is Villa Marina located on the water just down the street from Los Rosas hotel. I always go to the seafood market to enjoy the best fish tacos on earth, and generally go for breakfast and bring a bottle of white wine. Not to be missed Valle de Guadalupe. Also known as the wine Road boast now of nearly 100 wineries. Easy to have fun. Don’t miss Monte Xanic call for reservations Two more winery stops Magoni on the same road stop for lunch at Finca Altazano. Then head to Adobe Guadalupe winery. For dinner I recommend Michelin Star rated Deckmans all wood fired gourmet food.

No one answers phone. Never got picked up. Total scam. No one at the tourist center ever heard of this place. Don’t book.

If I could leave negative reviews, I would. Let me start with the fact that nowhere does it say what time the "tour" would start. Had I not called the day before, we would have been left in the dark as to what time we would be picked up. After establishing a pickup time of 11 AM, our driver was late almost two hours. Communication was all through text as they would not answer my calls. The tour company promised to give a discount for this inconvenience, saying I would get a reimbursement for the whole amount through Tripadvisor and then I would be charged again for a new amount reflecting the discount. Were very adamant about being paid in cash or wire transfer which I refused as I wanted to pay with my credit card which they finally agreed. Once the tour started, the driver was only given one winery at a time and none were the ones mentioned in the tour posting. Conveniently they have a disclaimer saying that's only an example of the wineries that we would see and if there were any in specific to let them know. I requested two wineries that we really wanted to go to after we had finished the first one. By the time we arrived at the 3rd winery, it was close to 7:30 PM and we were the only ones there. By the time we were finishing up our experience, the winery was already closing for the day. Once we arrived at the last winery (one chosen by the tour company), it was already night time, we were tired from having been up extremely early to make the two-hour drive from San Diego to Valle, only to find out this chosen winery was closed on Monday's. We would expect a wine tour company to know this and not waste our time. At this point, we were asked if we'd like to go to another winery or just head home. We decided to head home after such a long day. Once back at the hotel, the tour company was very aggressive asking me to come by to make the refund and payment again to which I refused. The next morning we agreed for them to come back to make the correction to which the tour company refused to show their face and just sent the driver from the previous day (which we found out he is a contractor and doesn't actually work directly for the tour company). Not only was he late again, but he also wanted to collect payment while I still hadn't received my refund. At this point, he also mentioned we'd get a discount for not receiving a bottle of wine or wine glasses that were said to be included.

This company requires you to wire money from your bank account to theirs before you even take the tour you booked. Then if you have to cancel, you won't get your money back. That's what happened to us. This is not normal. They should accept Credit Cards. We booked and then because of all the violence in Baja, we were advised to cancel tour as it was 45 minutes from the cruise ship port. Always book with the Cruise Ship lines because you can get your money back. They refused to refund any of our money! This company is a FULL SCAM!!!! They have very poor communication skills

The driver needs to be communicating with the people they are attempting to pick up. The fact that the driver went to the wrong location and could not dial my number is ridiculous. I called the number for the company to see why I was not being picked up for my fun trip and a disconnected dial tone was what I got.

please do not book this tour due, we only had time for one location due to traffic and we were almost late for our cruise. AC also broke down. We asked if this tour can be started earlier but they could not accommodate.

This was the worst Tour ever, if you can call it a "tour". It more like a very very expensive UBER. A drive pick you up, you choose the pick-up location, drives you to the vineyard. Our "tour” included 4 vineyard, a bottle of wine, wine glasses, snacks, and water. Everything about the organization and execution of our day in the wine country was horrible! Every detail was NOT taken care of.Luis was not organized at all. We had issues in every vineyard. First the itinerary the driver had did not match the itinerary that was on the website. It was a consistently back and forth with the tour company Ensenada Golden tours. After going back and forth they honored the website itinerary. We did not received the amenities until the end of the tour. I’m glad we took water and our own snacks. At the vineyard it was another back and forth with the company. Nothing regarding he wine tasting was included with our tour. We had to pay at every vineyard our entry/tasting. Mind you in the website it said "Admission Ticket Free" what does that mean, only the owner knows. The entry to the vineyard and parking was free to everyone only the tastings/tour have a fee. On our tour for CASA FRIDA a very well-known place you are only allowed in with a reservation or if you are going to consume. Well, there was no reservation for us. IF it wasn’t because my friend had a reservation for the following day that casa Frida honored our reservation and let us use it. It not for that we were not going to be able to go in.

The tour should be as advertised. It wasn't. 1.Tour Guide - English - only spoke Spanish 2. Bottles of Water - no water 3.Wineries: tours L.A.Cetto Santo Tomas Didn't go to either Went to Ramon Bauche(not on TripAdvisor description), Descantos (not on TripAdvisor description), Casa de Frida, and Vinedo Cuatro Cuatros. Only one tour of a winery: Ramon Bauche, no tours of others. 5. 4 course meal with a highly recommended chef- had to order our own food - not 4 course 6. Only was supposed to pay for the 4 course meal and Vinedo Cuatro Cuatros. 7. Paid for all wine tastings (only supposed to pay for one - Vinedo Cuatro Cuatros)and one tour. Didn't receive tours of other 3 wineries. I'm sorry, but this was extremely disappointing. When I asked about the difference in what was advertised and what was offered, the woman on the phone made excuses. The driver was great, but only spoke Spanish. I speak Spanish, but my friend doesn't. If I had to tell others looking for a tour I would tell them to avoid this one. They lie. Not as advertised.

Ensenada Golden Tours was great at customizing our wine tour throughout Valle de Guadalupe! They created a fun filled experience for my family and I. They were very accommodating to dinner reservations we had as well! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you to our driver Edgar, guide Julie and Luis for his great communication and customizing our trip to Valle de Guadalupe! We will definitely be booking our next visit with them!

WOW WOW! We had a blast with Ensenada golden tours! Yus our tour guide was AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! If I could rate higher I would! Her hospitality and honesty was one of the best services we have received! They made sure we were safe and comfortable and showed us amazing locations at Valle de Guadalupe. They look us to a amazing restaurant where we ate amazing octopus. Yus was so attentive to everything and made our trip to Valle de Guadalupe one of the best trips so far! I will refer her to all my friends and family! ♥️ My husband and I were definitely not disappointed!
