If you stay in Krabi Town, there is an extra fee of 200 THB per person for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay in Klong Muang, there is an extra fee of 500 THB per car (max 4 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay in Tubkaek Beach, there is an extra fee of 600 THB per car (max 4 people) for the round-trip transfer which has to be paid on the day of the trip. If you stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort & Villas, please take the hotel shuttle boat to Nopparat Thara Pier in Ao Nang. If you stay at Railay Beach, we offer a pickup service from the boat ticket office at Ao Nam Mao Pier which is just a 15-minute longtail boat ride from Railay East. This class was absolutely amazing. I love Thai food and needed to learn some of the techniques to bring back home with me.
Angel made our correspondence leading up to our trip so easy. They even made changes to our day of cooking with very little notice when we were in Krabi! We were a group of 3 and my husband and 2 young children planned to leave and spend the day in Ao Nang while we cooked. The environment was so nice, they ended up sticking around and watch and taste our food.
The best part of this is that everyone can choose (within one group) what they want to make. This gives you the opportunity to learn everything and see what’s happening with multiple recipes nearby. They have drinks and you eat the food over the course of the lessons which ended up being some of the best Thai food i’ve ever had. They answered all our questions, and gave us extra cook books before we left!
I’d recommend this to ANYONE (whether you are someone who cooks frequently or not).

Fabulous time had by all..the booking process for the 2pm class was confusing as not a lot of information on TA site but all good once we were there and things explained.
We had choices of dishes to make, taught how to grind the spices, prep food and cook it. After each set of dishes we had opportunity to taste (we over-ate at first as we did not understand there would be much more to be cooked, and we could take our leftovers ).
Food was ‘bang on’ and the tastiest we have had to date on our trip and we find ourselves comparing all our subsequent meals to this experience.
Cookbook that also explained spice substitutions was a bonus. Staff were great! Definitely would recommend this experience.

It was an amazing class. All the food was great and the staff was very friendly. They picked us up at our villa and took us back. We ate everything we made and there was so much food we had plenty to take as leftovers. The food was authentic and some of the best I had in Thailand. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to learn how to make authentic thai dishes.

Wow!! What an amazing experience! The class was excellent and the ladies were so lovely and informative. Food was obviously amazing and some of the best food we have eaten whilst in Thailand! Make sure you go hungry as it is a feast! Would recommend to anyone who is visiting the area, also were given recipe books so we can remake the dishes of the night plus many more.

We had a fantastic experience at Ya’s. The instructor was a delight and very entertaining. There was a group of four girls and an Italian named Bruno. He had competed in Master Chef Italy in 2022 and brought a different twist to our group. We all picked different dishes and curries then shared. This was wonderful as we got to try everything. All and all a fantastic day. Thanks so much!

We had a fantastic experience at Ya’s Thai cookery school. Ying Ying & One One were both brilliant at showing us what to do and lots of fun as well, lots of chop chop and bang bang.
There was just the two of us and we cooked 10 delicious dishes (5 each). Don’t eat before you go, as there is so much food. We couldn’t eat it all so they packaged it up for us to take away. Highly recommend 😋😁

The only reason I have given 4 stars is that we were picked up over half an hour late. However once we were there, the experience was great! All the staff were very friendly and explained things well. The food was tasty and there was ALOT of it (and they let you take away what you can’t finish). Would definitely recommend doing this class if you come to Krabi!

This cooking course was really nice! My boyfriend and I been there with 6 other people and two instructors. Everybody were allowed to chose 3 out of 9 different meals to cook. We ate together in the end and were given a recipebook to take home with us. Would definitely recommend/ do it again!

This is a really well organised, fun day. We cooked so much food and it was all fantastic. Everyone got to cook everything and try everything and there was no waiting and no time wasting at all. I would definitely go again and recommend anyone to go. Do not eat before you go!!! We pretty much rolled home!! The food tasted like it was from a restaurant! You can take leftovers home but we had no way of storing or reheating so we didn’t but the staff were very happy to pack it up for you. They were very lovely in general. Defs check this class out!!

Couldn’t recommend Ya’s cooking class enough. Ya and her team were so friendly and helpful. We learnt how to make so many different dishes and got to eat all the food we made (go hungry!). You also get given a cook book with all the recipes of the dishes you make plus loads extra. We’ve spent 2 and a half weeks exploring Thailand and can easily say the food we made at Ya’s was the best we’ve had (especially the Panang - wow!!). Highly highly recommend

The school is not far from Aonang. When you book they will contact you and organise to pick you up. You can also look the cooking school up online and find the address. They have a Facebook page too. Because they pick you up from your hotel it’s super easy on the day.
