The entire experience with BH Lanka Tours was exceptionally good. Sanju Ranasinghe helped with all the booking details, customizing the itinerary, payments, etc. Everything was smooth and streamlined. Kudos to him. Mr Camilas was our driver and tour guide and his service was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous and went out of the way to accommodate our needs and showed us things that we wanted to see. Sri Lanka is a beautiful country rich in culture, history and natural beauty - and the enjoyment was doubled by the courtesy and hospitality shown by Camilas. Kudos and thanks to him. We have just done the 12 day Grand Tour of Sri Lanka with BHLanka tours. Wow what a beautiful and welcoming country. Our tour covered ancient temples and sites such as Sigiriya, Polonnaruwa and Cave Temple, as well as an amazing elephant safari, before moving south to Kandy, Ella for the amazing mountain terrain and beautiful tea plantations, Yala for another safari with lots of animals and then a coastal beachy tour north back up to Negombo via Mirissa, Galle, Colombo. We have seen and done so much in the 12 days. Our driver and guide, Heshan, has been extremely attentive to our needs, caring for our welfare and in suggesting activities he believes we must see, whilst also being flexible to changes to cover things we are more interested in. We were lucky that this became a private tour as we were the only people in the group (what a bonus). The hotel selections in the mountains and beaches have been fantastic. We had mountain views in three of the hotels, and beach views in others. The safari transit hotels have been well chosen and all hotels have welcomed us very nicely, with a few free upgrades. The tour had the same hotel for a couple of nights per stop which was a nice way to rest, particularly in Mirissa. All in all a trip of a lifetime, and a particular thanks to Heshan for looking after us so well and sharing Sri Lankan culture and music with us.

It has been wonderful 11 days with Janaka on this tour. His every effort to make this tour so smooth and comfortable is highly appreciated from the bottom of my heart. He did such good job so I would book more tours from BH Lanka. I’m lucky to have such a good guide.

It started with free upgrade to private tour and our guide Udara, most cheerful, patient, helpful, knowledgeable guy made it even better. As foodie couple he took us to most authentic food places where locals eat and food is to die for. He asked what we like and adapted to our needs and requirements, it felt like tour with local best friend. I cannot recommend BH Lanka Tours highly enough. Initially I was cautious booking direct rather than through an Australian agent but the experience with this company has been nothing short of exceptional. We took our family including a 12 and 14 year old and it has been a wonderful experience for them. Our guide has made this trip. Chinthaka (or uncle Chin which we called him!) was amazing. He was very calm and kind and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the trip for us - without him it would not have been the same. We travelled in an excellent aircon (essential) van with plenty of room and he negotiated the challenging traffic! Sanju in the office was fabulous too and so accommodating and helpful. Overall this company and Chin is 5 star all the way and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone coming to Sr Lanka

We cannot recommend our tour guide, Nalin Dissanayake, of BH Lanka Tours enough. This tour would not have been the same without him. His knowledge of Sri Lanka was first class and his command of English was excellent. He was always ontime and would go the extra mile to accommodate our requests. He was also a very safe driver. Please ask for this guy when booking your tour, you can't go wrong.

What a holiday of a lifetime. We cannot thank Nishantha from BH Lanka tours enough. I was travelling with my mother in law and he made us feel very safe. A kind man who loves his country, people and passionate about his job. if we wanted to change/add to the day plans he made it happen there and then and gave suggestions and ideas to suit us best. I'm travelling with my daughter and we are on our last day in this beautiful country, enhanced even more by the amazing contribution of our guide, Bhathi. His knowledge, present and past, took us to temples, to spice gardens, to rivers and all along the drive, Impressed us with the mention of every tree, every plant we encountered on our way. He was kind when my daughter was ill, he was not just our guide,he was our friend. The car was comfortable and always clean, and we had bottle water every day. We are reaching the end of our 12 day tour of Sri Lanka with BH Lanka Tours guide Bhathiya (Bhathi). From the moment we were greeted at our first hotel Bhathi has shared with us his vast knowledge of his country. Bhathi’s love for Sri Lanka shows in everything he does from explaining its culture and history to taking us on each new daily excursion. We have visited unesco heritage sites, temples, national parks, waterfalls and villages to mention a few, and Bhathi has provided us with the rich history to go with each visit. Bhathi has taken care of us from the very beginning of the trip, including arranging a doctor and medication for me when I was unwell. He was very patient and understanding whilst I recovered and showed genuine concern for me. The car was comfortable and clean and we were provided with daily fresh water bottles. The hotels picked out for us were fantastic, very comfortable and each with their own unique styles. Breakfast and dinner provided by the hotels were abundant, with a huge amount of choice. We were never left hungry! Sri Lanka and its people are truly beautiful and it is apparent they really care about their country. We would highly recommend Bhathi and BH Lanka Tours if you wish to travel Sri Lanka whilst gaining knowledge from a true local from this wonderful place. Thank you Bhathi!

This tour exceeded our expectations. It was well balanced with culture, history, food and nature. We saw ancient temples, climbed Sigiriya, visited local villages, swam with turtles, went to elephant and leopard safari's, and much more! We felt like we truly experienced the beauty of Sri Lanka. We had an amazing family holiday in Sri Lanka, it is a very beautiful country, with spectacular scenery and lovely people. We did a 16 day tour with BH Lanka, which was tailored to our requirements. Our guide, Sakun and driver, Mr Lallid were wonderful. So kind and always looking out for us, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Mr Lallid is an amazing driver who navigated the twisty roads with complete cool! Sakun is a very lovely young man who took the job of herding us around with dedication. They really were both wonderful hosts to this country. In 16 days we were lucky to see a lot! Our absolute favourites were climbing the rocks at Sigiriya and Pidurangula, the train to Ella and the white water rafting, which was a total blast. We also loved seeing elephants, leopard and lots of deer and birds at Wilpattu and Uduwalawe and the various wildlife at Sinharaje, where we also glamped at the river. We were lucky to cover all 8 UNESCO world heritage sites on our trip. We have made a ton of family memories to take away. Thank you so much!
