Amazing cruise with plenty of activities to do and all the staff were very friendly especially enjoyed the kayaking session in the morning and the cooking class was great.

Ha Long bay is amazing and so was this cruise. Getting to see the waters of Ha Long bay up close was really nice especially with all the other cruises around with everyone exploring the waters. The views of the massive formations were amazing

Viator travel is not trust worthy and the rooms and service are totally different what is shown on Trip Advisor and their web site. My booking number is BR-1196129983 travel 2 days 1 night Holong Bay curise. I booked in 1 month advance for 7 people with full payment.| I chose 5 star category which is more expensive. Requested upper desk with balcony for 3 rooms . All seemed OK when I chat on viator.com (Trip Advisor Agent). But the day before the travel date, they send whatapp and inform that they change the arrangement. they ask to take 2 rooms even though i paid full payment for 7 people. Since i was flying when i was sent this last minute message , i can only reply when plane landed at night , the day before the travel date. Since i insisted, they agreed to arranged 3 rooms. But it is not the 5 star cruise at all. The ship is too old. they provided lowest desk and no balcony. Hair dryer and toilet is not functioning properly. I needed to use about 1 hour to complain these. it was really a cheating on famous Travel portal. Compare with my past 5 star Holong Bay curise (alisa), I am sure this service don't meet even 4 stars.

Lily cruise was amazing! Highly recommend the 3D/2n as the second day made it all worth it. Food was good, a lot of Vietnamese cuisine with a touch of weather. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. Karaoke at night was fun and the sights were beautiful at Ha Long Bay. Not sure what the difference between 4 start and 5 star would have been but 4 star was definitely enough luxury with simplicity too. Would def do it again when I come back to Vietnam!

The staff was wonderful - very friendly and accommodating, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Halong Bay is stunning and this trip was able to capture so many beautiful landscapes and activities. The food was excellent and the rooms had cute balconies to take in the beautiful views. Highly recommend.

Go to ha Long bay, it's beautiful, but go with a different booking. Ha Long bay is stunning and I still do recommend spending overnight there for sure. Time on the boat consisted of meals, a kayak trip, a cave walk, a cooking class, sunrise Tai chi, and another hike. I'll go item by item for how I think other bookings would be better. To be clear that staff was very fun and nice and there was nothing wrong with this boat, it’s just overpriced for what it offers. I’ll leave my review similar to how the booking was set up, in the in depth description it does say that it’s not all inclusive, but the title said all inclusive. Meals: no drinks are included. Even water you pay for. Which was a surprise being that it was titled “God Tier: All Inclusive”. I expected alcohol to be a charge but nothing else. "god tier" even alcohol would be free. Perhaps this is standard on all boats in the area but feels like false advertising. Kayak trip: short but still beautiful. No large complaints with this one. Cave hike: many of the other boats had a guide that walked through and explained special parts of the cave and its history. This boat had no such thing. Just dropped you off and said see you when you're done. Nothing wrong with that, but again other bookings win out. Cooking class: fun. Was only like a 5 minute class on how to roll spring rolls. But then we rolled our own and it was fun. Sunrise Tai chi: this was supposed to be a highlight. They cancelled it completely. We didn't know until we were on the boat. They said sorry it's cancelled it's her day off. Is there no one else they could find who can do tai chi? This was crazy to just cancel one of the 5 schedule items. Hike 2: good and pretty, no notes. Other gripes: Wifi: effectively none. This might be common I'm not sure. But certainly not "god tier" or luxury. Starlink exists and would be plenty good for getting wifi. A 5AM alarm went off for the boat for no reason. I imagine it was for staff to wake up, but didn’t feel like the whole boat needed to be awaken for that. Again, overall, Ha Long bay is still gorgeous and it's impossible to not enjoy. Being on the water with the other boats at night is gorgeous. The staff was friendly and fun and made the most of everything, but for the price of this booking I’d say not worth it. Either pay an extra $100 and do an actual luxury yacht booking or save some money and get the same style boat for cheaper.

The stay was pleasant in a magnificent setting. The crew is smiling and helpful. The cruise is short but intense in activities. The room is pretty and clean although small for three people. The meals served on board are correct.

We really enjoyed our cruise in Halong Bay. We were three friends and had a lovely cabin—slightly small for three, but it was sufficient. The room and the bathroom were clean, which we appreciated. The activities offered were varied and well-organized: kayaking in the bay, exploring caves, swimming, and even a Vietnamese cooking class. Everything was thoughtfully planned to keep the passengers engaged, and we found it very enjoyable. The food was decent, and as is often the case, drinks were charged extra. This wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, it was a great experience that we’ll remember fondly!
