I had an easy smooth transition from the airport to the hotel... They were friendly and overall wonder! Would highly recommend!

First of all I would like to commend Reno for being such a great, informative and fun guide. He had so much information and is passionate about Freeport, his tourand his guests. He answered all of our questions and then some. He took us to 2 beautiful beaches and 2 sections of the caves. He then took us to the restaurant and gave us time to enjoy our burger and the 2nd beach. Highly recommend this tour and ask for Reno!!

This review is to simply compliment Ms. Zelda Forbes for her professionalism. We were booked with another tour operator that left before our ship had even docked and Ms. Forbes attempted to assist us. She was able to get the other tour operator on her cellphone. However, he was rude and refused to return to pick us up even though he admitted that the ship we arrived on was not docked when he left. We very much appreciated her assistance and integrity in trying to remedy the situation, especially considering we were not her customers. If we were to return to the island, we would not hesitate to book a tour with her company.

Good service, friendly drivers took us to a few locations on the island. Easy to contact and timely .

This was outstandingly homemade Bahamian food! Ribs just fell of the bone, chicken fingers were light and crispy and the cracked conch was mouth-wateringly good. The only problem was that we filled up before I could finish. Eating on the porch watching the water was just lovely. The staff were sweet and very thoughtful. Escape the tourists to find a great time!

If I cruise to this port again I will probably not get off the ship. The port is a ways from town so I cannot review town. The port is reasonably outfitted for shopping. It was clean. Do not expect any really good deals as the vendors need the business.

I absolutely loved this stop while cruising for Christmas. The people were super friendly and helpful . It was kind of pricey getting to the destination but it was worth it . Bring snacks and water because there are no concessions . The sights were awesome , it is more appropriate for teen kids as well .

They showed up very late almost causing us to miss our flight!!!! Horrible service!! And very un reliable!

Unfortunately, the event was cancelled. I’m waiting for a refund. The host called me to let me know they were not doing the bonfire right now.

There were just so much about this experience that we enjoyed...the food, the music, the dancing, our hosts, and getting to know the others who attended. And, of course, the bonfire was beautiful and relaxing. Made for a wonderful night.

We booked this excursion, paid for it, received an email and got tickets. We showed up on the island day of the excursion. No one came. We called and they told us that this excursion was not available and had not been available since the hurricane several months prior. We were very dissapointed...on the island with nothing to do!

I was very excited to go to this place since one of my friends had recommended, when we arrived to the island we found a great driver for a reasonable price who took us several places and finally to Lucayan. While traveling he explained the history of the place and told us what to do to enjoy the place then he pick us at the right time was a very quiet and clean place I enjoyed a lot

Pickup was supposed to be at 10:00 AM at my hotel. When they didn't show by 10:30, I phoned the office number and the lady said they cancelled the tour and I would have to contact Viator for a refund. That was 2 weeks today the tour was cancelled and 13 days since I filed for a refund with Viator and I haven't heard back from either Forbes or Viator.

I cannot recommend this tour. We drove around a block with expensive homes - Millionaire Row. We went to a small store with t-shirts and rum cakes. The fresh fruit market was 2 stalls with old fruit and 6 stalls selling t-shirts, smoothies and other knick knacks. Garden of the Groves - more stalls with items for sale. Not worth the time.

This was the greatest event on the Island!!!💕 An the food was very tasty!! This will be a do over, on my return visit💕💕 the DJ was on point!! Very entertaining!! Plenty to drink!!
