You booked through TripAdvisor/Viator and we canceled after trying to reach you several times regarding your pick up service. Most of the details we had for you had to be verified. Since we could not reach you over the phone number you provided, We canceled. If you checked your mail you would have seen the cancelation made and your money had been refunded.

Luxton Ace is a fantastic company. Our main interface was AJ, who was communicative, friendly, and very responsive. We used them for the airport and point-to-point transfers. All the drivers were friendly, courteous, and always arrived on time. This was our first trip to the Bahamas and Luxton Ace made sure our experience was nothing less than amazing!

Not only did Luxton Ace provide safe travel services to and from the airport.. They showed our family/friends around the beautiful island.. and provided great suggestions for our excursions.. from ATV’s to snorkeling.. boat rides and swimming on the lovely Rose Island… Thank you A.J. for such excellent hospitality!!

OMG!!!!!! He not only gave us airport transfer he set up activities!!!! We were laughing and smiling for all 5 days we were in the Bahamas and we felt completely safe and comfortable….. Awesome service l!!!!

AJ was our driver for my son’s 10th birthday celebration. Service was superb! He was prompt, congenial, and even pointed out landmarks (providing a pseudo tour of the island) en route to our hotel. When we return, we’ll definitely book again and hope AJ is our driver too!
