Although we had flight delays, there wasn’t a snag in the process. They were on time, soo friendly and the vehicle was nice and clean!

Great service and they were on time. This is a shared car service for up to four people. I preferred this option instead of a cab.

The service was excellent… my flight from NJ was cancelled last minute due to snow, so I had to take a later flight & they fully accommodated me with the new arrival time and a solo ride to Atlantis today.

I highly recommend using this company for your round trip transportation. They were extremely punctual and professional. Although we booked a shared shuttle we had the entire bus to ourselves on arrival and shared with one other couple on our departure trip.

Once we found our Moss Transportation rep all went well. Super friendly and nice ride. Only 4 of us on the 13 pass van. Driver was informative and gave a lil tour.

This is the second time using Moss Transport private service from the airport to Atlantis. Impressed as usual. Online booking and follow up confirmation the day prior for both rides. My driver Shaquille was great, attentive and on time. I requested an additional stop at a grocer to pick up a few snacks and water which was not a problem. If you are looking for a VIP experience MOSS Transport is the go to place. Thank You for another wonderful experience.

Took a long time to get through immigration but the company sent a text and called. Waited on us and also picked up 2 other people who’s ride had left.

Everyone we encountered who worked for the company were friendly ,respectful and very kind. We learned about the meaning behind certain building colors on our arrival trip and return trip driver told up about his kids. All are so proud to be a Bahamian and love what they do💕

Great service they were so nice and on time and made it easy to find! They were waiting for us when we arrived and showed up when they said they would when it was time to leave we didn’t have to wait around or call them and they were very friendly!

Highly recommend!!!! I took the shuttle both ways , they were early both ways . I was the only passenger both ways . The drivers are extra friendly and helpful

Very quick, safe, and polite. Very happy I used this service. As a single rider I much preferred this over a taxi from the airport.

Our male Driver (sadly, I don't remember his name) was FABULOUS!! He was a plethora of information about the island and local events. He talked about places to eat and beaches to visit. We were very appreciative of having a "tour guide" on our way to our Resort since we had not been to Nassau & Paradise Island before. When leaving to go back to the Airport they told us when they were coming since they knew how early we needed to leave based on traffic and time at the Airport. We felt very safe with his driving too.

Pick up from airport went fine. Driver was friendly and told us about the island the day we leave I called in the morning pick up was supposed to be at 11:30 AM as we had a flight to leave Nassau with another connecting flight and we could not be late. We Called multiple times they said the driver was coming after waiting 45 minutes past pick up time decided to take a taxi had to pay $55 after paying Moss transportation $75 fare round-trip shuttle from and to airport. Very disappointed. It seems as though they take your money and decide not to follow through with the rest of the agreement.

Moss is great.From our greeting at the airport to our driver Mr. Ferguson. Mr Ferguson was super friendly and made the trip to our resort extra special, pointing out the places we need to visit. Highly recommend.

We had to wait for at least 30 min for the driver to arrive to pick us up and the bus was dated and worn.
