      Dive service
Very well run. We have been using their service for 10 years. Quality boats, excellent dive masters, and great diving is the norm. Retail store is the best on the island. Always a PLEASURE!

Always a "MUST" when visiting USVI
We took three trips during our vacation in St. John. We would have taken four, but the Virgin Gorda trip was sold out. Great teams on the boats, total relaxation. We highly recommend Cruz Bay Watersports!

We had a great 2-tank diving experience with Cruz Bay! They had an extra crew member along so we got to do a drift dive. Friendly & professional staff.

      Amazing Trip
We did the day trip to BVI from St John. The stops and views were amazing. The boat was top notch and guide was excellent. My daughter injured her ankle on the trip and the guide went above and beyond to make sure she got care. The guide and company both followed up to make sure she was ok. Highly recommend this company and hope to make another visit in the future!

      Trip to the Baths
Very nice trip. We were told it wasn’t a busy time but there were plenty of other people around. Felt pretty rushed at the really cool spots. At the Baths and beach there, and then when we went snorkeling in the caves. They said that going through customs on the way back can really very in time and we did get through fast and got back earlier the they said we would so I was really wishing we could have had more time at the caves. It is a long day for the crew and I think they just wanted to get back. They do do a good job organizing everything as far as customs and lunch and stuff. (Breakfast was not that much to brag about)

      Ok but could be better
The captain and supporting members were great. But the water cooler had no ice in it so the water was warm in 90+ degree weather. 🥵. Music on the boat was too loud and weird. There should have been more info provided in advance on the hazardous walking conditions at Virgin Gorda.

      Great ride on Jammin.
Did the snorkel and picnic. Absolutely awesome!!!!!! Captain Erin, Izzy and Jermein. were great. Saw turtles, coral reefs, plenty of fish and a boat wreck. Lunch and drinks were amazing. Perfect. Couldn’t be better. Highly recommend.

      Sunset Cruise
We did not have champagne on our sunset cruise but none the less it was a good sail. The food was plenty and drinks were good.

Beautiful Way to Enjoy St. John Sunset
We had a fantastic time on our sunset sail on 8/27/24. The entire crew of Elijah (serving up fantastic cocktails), Izzy (handing out apps), and Erin (captaining the boat) was top notch. The appetizers were good. We're vegetarians, so we could only eat half of them, but the ones we could eat were delicious. Especially loved the goat cheese and honey tart. And the cocktails were plentiful for sure. There were a decent number of the people on the boat, but it never felt too crowded because there is so much room to spread out. Definitely a fun experience and some incredible views of the sunset over the islands. Worth doing if you're staying at the Westin because of how convenient it is to just walk down to the dock and enjoy the evening on a boat.

Cruz Bay Watersports for an Unforgettable Trip to St. John
Night Kayaking This was an excellent first night activity and was one of the highlights of our St. John stay. I did not realize that Cruz Bay is located on the Westin St. John property, and was thrilled that it was a short walk from our room. Regardless of the name, it is not really a kayak, rather a clear acrylic canoe with LED lights. I had limited hopes we would see much, but ended up being super impressed with all we could see beneath the canoe. Spencer was our guide, and despite his humor (i.e., “I have a 97% return rate from this excursion.”), he was clearly focused on safety and education. There were folks in our group that never kayaked or canoed before, but Spencer gave all of us thorough instructions. When some of the newbies went off course, which happened multiple times, Spencer was quick to wrangle everyone back. I am not familiar with sea life, but Spencer ensured that we learned about all the fish we were seeing, which I loved. There were participants in our group between the ages of 8 and 80, and everyone had a terrific time. One thing to note, remember the bug spray when you go on the Night Kayak experience. I forgot mine, and was bit. However, it was a small price to pay for such a memorable experience. Jet Skiing I had considered going on a Jet Ski excursion, but wasn’t sure about the price. My husband and I were the water sports stand at the beach and heard someone say, “You don’t want to miss this!” We booked for the next day with Josh, and he gave us an extraordinary experience. Neither of us had Jet Skied before. Josh’s response was, “I love first timers, because you’ll come in totally different than when you went out.” Josh gave us an introduction to how Jet Skis work, and we were on our way. He gave us plenty of space to get our feel of the Jet Ski, but also kept a good eye on us in his rearview mirror. We felt completely comfortable with Josh’s instructions and the Jet Skis were in excellent condition. In our hour together, Josh took us to three different spots of interest. We loved learning more about the area and what it means to those who live there. Spending time with Josh was a wonderful experience. He is #1 in customer service and personality. He told us that his goal was to make sure we had a great time, and we did. His love of the Islands was inspiring, and it was special to see his home through his eyes. Jet Skiing on the Caribbean Sea was a thrilling. And Josh was right. We were much better skiers by the end. Excursion to Virgin Gorda Baths and Snorkeling at Norman Island Caves I don’t often pay much for excursions. My vacation strategy is to enjoy all of the free activities offered by the resort. However, I was dedicating this trip to seeing all of the US Virgin Islands and some of the British ones. After researching all – and I mean all – of the possibilities, booking this excursion with Cruz Bay Watersports made sense. And it was a better experience that I could have ever imagined! When we boarded the boat, Island Times, we were enthusiastically greeted by the crew: Capt. Remo, Elijah, and Bobbie. Throughout the entire trip, the crew was professional, fun, and light hearted. They clearly enjoy working together and were 100% focused on ensuring all of us on board had a remarkable experience. The Island Times was sparkling clean and comfortable. There were plenty of seats for both the sun and shade lovers on board. A continental breakfast of mini-quiches, croissant, fresh fruit, and juices was waiting for us upon boarding. It was a fairly early departure, and there were lots of parents with teens on board. Now that we have grown children, my husband I laughed quietly about all the teens who looked like they would rather be in bed. But by the end, it was clear that they, too, had the time of their lives on the excursion. As Capt. Remo threaded through the Islands (while providing excellent music), Bobbie told us all about what we were seeing. We chatted with Elijah about how he was fairly new to the Island Times, how much he loved it, and his plans to eventually become a captain. All-in-all, it was an entertaining couple of hours that flew by. Arriving on Virgin Gorda, Bobbie and Elijah gathered us to the open-air taxis to the Baths. Bobbie had forewarned us that there were cruise ship passengers touring at the same time as us. She expertly led all 44 of us through the scrum. It ended up feeling like we were the only ones on the trail to the Baths and Bobbie provided us an excellent explanation of the flora and fauna we saw along the way. Upon arriving at the Baths, we had 10-15 minutes in the water, which was heavenly. The hike back from the baths was exciting, with boulders to skirt and short ladders to climb. We took a break for Bobbie to explain more about the formation of the Baths. After reaching the restaurant Top of the Baths (with outstanding views), my husband I felt we had earned the cheeseburger and fries. Bobbie and Elijah got all 44 of us back on the open-air taxis, we reboarded Island Times, and then were off for the short trip to Norman Island Caves for snorkeling. I had a bit of trepidation, as it had been 30 years since I snorkeled. However, the crew provided us with excellent and sanitized (thank you) equipment, including a flotation belt. It was a fascinating experience of caves and sea life, and I’m glad I took the plunge. The fresh water shower to rinse off the salt water was appreciated. And now the bar was open! Two Painkillers on the way back to St. John were just what the doctored ordered. Capt. Remo made our trip through customs quick and painless, and before I knew it, we were docked back at the Westin St. John. My husband and I were celebrating our 30th anniversary, which is why I was willing to spend the money for this excursion. I’m so glad we did, as it was the highlight of our trip.

Catamaran was stunning and not crowded. Vibe was good with music and the open bar. Lovango Island—too long on the island (2-1/2 hours), and the food too expensive for its quality/quantity. We’d rather have sailed more, and just filled up on hors d’oerves and the bar on the catamaran.

We had originally booked for a Tuesday, but that cruise was cancelled. We got immediate notice and we’re offered a full refund or to book the next day. We booked for the next day. Angela was so kind and professional in handling this. Thank you for a wonderful evening. 🌴❤️

The sunset was the only disappointment on this outing. No control over that, but the sailing is fun. Great crew who were most courteous and made for a great evening. The stop on Lovango was great fun. Highly recommend
