Fantastic experience and the crew was great. Lovango is a beautiful resort which is where we had dinner. Highly recommended!

Recommended! Promise fun in the sun and on/in the water and all you can drink!
We enjoyed our excursion! The crew was friendly and helpful, the water was warm and we saw turtles! I had the vegan tacos and they were delicious— I could have eaten two more or some chips. We had excellent conversations with fellow adventurers. We were disappointed that there was no coffee in the morning as we expected more of a breakfast. There was, however, unlimited alcohol which frankly did not appeal to us although many others took advantage of the opportunity to drink. So that would be a plus if that’s what you want. We would also have preferred less time at Lime Out and more time snorkeling, maybe a third spot? And more sailing, although that is probably weather dependent. Maybe our expectations were too high. That’s why I gave it 4 stars… maybe 3.5 makes more sense. Recommended to tourists whose expectations are reasonable, perhaps more realistic than ours.

There is room for improvement when it comes to the food and drinks. They serve. The crew was awesome very welcoming.
The staff were great, very hard-working, pleasant people. Very disappointed in the hors d’oeuvres, one skewer of mozzarella cheese, one small square of cheese/pastry. They had sliders, but I never got one because they ran out very disappointed in the food. The bar was marginally stocked, but the bartender was very accommodating. There is room for this cruise to improve on the food and the drink

      St. John Fun
We engaged in two different activities with Cruz Bay Watersports. The first was a jet ski tour starting from the Westin St. John, which was a fantastic experience. The highlight was our guide, D'Moi (apologies if misspelled), who stood out with his engaging personality, informative approach, and fun demeanor, making our time truly memorable. I strongly recommend requesting him for this tour. A minor note: be prepared for salt water splashing in your eyes, so wearing glasses might be a good idea. Our second adventure was a trip to Virgin Gorda, BVI. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are some aspects to be mindful of. The tour offers limited snorkeling time and, while the island is interesting, it can feel a bit dull and overcrowded. The beach and views are undoubtedly beautiful. However, the so-called 'caves', which are more gaps between large rocks, were somewhat unimpressive. Also, the amount of hiking involved wasn't clearly communicated. The food was fine but not exceptional, especially for its $25 price tag. The snorkeling location was average, with limited coral and marine life diversity, likely due to its popularity among tour groups and resultant environmental impact. A special mention goes to crew member Alexi, who was exceptionally welcoming and informative. In summary, while the tour had its moments, it felt overpriced and didn't quite live up to expectations.

      “The Baths”
We had a fantastic experience on Island Time! The crew was great. The weather wasn't the greatest and it rained off and on throughout our trip, but the crew made the best of it. Due to weather we couldn't snorkel Norman Island Caves but the caption took us to , "the Indians". Best snorkel spot during our week long stay on St. Johns USVI.

      Sailing @ The Ritz
As a boat captain, I scrutinize a boat, its crew, and professionalism a little more than the average boater, and although I was on vacation, I found my self subconsciously doing it. The Lady Lindsay II was in excellent shape, the crew was over attentive, informative, lively and professional and the trip (sunset cruise) was very relaxing and enjoyable. It was a privilege to be on a great boat with an excellent crew. Somehow, after 3 days of torrential rain, they even made the sun come out at just the right time. HIGHLY Recommend.

      Bad experience
Avoid this like the plague. Last week my wife and I paid $549 for two tickets for this trip. We were supposed to go Friday Feb. 9. That morning it was very windy. According to the US Coast Guard website, there was a Small Craft Advisory that day for St. John, meaning the winds were in excess of 20 knots and the seas were 2 to 3 feet. We decided to cancel the trip because of the bad conditions, but we were refused a refund because we didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance. I am an experienced boater and a licensed captain. This trip should have been cancelled. Failing that the operators should’ve refunded the money paid by people like us who didn’t want to go out on a rough day. This was a rip off.

      Virgin Gorda Experience
We had a phenomenal time exploring the baths of Virgin Gorda and then snorkeling at treasure point. Our guides were very experienced, knowledgeable, and accommodating to everyone. Would highly recommend this adventure to anyone!

Great views not a true Hors D'oeuvre and cocktail experience
The pros - crew super nice, boat very clean, beautiful views The cons - this was promoted as cocktail And Hors D'oeuvres but the food did not live up to that title , it was just some sort of mixed mayo sandwiches with sweet bread and a tray of celery and carrots , they also did not have the caliber of alcohol my husband wanted . Did not get our $109pp moneys worth based on that Would t go again

Relaxing Day to JVD with snorkel stop.
Cruz Bay Watersports is hands down the best charter. This was our second outing with them and each time they have gone above and beyond to ensure you have an amazing trip. The Captian and crew are always top notch. This visit we brought our kids (4 and 7) and they made sure they had an incredible time as well. I would without hesitation recommend this company for couples and families alike.

Absolutely incredible. Full day multiple stop snorkeling with booze cruise and lunch. Reefs and wildlife was plentiful and everything was excellent. Would've done it a second time if time permitted.

Everything about this adventure was amazing! My two teenage daughters and I really enjoyed the snorkeling, while my wife relaxed on the boat. The lunch served was delicious and plentiful, as were the included frozen cocktails and beers. Captain Paul, and crew Kestrel and Caroline were all super friendly and fun. As promised we saw many turtles, as well as skates and starfish at the first stop. The delicious, vegetarian friendly lunch was served as we motored to the second snorkel spot, which was magical with abundant tropical reef fish, and fun water games. Finally we sailed back to the Ritz-Carlton Resort, with the engines off. It was a really great activity, and well worth every penny!

Amazing trip. Captain Jolene and crew were great. Saw several turtles and tons of fish and coral. It was both a physically demanding and relaxing trip all in same day. So worth it and the open bar was also a huge plus. It takes some work to find the turtles and watch them but it is so worth it. Thanks again!

The crew was welcoming and fun from start to finish. We were taken to two amazing spots to view turtles and other amazing sea life. The excursion didn't feel rushed and we were able to relax and enjoy a nice sail back in. The lunch and drinks were excellent. I highly recommend this excursion.

By far the best experience we had during our trip to STT! The crew was fun, had great conversation about the islands, made good drinks, the lunch was delicious, we saw green sea turtles, snorkeled over a beautiful reef near Trunk Bay, the music was great - it was a perfect sail and 10/10 recommend and will do every time we come back!
