We’ll meet in Red Hook and be underway around 9am aboard MAHALA, a classic example of the iconic 44’ Irwin Staysail Ketch. There’s a lot to do and see around the reefs and beaches of St. Thomas and St. John, so no two trips are the same. Based on local wind and seas, and your preference of activities, we’ll try to show you the best day of your vacation, on “your boat".
Cinnamon Bay to swim with turtles? Snorkel the underwater trail at Trunk Bay? Visit the Annaberg ruins and Waterlemon Cay? Lunch on the beach in a funky shack at Maho Crossroads? Sleep in the sun, learn to sail, or just relax on deck with a cold drink and enjoy the Caribbean beauty from the privacy of your own “boat for the day”.
There's plenty of snorkel gear and safety equipment for everyone. Remember that this is a "bareboat charter" -- bring your own snacks, food and drinks for the day. We have a full galley with refrigerator and freezer on board, and a cooler available for ice.
At some point we’ll sail back to the marina, and then like it or not, say good-bye in Red Hook around 4pm.
