Combine sightseeing with foodie favorites on this guided tour of St. Thomas. The tour includes two rum cocktails, which you’ll learn how to make, as well as eats at popular spots in Charlotte Amalie. Enjoy Caribbean classics like curried chicken, fish tacos, Creole “fungi,” island slaw, and more. Plus, learn about colonial history along the way.
What to Expect
If you’re the kind of traveler (not tourist) who likes to walk, listen, see and taste, this food tour is for you. On this progressive dining tour in St Thomas, you’ll sample up to 12 sips and bites at multiple tasting spots, enough so you can skip meal after. In between fun pirate and colonial history, you’ll relax and have fun at your own cocktail making station where you’ll collaborate with a small group to assemble (and drink!) your own iconic Caribbean rum drink: a painkiller. Hello vacation, goodbye daily grind.

Savor Caribbean classics like BBQ and sweet yellow plantain while also pushing your foodie IQ by trying creole “fungi” and breadfruit. Dietary substitutions can be provided easily while not compromising local flavor. Make your visit to St Thomas unforgettable - eat well and be inspired.

This tour is 3 hours long. As for weather, barring a hurricane or tropical storm, it’s a go!

Wonderful time!

Lisa and Garfield were fabulous! I left with a greater appreciation of St Thomas - it's history, culture and food. Every stop was unique and delicious. They were very accommodating of my gluten free needs. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat!
