He stayed up for his full ride, got off and was so excited when he came back into the boat! There were 11 of us, and we had the best ride of our lives! Hurricane Ernesto was blowing through and they were great with reaching out to get us rescheduled for a day and time that still worked well for us. I'm the type that if my feet can't touch the ground, then I likely won't do it, but parasailing over the water was very relaxing and the view from high in the air was amazing. Dante, Maks, and Logan were our guides and we met them at the pier. They talk you through the whole process and for anyone that was nervous, they knew the right amount of small talk to make you feel safe. You take off from the boat as the parachute lifts you and are in the air for approximately 10 minutes. You are with a group, so each group was up for the same amount of time and they dip you in the water, depending on your preference, then bring you back into the boat. They have a photo and video package that I recommend because you'll like the camera view from the boat. Many people asked me if we land in the water and we don't. We opted out of taking a dip in the water (just your toes or your bottom torso) before coming back into the boat, but next time, I will take the dip. This was a great way to start my trip.Written April 26, 2024

The location is just off-shore from The Buccaneer, so the views are stunning; we also saw sea turtles. Shout-out to Hunter, who was really good at driving the boat. I highly recommend getting the GoPro package. Sadly, TripAdvisor won’t let me upload the screenshots I took of our GoPro videos.Written April 21, 2024

Terrible customer service, unprofessional and rude. Their policies are stupid and they take your money with no remorse. 0/10 stars. Took my 112 dollars and wanted me to pay 40 more to reschedule my reservation.
Why should I ? They were trying to sell our seats to the next people who paid higher even though we booked our reservation WEEKS in advance. I called the owner and he (Micheal) was absolutely NO help. Choose another para sailing . This was a scam.

Unfortunately you were 30 minutes late for your reservation. You asked for us to hold the boat for you, which is unfair to the people who were on time. It is very clear in our policies and confirmation email thy you need to arrive 15-20 minutes prior and if you miss your reservation there will be a $40 rebooking fee. I believe that is generous instead of loosing your whole ticket. We were not trying to sell your seats the boat went less 2 people.

This was my first time parasailing and it was absolutely epic. For people that are scared of parasailing, don't be, because it was incredibly easy and stress free. The boat ride out of the harbor was pretty. The crew was fun yet professional. They strapped us into the harness then hooked us into the sail and then lifted my girlfiend and I sitting side by side right off the back of the boat, and instantly we were flying! No need to hold on with your hands as the harness is very sturdy. We got up to 250-300 feet in the air and saw breathtaking views of St. Thomas and other surrounding islands. We were up in the air for about 10 minutes then they pulled us in and landed us very softly on the back of the boat.
I definitely recommend this to anyone seeking a beautiful view and a thrill while doing it!

This was an amazing experience. The crew was super friendly and fun; and you could tell they were highly experienced. And despite the fact that the crew was 25-30 years younger than us passengers, they played classic rock songs (from our generation) on their boat's speakers during our 1-hour excursion. Can't wait to go back and do that again someday.

It was a great, seamless experience. I went by myself and went parasailing with another solo traveler (too light to fly alone). The crew was very nice and laid back. You just sit and then you're up in the air overlooking the beautiful sea! The boat also played some nice, island music which added to the experience. They also allow you to take photos yourself, and can take photos with their own camera for a fee as well. I would highly recommend this bucket list excursion!

We booked a parasailing adventure while we were in St. Thomas, and we're so glad we did. The boat crew was outstanding, focused on safety, and made sure we had a memorable experience. I would definitely book another trip with these guys!

Amazing! This was our first time parasailing and Ethan and Crimson made the experience memorable and perfect. We were lucky enough to see a rare occurence of about 20 or so dolphins throughout our experience which was the icing on top. Smooth sailing all the way :) I would highly recommend parasailing with them. Thank you!! We'll be back :)

My parasail experience at Sapphire Beach was my first time in which I ever parasailed. Everyone got eight (8) to ten (10) minutes in the air in pairs. Prior to the experience, all must sign a waiver. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We spent about an hour cruising the waters near Sapphire Beach. Everyone also was harnessed in and everyone was very high up while all were parasailing! While I thought that this activity was expensive, it was worth it!

Parasailing over the Virgin Islands is something I will never forget! I am pretty adventuresome, but I went with someone who is afraid of heights and she thought it was awesome too. Capt. Ethan and Eric made us feel safe and clearly explained the process. They lift you up easily off the boat deck and you soar high above the Caribbean water with a bird's eye view of the sea and surrounding islands. THIS is the place to parasail! This is a Must-Do if you are visiting St. Thomas or St. John. I also highly recommend doing the photo package and the Go Pro add-on if you want photos and video of this amazing experience.

I celebrated my 70th birthday by engaging in this fun experience with my daughter. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the boat. No frayed lines here. The lines appeared to be newer and in good condition. There were five groups of two going up. While the second group was aloft, the Captain cut their ride short and quickly brought the couple back on board. He explained that due to wind conditions, we would have to return to the marina and wait 30 minutes or so until conditions Improved. After about 30 minutes, we went back out and the second couple was soon aloft again. We all completed our rides and returned to the marina. I was thankful that the knowledgeable captain put safety first!the parasail experience out of the Sapphire Beach Marina was lovely. Steve, the other staff on the boat was funny and kind and professional. I recommend these gentlemen.

We always have had a great time with this crew. During our vacation in October, we went twice. The crew is professional and fun. They are very good with all the customers, whether or not they had been parasailing before. They explain the whole evolution so everyone is comfortable with what to expect. Everyone on both trips had a wonderful time and my husband and I highly recommend them.

Do they take any pictures? I'd want to bring a water camera up with me but it would be nice to have a picture taken from the boat looking up at us too. Also, can we choose which color parachute we get? I like the multi colored one. :)

It will depend on how many people are in the boat. We had 8 people on our trip out. That was 4 trips up. We weren't out longer than 2 hours including waiting on the other 4 who walked up last minute to get on the boat.

Not in my experience. However there are a number of taxis all over the island that transport all over the island for cheap. These taxis not a traditional taxi, they are large heavy duty pickups with converted riding areas in the rear. Most accommodate 8-12 people.

In our experience yes. A teenager on our boat ride but didn’t fly. I don’t know if there was a charge for the ride. You can fly with them as 3 people can go at once!! 😀
