The kind, two-man crew saw to it we had an unforgettable experience. We saw three sharks, beautiful fish, and caught our own conch for our ceviche salad. We saw so many fish while snorkeling the reef, saw sea turtles during our boat ride, got up close to the ship wreck, and hung out with iguanas. We decided to do a jet skiing tour last minute and our hotel helped book with Caribbean Cruisin. We were able to get into a tour within 30 minutes and had the best day ever with our tour guide Garret. He was so accommodating and fun and helped us enjoy the beautiful sites surrounding Turks and Caicos -we could not have been more pleased and I highly recommend Garret as your tour guide. Thank you!!

The sun, sand, sea, shipwreck was great. However, the tour guide didn't pay attention to the group in the back and was way ahead so far, we couldn't even see him. At the end he didn't guide us to the shallow sand bar areas and one of the tourist with the jet ski was stuck in the sand with another boat head on coming at us. While trying to avoid the head on crash with the boat coming the opposite way, two of the jet ski collided.
Of course nobody came to our aid since tour guide was already on shore getting ready for the next tour. When they finally came to us, instead of asking how we were doing, they only cared about money for the damage to the jet ski. Admitting there was insurance coverages for such accidents and damages, they still insisted on money payments for the damages. Everything could have been avoided if the tour guide stayed closer to us and "guided" us back in safely. By the way, I'm experienced with jet skis and have a boater's license but obviously not familiar with that area of the ocean. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this company to anybody else.

Our time in Turks and Caicos was coming to an end and I really wanted to do something we hadn’t done before. So, we drove to Carribean Cruisin, but they were closed. We were still on Cali time lol. Went the next day and talked with Raiza and Betty for a really long time asking questions about the different tours and activities. They were both very sweet and helpful and encouraging. So….I’ve really wanted to jet ski, but I can’t swim. Luckily, the waters in Turks and Caicos weren’t deep so even if I fell in the water AND my life vest somehow didn’t keep me afloat, I could stand in the water and be ok. So I decided we (hubby & 2 kids-12 & 10) would go jet skiing. The next day we arrived and I start having all kinds of doubt about doing it. I was thinking our kids would fly off the back or I would flip over…just all kinds of irrational thoughts lol. Anyway, Eel was our jet ski guide and he was the absolute best. I was telling him all my concerns and that we needed to go slow. We compromised on going medium speed lol. I ain’t going to lie when I first got out on the water like midway through I thought about turning around. I had my son sitting behind me and he was freaking out because I wasn’t going fast enough and keeping up then he was telling me that I can’t swim and I’m too heavy for him to save me haha. Everything I didn’t need to hear while I’m freaking out on the inside. We met up in the middle of the ocean and I was telling Eel what I was feeling driving the jet ski and long and behold it was because I was going to slow so my husband and daughter got behind us and Eel was in front so I felt a lot better. What he said about going fast was true. He kept reassuring me that I wouldn’t flip and I didn’t. We got to this beautiful like secluded part of the island and we got off and he took pictures of us. Eel is super patient, encouraging and very personable. I’m beyond happy that we had him as our guide. Now get this, I thought I was the bomb on the way back. I told my son, I’m going to race and pass up Eel. He was like no mom stay in your lane please and I did. But that’s how confident I felt when I drove faster. If you’ve never jet ski before, Turks and Caicos is the perfect place to do it and Carribean Cruisin is the best company to go with. Definitely try and get Eel if you can. He’s awesome. Thank you sooo much Eel :) Also, you can bring your phone for pics and don’t forget to tip.

My wife and I did the 2-hr jet ski adventure with Eel and it was so much fun! We first went to the shipwreck and even jumped off the boat. I would recommend bringing sandals that you can climb up with and jump with. The boat is pretty rusty and I wouldn't do it barefoot (we did it with rubber Birkenstocks).
We then went to come of the cays and beached the het skis at a little sand bar and swam around. We even saw a shark at one point. It was so much fun! I would highly recommend to anyone coming to Turks.
Even though we booked the 2-hr we were definitely on the water for about 2.5 hours. It was a pleasant surprise and they were very professional and nice.

I signed up for the private jet ski “combo seafarer” tour which includes the ship wreck. We paid quite a lot of money for a 2 hour tour but unfortunately did not the tour we paid for. We never were brought to the ship wreck. We were brought to iguana island (as expected), saw the sand bar, and then taken to an island with an abandoned unfinished hotel. When we arrived back near the dock I asked our guide why we didn’t see the shipwreck and he goes “you signed up for the island hopper tour” then gave some odd explanation about the waters being choppy. When I got back to our hotel I confirmed my booking, realized we didn’t get the tour I paid for and emailed the operator. I got back a “sorry for the inconvenience can you come again” which we couldn’t. Received no other reply about this.

This was a really fun time! My son, daughter and I each rented are own wave runners, and were joined by 3 more people in the group. Our guide CJ was really good. We went around the various islands, stopped by Iguana Island, and jumped off the La Famille shipwreck! I recommend you wear water shoes, especially if you are going to explore Iguana Island, or climb up the La Famille for a jump back int he ocean! CJ was great about keeping everyone together, but recommended against climbing La Famille as the ladder recently lost a rung on the rusted ladder. This sounded a bit like a "company policy" due to the ladder becoming more challenging. When I asked CJ if we decided to "climb the ladder and jump AGAINST his advice'" he smiled said he would be waiting. The ladder is a bit of a challenge with he missing rung, but manageable. It was fun to quickly explore the ship and then climb top the top of the tower and jump in.
This was a fun couple hours, and I would highly recommend it!

Well first of all, almost got left at the dock. Start time was 11 am our taxi (set up by the tour) got us there about 1050am and they had to yell at our guide to not leave us. No direction or time given to read thru 3 pages of info they give you. Plus had $80 extra added on to price for insurance and fees. Jet skis were nice. Our guide was not good. Maybe explained 1 of the 3 stops. Was on his phone every stop. So we were kind of on our own. The last ski with 2 riders fell behind and 1 of the other riders had to ride to the front to tell guide. Had to turn around and find them. The last stop at the shipwreck I don’t think he said more then “this is the shipwreck” and that was it wasn’t there for more than a minute. Only reason I gave a 3 was because jet skis are fun to ride.

What a thrill this jet ski tour was!! Favorite part of our entire T&C vacation!! Marlin was our guide & he was amazing!! We made a stop at Iguana Island and took a swim. We saw giant starfish and the highlight was when a family of dolphins (including a baby!) interacted with us. We stopped our jet skis and watched them twirl around and play all around us. It was amazing!! Then Marlin said we have time for one more stop...a shipwreck! It was a sight!! Be prepared to hold on tight as you go really fast on the jet ski. It wasn’t scary though; more like thrilling!!

This was the second time I have used Caribbean Cruisin and it was the highlight of our trip. This is our second time we used ED as the guide...I highly recommend you use a guide and he is without question the best I have every worked with. He made it an amazing time was very entertaining, thoughtful and educational. Highly recommend you request Ed when you go.

We were a group of 4, 2 who had never jet skied before and 2 that had a bit of experience. We were originally scheduled for 2pm but were pushed back to 3pm. They called to make sure that was OK (which was good) and it was fine with us because we didn't have anything going on that afternoon. It turned out for the best since, with the delay, our tour became a private tour of just the 4 of us which was nice. We got a very quick overview of operating the machines and off we went. We followed the guide to the Shipwreck, to a bar area in the middle of the water and to view some fancy houses along the shore. It was fun and we could all go as fast or slow as we felt like going. The water was beautiful, nothing like turquoise waters to zoom around on! Other than that, there wasn't too much to our "tour". Still, it was an experience I worth doing.

We have an 8 year old and a 10 year that we would like to bring. Would there be an extra charge for each of them to ride along with an adult?

We are a family of 3. My husband, me (wife) and my 12 year old son. If we rent jet skiis...then do we get 2 jet skiis and my son can ride on the back? What is the total cost of this?
Also where do we go to your business? I don't know the area. Our stay is in Grace Bay Rd Providenciales. Can we drive/walk to your location?
