Leonard and Anne were great to work with during our stay in Turks and Caicos. We had a family of 8 on our trip and they had a vehicle that was able to accommodate all of us. Leonard was our own personal driver for the week and was great with the kids. Would highly recommend if visiting the Turks. Thanks Leonard for a great week on the island.

Great experience!!! Used Majestic the entire time we were on the island. Everything was handled professionally. We had airport transfers and an island tour for 8 people. Not quite sure who I was emailing, Antoinette or Ella. Everyone was great in responding to my millions of emailed questions when I started planning. Leonard was the perfect tour guide and driver. I will use them again.

Friendly driver and clean vehicle. We got through customs faster than I anticipated and we ended up waiting an hour and ten minutes outside the airport for our shuttle to arrive. Curbside crew said they called them to let them know we arrived early, but they still did not arrive until 10 minutes after our reserved time. Pick up at our resort for our return to the airport was on time and excellent.

We had a large group, and we sourced Majestic for our travel around the island each day of our trip. They accommodated our every need, and they did it with the friendly rapport that you'd expect from a friend. Couldn't give Leonard and his team a higher recommendation. We just returned from our Turks & Caicos vacation and so ready to go again! Part of the reason was because of Majestic's excellent service. If you want a seamless pick-up and drop-off from the Providenciales airport to your resort (or wherever you're staying), I highly recommend Majestic! Upon arrival, Leonard texted us and gave us instructions on where to meet him. He had the van nice and cool, (the island heat and humidity will hit you when you step off the plane), and we went directly to our resort. The day before departure, we confirmed our pick-up time. Sure enough, Antonette was there waiting for us. She provided lots of laughs as we were so sad to leave. Our resort included airport transfers, but it was not private. This was definitely worth the "splurge" and we will do it again!

It was a matter of minutes before we were on our way from the airport. The drivers were friendly and helpful. The vans were clean and cool. They accommodated a stop we wanted to make during our departure. Eight friends and our luggage easily fit.

We were really pleased with the service and would definitely recommend them. The cars were in excellent condition and arrived in plenty of time. The drivers were both extremely nice, helpful and informative. Don’t be concerned if you don’t get an immediate response to a message (I was starting to stress!) they were always true to their word.

Highly recommend Majestic VIP service! Amazing in every way including easy booking online and great communication. We were traveling with our 2 year old and they brought a car seat along as requested. After dropping us off at our resort, I realized I left my cell phone in the car and Antionette quickly arranged to deliver my phone back to me the same day. Antoinette and her husband are a great team running a wonderful company. We plan to use them again when traveling to Turks in the future!
