Jon was so much fun and chatted with us the whole time. They were very flexible with scheduling, pickup, and drop off. We were in and out within the hour!

I was excited to take my sister on this experience as she’s never been. We were actually very upset as we were told at the time it would be just us and maybe 2 more people. They ended up packing the boat . We went up first and they literally left us up there barely 5 minutes and we weren’t even up very high up! They also took a 25 second video and a photo of just going up and nothing in the air! The captain was very pushy and rude trying to rush people through and yelling at everyone. Even other guests said we got cut very short! For $85 pp I was expecting more! I personally would not go with this c Outfit again. Last time I was there we had a great experience with another company!

My fiance and I had a great time parasailing with Key to the Sea. The staff were so friendly and took pictures and videos of our experience. We were the only people on the boat so it really nice and not crowded. Definitely recommend!

The crew on the boat were very friendly and professional. they calmed the nerves of those who were felling anxious and made everyone feel safe. The views were outstanding, I truly enjoyed this experience!

Make sure you call ahead of time for the pickup location, the one on the map is not 100% accurate. Other than the pick up confusion the experience was breath taking.

Amazing restaurant next to the sea,perfect place to view sea with food on table. Sushi was amazing. Dinner during sunset went incrediable. Best moment. I will be back. See you again.

The staff was definitely top tier and communication is very easy with this company. I would definitely recommend their services. It’s easier to book at your hotel and pay on the boat.

My daughters had a GREAT time tandem parasailing with Key to the Sea. They made the whole experience really convenient -- flexible on timing, picked us up on the beach by our villa, and the team that took us out was SUPER sweet and helpful! Can't say enough about this company and what a great experience this was.
