Christina at the food truck at the Alexandra Hotel in Turks and Caicos is OUTSTANDING! Highly recommend her. She is so helpful and very kind.

We do food tours in almost every place that we visit, and this was one of our favorites ever. Tiny is fantastic. One of the things she did really well was introduce us to things like the architecture, government and culture of TCI in addition to just doing the food thing. The good was great, and the tour was overall even better. Thanks, Tiny!

Tiny, out guide was AMAZING… she was really cool and connected very well with my groupd & made us comfortable enough to try new tings. Also her knowledge of the island was impeccable. We kinda got 2 tours in 1. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

We did five locations , two were seafood , one was a local kiosk fried chicken , one was rum tasting and the last was a healthy smoothie joint . We also received a history lesson while driving from location to location which we enjoyed . Tiny was in charge of the tour and was super attentive and super accommodating!

We had a fantastic experience on the Taste of TCI Food Tour in early February 2020! Fortunately for us, we chose Thursday for our food tour, which coincided with the Thursday night Fish Fry, which was a total blast! Our guide, Shamika, was excellent and expertly handled our very diverse group of visitors! She did a great job setting expectations for what we would do and sample; she stopped along the way to point our places of interest; and, she ensured we were served very promptly at every venue we went to. We sampled different types of rum, watched a fisherman catch 2 conch that would be served to us right at the edge of the water (delicious!), then sat down on the deck to sample fried conch, conch ceviche and conch fritters along with our rum punch. We sampled a variety of organic juices at another venue including a fantastic ginger and sugar cane juice after we watched the juice get extracted right on-site. Fried chicken at Sweet T's was another stop and, despite a huge crowd of local folks waiting in line, Shamika, picked up our order within in 15 minutes. Our last stop was the famous Thursday night Fish Fry and it did not disappoint. The lobster dinner was enormous, the cocktail helped wash it down and the live music helped us work off the calories! This tour was an excellent value for the money!

Our private foodie and tour of the island with Shaniqua was amazing and so informative! All the food we had was delicious and it was nice learning about the island from someone who has lived on the island most of her life. Thank you so much!!

We just got back from Turks and Caicos and Tiny's food tour was by far one of the best things we did on the island! She was very knowledgeable about the island and answered all of our silly questions! The places we visited were incredibly good and off the tourist path of Grace Bay! We had plenty of food, by the 3rd stop we were more than full. She even suggested a few stops that we could try on our own, and we were very pleased. We normally like to try more local spots, so her tour gave us the opportunity to do so.

Sheniqua was an awesome tour guide. She took us to 4 local restaurants and ended with the Turks Head Brewery. We went to Fresh Catch, Bugaloos, Sweet Ts, and another I can’t recall the name. All were very good!

Tour was awesome, our guide was sheniqua, took us to four local restaurants, and ended at the local brewery, she gave us a tour of the island with points of interest between stops, and stopped at long bay beach to watch the kite boarders, highly recommend.

We really enjoyed this tour. Besides tasting some great food we got a very informative tour of some of the islands nicer spots. Would recommend.

We have been on many food tours ......and we ate !!! This guide is a very nice lady and knows a lot about the island but this was highway robbery !!! The first stop was a 1/2 of a 1/2 a serving. (remember this is a food tour that’s an opportunity for restaurants to show what they offer) we the had a bone infested fish !!!! A few conch crumbs ( very nice presentation from Willy) skipped the fried chicken tasting of (“THE BEST CHICKEN ON THE ISLAND”) for a pathetic juice tasting ( ps they were out ?... the grand finally was a taste .....taste ( at this point we don’t want anything) but they had a hard time pouring a “sample small enough” to send us out the the door !!!!! But not without bashing the restaurant we where to eat at that night !!!!! Save your money (theres no food) pay A driver for a quick trip around the island and then eat all the food you want at your hotel .........it’s included !!!

Tiny is an excellent tour guide and showed us some great local cuisine. It was more than just a food tour because she told us a lot about the local culture and history. She has been in TC for over 30 years, and knows the island well. I recommend for couples, families, and friends. Great for all ages (except the rum lol). At the Fish fry, I got an awesome homemade souvenier too. Make sure you come hungry! Thanks!

I went with a few family members and had a great time. Not only did we experience great cuisine we otherwise would have missed on our trip, but we also learned a great deal about the island from our tour guide. Super friendly and definitely a fun experience.
