- Stay7292890 contributionsAbsolutely recommend!Gus and G were fantastic guides! We saw everything from turtles to sharks, barracudas, so many beautiful fish. And even got to see the famous JoJo dolphin! A fantastic way to spend a morning here in Turks. 10/10 recommend!!Written September 5, 2024
- scottbM8100YH0 contributionsLoved the early morning Kayak Eco Tour!Get up early for the Kayak Eco Tour! What a beautiful morning kayaking through the mangroves to see turtles, baby lemon sharks, stingrays, birds, and iguanas on "their" island. We highly recommend this peaceful excursion.Written September 3, 2024
- Jplbassoon0 contributionsGreatest boat captain and fabulous day! This was our fourth trip with big Blue, our third all day snorkel trip to the reefs and Outer Banks. Jake was a wonderful captain and educated us about the history of Turks and Caicos. Ketlin was terrific as well and was comforting to be around in the water, as we saw many reef sharks, dozens of barracuda and many stingrays - and one giant eel. The snacks, lunch and rum punch were abundant and delicious. We had a fabulous day and can’t wait to do it again!!Written August 18, 2024
- shhiquet980 contributionsGreat Experience! Highly Recommend!Had a wonderful experience! A car picked us up from our resort which was incredibly convenient. The two girls that lead are trip were very kind. We saw three sharks, approx 50 squid, 2 lobsters, and a wide variety of fish. I felt a little sea sick due to ingesting some water and they were very kind to ensure I was feeling okay. The reef was beautiful and the boat was nice. The snack was much needed and I highly recommend that people bring water and even more snacks on board because it can be exhausting snorkeling! :) It was raining in the morning and they took us back to our resort to wait it out and then picked us back up again once it cleared. Overall, such a great experience.Written August 14, 2024
- 123happycampers0 contributionsA delightfully unique experience! We booked a half day trip with Big Blue Collective that was so amazing! Captain Mark, G and Ally were extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. We relaxed on the beautiful boat, swam, snorkeled and had so much fun on the seabob. They served snacks, drinks and delicious gourmet sandwiches that we thoroughly enjoyed. The crew went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and ensure that we had a great time! This was a delightful experience on a luxury Catamaran that was truly memorable. It was a highlight of our trip and exceeded our expectations! Thank you for a wonderful day! I highly recommend Big Blue Collective to anyone looking for a unique experience.Written August 9, 2024
- michaelsN5956KX0 contributionsTerrificWe had a wonderful excursion. Very rewarding. Ketlyn was a great guide, keeping the perfect pace, and giving us opportunities sit and pay attention to the ecosystem. We saw lots of turtles, barracuda, lemon sharks, etc. if you want time in nature exploring the mangroves while getting some exercise, I highly recommend it.Written August 8, 2024
- serenah8160 contributionsCouldn't give better feedback for this tour.Mark was a fantastic captain. A true professional, very flexible, and seemed to be an extremely genuine, pleasant and caring person. G and Allie were awesome. They were helpful, on top of their service and very friendly. The boat was beautiful, clean and had so much space for everyone to spread out. We never felt rushed - on the contrary, they made us feel like our experience was of number one priority to them. The food and drinks were also excellent. Lots of fresh fruit, delicious sandwiches and salad (they accommodate all allergies - our group has quite a few of them) snacks, and a great drink selection. It also says a lot that I am pregnant and was not feeling well, and still left thinking so highly of this experience. Thank you guys for a great day!Written August 2, 2024
- evarH7440MO0 contributionsBest Snorkel tour on the island! As a long time (10yrs) Providenciales visitor this was my first time trying big blue collective, the tour was top quality and I definitely intend to return to this company in the future. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I’d recommend it to anyone, all levels of skill on our boat were taken care of accordingly, easy 5 stars would go againWritten August 1, 2024
- hollywI9558TK0 contributionsThis is the best Tour on the IslandWe went on the eco snorkel tour today 7/18. We had a woman captain who was awesome and found more fish and fun things than ever. sorry C that i cant spell your name but you are amazing. Mitch was the co captain and also wonderful. We saw a spotted eagle ray. A MORAL EEL!!! Many nurse sharks. Many Turtles. Grouper. BIG Baracudas. So many fish that you would not believe. And it was personalized. Great snacks and water. We smirked at the boats full of people as we pulled away in our awesome boat. This is the tour to takeWritten July 18, 2024
- Odyssey7857690 contributionsHighly recommendedWe ended up being the only ones on the tour and had a fabulous time with our guide, Hugo. He took his time to tell us about the animal life and plants. We saw turtles, sharks and some baby barracudas. All were friendly but in a I-won't-bite-you-kind of way. Highly recommended.Written July 13, 2024
- bostonsrir0 contributionsGreat Snorkeling ExperienceWe booked our 4 hours snorkeling trip with Big Blue Collective and glad we chose them. Our experience is 10/10 right from booking to end of the trip. Sharla was the one who booked our trip, she was very courteous and answered all my questions over phone and email. Follow email gave us the exact location to drive to and it was easy. We had Jake and Mitch as our crew and they are one of the best in business. Despite a non swimmer, I have enjoyed snorkeling in 8 Caribbean locations and by far the boat Big Blue Collective had was the best, it had shades, a bathroom and everything one needs. Jake took time and explained T & C archipelago, its history and the reef system. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Mitch is as good as it gets in a snorkeling crew. They got us to 4 different spots to snorkel in our 4 hours time frame. for the first time we swam with Sharks and Dolphins. Jake and Mitch selected spots where it wasn't crowded so that we could snorkel in peace. Since I am a non swimmer, one of them were with me all the time in the water and made my experience a great one. This wasn't a party boat but if you are looking for a quality snorkeling experience, Big Blue Collective is the place to go. Am sure every one of the team is great but if possible, ask for Jake and Mitch to be with you.Written July 6, 2024

- AndreaSH9480VR0 contributionsAll Female Crew = An AMAZING Day!Our group of 10 booked a North Shore tour on White Sands and we had such an amazing day. Captain Cole and her crew Allie and Amber were absolutely fantastic. They fed us all day long and made sure there was plenty to drink to keep us hydrated. We have booked other tours before, with other companies, but this was our favorite. All 3 women were so personable and attentive, not only to us but to the ocean environment. It was so refreshing to witness such care and concern. The vessel is immaculate and comfortable. Plenty of sun for those who desire it, and plenty of shade for those seeking respite from it. The typical snorkel spot was packed with boats, so Cole took us to a less popular spot that was equally as beautiful and far less traveled. We were fortunate enough to see three nurse sharks during our adventure, and it was truly magical. When we stopped at Pine Cay to anchor down for a few hours, eat lunch, and enjoy the beach, Jojo the dolphin came right up to the boat. He must've been there for a good 10 minutes or so, just swimming and playing with everyone. He left and came back a few minutes later with Bo, Sarge, and Scooter. The other 3 didn't get as close, but Jojo came right back to the boat as if to show off his family. It was incredible! This is a day that none of our group will ever forget.Written June 16, 2024

Saturday, 3/7 my husband and I went on the Edge of the Banks Tour with Jake and Collin - two fantastic guides that have an enormous sense of humor besides their tremendous respect for the sea. Our wonderful day culminated with my birthday request to see a whale. 10 min later we were off the coast of West Caicos when a mama whale and her calf gracefully and repeatedly swam by us while we continued to snorkel in awe. It was an experience that our group will never forget and thankfully one member had a GO PRO . I can't give this company enough praise for that day. Although there are no guarantees what marine life you will see, I took home the best birthday gift ever!

If you are looking for a full day of some serious snorkeling and nature, not some copy-cat touristy stuff, this is for you. It came to me recommended from a local other place, they said it’s the only company that would take you to a really good coral, and they met the expectation every bit.
They also take to swim with the whales if they are around!! What I like is they design their trip for current conditions, not a cookie cutter thing. This day we went to 2 reefs and a wall, where the ocean floor suddenly drops down, lunch at French keys, we also swam to the shore to chill. We could stay at the spots as long as we wanted. I can say it was my best snorkel yet, the water color is amazing, super clear. It’s January, the water temperature was 73F or so but for me it got slightly chilly. The rash guard helped to keep some warmth. Plan accordingly.
The crew was amazing, they came with us into the water and showed us things, they are all very knowledgeable, very experienced and fun. Not too pushy. Small groups, we had about 8 people total. Money and time we’ll spent, high quality rad trip!

Captains Trish and TJ were so engaging, kind and informative and Crew John was in the water with us 2 out of the 3 snorkel stops. This company stays clear from the crowded other charter boats and starts at the Leeward Reef before the masses arrive, giving you the best experience at one of the best snorkel spots. Then depending upon the weather, wind and seas you continue on , we went to West Caicos, anchored at the beach for lunch, a walk and a swim. Saw an Osprey nest, chicks and parents. Excellent lunch and healthy snacks. Then onto the Edge of the Bank for the last snorkel. The ride back to Leeward was fantastic, all in all we circumnavigated the Island which was so interesting to see from the water! Also of note, their maximum is 12 people, so you are guaranteed a very personal experience. This was my 3rd time taking a trip with this company, consistently excellent !

This was a great tour! Big Blue is a very professional and eco friendly company. Everyone there was friendly and very responsive! Lee was a great captain and tour guide. He did a fantastic job navigating our day and keeping us out of weather patterns that moved through so we never got rained on but still got to enjoy amazing rainbows! We did 3 amazing snorkels that were all different near northwest point and west Caicos. We hardly saw any other boats- it was amazing! This tour is a full day and Lunch is served on the boat! I highly recommend this tour!

Highly recommended. Big Blue is not the lowest cost tour operator, but they provide excellent Value. Our all day tour consisted of a small group of three families with eight people and two crew providing for significant personnel attention. The tour made a complete circle around Provo including three snorkel stops with the last on West Caicos. Each stop was a little different providing the opportunity to see a lot of variety. We saw a few sharks, a large school of barracuda, sea turtle and a range of tropical fish. Unfortunately no dolphins. The reefs had a range of sea live some more vibrant than others. In some cases you can see what is likely damage from recent storms or other environmental factors .. all need to do what they can to preserve the ecosystem. Food consisted of a nice morning continental breakfast with fresh fruit and small muffins. Water, Lemonade and Rum punch to drink. Later we had small wraps as a snack (Ham, Chicken, Turkey) and lastly Lunch was a Jerk Pasta with Hummus/Veggies a big more local flavors. Overall wonderful time out with a friendly and experienced crew. We definitely recommend Big Blue.

We once again had the best private boat trip with Big Blue! We work w them every time we are on island and trust no one more to provide us w fun, interesting info and amazing adventures!
While we usually spend a great portion of each trip snorkeling, yesterday on our request because of the winds, we did a more gentle, sightseeing tour visiting different cays and the south side of the islands. It was totally relaxing and really beautiful with rum punches in hand.
Our crew was, as always, awesome!! Jake and Michael not only made it SOOO fun and were totally entertaining (corny jokes and all) but also showed us new parts of the islands we hadn't yet visited and taught us new things,.as the Big Blue crews always succeed in doing.
Thank you Mark and co. for another fabulous day!!!

We absolutely loved our snorkeling trip. Lilly and Breadlyn were fun, accommodating and knowledgeable. Our small group of 6 had a great time checking out several snorkeling spots, relaxing on a beautiful beach and cruising around the islands. I’d recommend this to anyone looking for an adventurous way to explore the islands. We are always a little wary when booking a “full day” outing but this was our favorite day of the trip! This day outing is high quality and we felt it was worth the expense and then some.

Everything about Big Blue is 10/10! Trish & Amanda were our guides on our boat! We chartered a full day private charter on their 32 ft World Cat...twice lol
Trish and Manda took us to amazing snorkeling spots & beautiful islands in North Caicos. They also found a mom and baby dolphin that they helped us snorkel with for about 20 minutes. Then another boat company arrived and their customers were splashing, chasing and grabbing at the dolphins and they swam away from them.
Trish & Amanda give 5 star professional service & treat you like you are a guest on a million dollar yacht! And they are so cool and friendly that they felt like part of our family!
We had so much fun on the boat with Trish and Amanda that we decided to schedule a second full day private charter but this time to go to West Caicos. Big Blue worked with us to let us have Trish and Amanda again. West Caicos has some amazingly blue, clear water. They also took us sub-winging over "The Wall" and we did cliff jumping!
I wish we could charter a boat every day with Big Blue and Trish & Amanda! It was the highlight of our family vacay!

That's such a great review of your boat trips with Big Blue.
Trish and Amanda are awesome guides and were equally stoked to do a second trip with you all to West Caicos.
That's a special island, and so is swimming with dolphins. Glad you had that opportunity.
Thank you so much for playing with us and for sharing your experiences.
Hope to see you again!!

Went in a full day tour today, Cole & Tom were our captains/Guides we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! They absolutely LOVE their jobs, knowledge is priceless & they have lots of passion ❤️
Every person on the boat had a say in what and how our cruise went. Safety first. We were lucky enough to have seen Whales, Dolphins, sharks, stingrays and of course beautiful fish!
My fiancé and I were first time snorkelers and they made sure that we were ok, comfortable and had all the assistance at hand if needed.
Then after we were off the boat Tom informed us of sharks feeding off the docking area! Amazing! We appreciated them so much!

The crew was nice and knowledgeable and lunches were great, the snorkel spots we to went to were awesome, but we would not do this again and not reccomend for casual or beginner snorkelor. You spend about an hour boating to the first spot another hour boating to the second spot and another hour boating back. Your boating too fast to do anything but sit and wait for the boat to stop to move around again.
We were really only in the water for 1.5 hours at most and this was actually plenty for us and I think we would have been happier on a 1/2 day tour. I only booked this full day with the hope to have encounters with dolphins and/or whales. We did see a whale but we weren’t able to get close enough to him, Not big blues fault obviously as wildlife is not predictable but if you are booking solely for that reason you may very well be disappointed. Overall Big Blue is a nice outfit but we just didn’t love this tour. Had we had Dolphin and a whale encounter the amount of boating time may have been worth it for us and our review would have been different.
If your looking in Instagram and seeing all the dolphin and whale encounters just be aware that this is not happening on every trip and decide from there if this your is still something worth it for you.

Are you going to half Moon bay, Little cay and St George, Parrot Cay? How many people goes in your boat?

There was a max of 12 people. We tried to add our other family members but the boat was full. I believe those are the spots we went to. There were all a little different and special.
