We booked a private half day/morning cruise on a double decker boat for our family of 6 (including 4 teens). It was a splurge to book a private tour but was so worthwhile and the highlight of our vacation. The boat location could not have been better for us as we stayed at The Palms and the boat departed from right outside our resort. Our captains, Jay and Stan, took great care of us and prepared what was quite possibly the best fish (snapper) we’ve ever had for lunch (if anyone has their recipe, please share!). The boat was extremely clean and comfortable and well stocked with beverages of all types. The kids enjoyed the slide, diving board, and tubing after a great morning of snorkeling, exploring iguana island, and cruising. VERY highly recommend this tour company!

Excellent experience. The staff were super kind, engaging and supportive. Everything was just as advertised. It was easy to find the check-in stand on the beach, we got fins, snorkels, and masks and watched them clean the gear in soapy water on the boat. They also provide flotation devices in a range of sizes, which was helpful.

There was rum punch, beer, water, and sodas and it had an open bar feel to it, which was fun. The boat also had a water slide, which was fun.

The snorkeling was excellent-- we saw lots of cool fish and even a couple of reef sharks. The staff provided some safety info before we got into the water and did a great job keeping an eye on all the snorkelers and alerting us if we needed to move closer to the boat to avoid drifting off.

Iguana island was also lovely. They were everywhere!

Would 100% book with Caicos Dream Tours again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, ocean adventure while visiting TCI.

Caicos Dreams has a relationship with our hotel, so they pick up on the hotel beach on Wednesdays and Fridays. I think we could have booked on our own and been picked up in the same place, or close by. We had our own snorkel gear, but everyone else seemed happy with their included gear.

Note that the second stop on the trip is now not Iguana Island (a national park) but Half Moon Bay, a publicly owned undeveloped island that has a small iguana population. The real reason for stopping there is the Caribbean and Atlantic beaches just 400 feet apart, and the low vegetation to walk through. In fact, our trip made a brief extra stop because multiple people felt seasick after snorkeling 45 minutes in high swells. (Not scary, just bouncy. I don't think it was unsafe, and they were not wrong to continue the trip. This may be why we ONLY had "guided snorkeling" led by Raoul, while independent pair-snorkeling was permitted on another trip we went on with Caicos Dreams.)

We had Capt. Tito and Raoul, who did a nice job, and were very attentive to us. The trip includes unlimited rum punch, canned beer, and soft drinks, and more pre-made sandwiches (on damp white bread, but good) than you can eat! Honestly, I would have preferred a second snorkel spot, but Half Moon Bay is a very nice visit if you are staying in a busy place like Provo. Here, the younger patrons jumped off the roof deck, or slid down the curved slides into the water.

We had to pay for our trip in advance, using a credit card. They picked us up on time, and while we were the last drop-off, that was also on time. Would definitely do this again. Price was fair. One trip had about 24 guests, another had 16.

Got picked up at 8:20 in the morning precisely accurately on time in front of flamingo café. Proceeded to other hotels to pick up other passengers, and then out to see. We were fortunate enough to capture three whales on our route to half Moon Bay to snorkel. The crew was magnificent, courteous, kind, attentive. Captain was awesome food was great. Drinks were plentiful.!!
Went to iguana Island had a great time there and the captain took us out to see where we could slide down the slide jump off the diving board, and again the staff was perfect! They're dolphin buddy JoJo follow the boat and went in and out of our waves. Then they dropped an anchor, so he could wrap himself around and around the rope and jump over and under it for us. It was an awesome trip, precisely timed perfectly planned I would do it again and again if I had the time. The price is better than any other tour on the entire island and you get more bang for your buck.!!! $112 versus $137 - $150 for not even as much time, nor attention, nor multiple places to see on other tour, boats!!!

This was the highlight of our trip to Turks and Caicos by far! The value is unbeatable and our guides Qui and Pine were friendly, fun and seemed to really enjoy their work. The snorkeling was awesome because the crew new exactly where to take us for the best viewing and we ended up seeing a 4.5ft REEF SHARK!! It was breathtaking and exciting and scary and so freaking cool. We almost did a 2nd trip we were so impressed. If we ever get back to T&C, we will definitely book this one again. Don't pass it up!

Our group of ten adults had an amazing time with Caicos Dream Tours. We booked a half day snorkeling adventure, and it did not disappoint. We saw a ton of wildlife while snorkeling. Afterwards we explored Iguana Island & relaxed on the basically private beach. The beauty God created in Turks and Caicos is breathtaking. The food was adequate, picnic lunch type sandwiches, chips, and fruit. There was plenty of local beer, rum punch, soda, and water to go around. We enjoyed meeting new people, but keep in mind there are larger and smaller boats you may not know which one you will be on until you board. Covid things: masks were not required on the boat as it's entirely open air or beaches. The only time they are required are indoors in shops resorts or restaurants until you get to your table. We have done this tour twice. The first time we were on a smaller boat and this time a larger one, which just meant more people. If you want something for families or more privacy with your fellow travelers, I would clarify that ahead of time or spend a little extra money for the private tour. The return boat ride was definitely more of a party boat atmosphere being that it was entirely adults who enjoy rum punch. We loved dancing to the music etc. But as a mom, I would not have wanted my children aboard. We would have booked a private tour instead or asked for a more family friendly boat. The captain and staff (Okimo and Manny ) were accommodating and incredibly kind. Thank you for a wonderful day Caicos Dream Tours!

The crew of this book, were all professional, and in theory, this should’ve been a lovely day. However, as soon as we set sail, they began to play earsplitting music. It was incredible. I checked the decibel reading on my iPhone, it was 100 dB. Which is the same volume as a motorcycle. Seriously.

We only snorkeled for about 20 minutes out of the four hours we were on this trip. That was a real disappointment. In addition, my snorkel equipment did not function. There was a small hole in the tube of the snorkel that constantly let in a small trickle of water. That was a drag.

This is also not the fault of the crew, but our tour was populated by dozens of frat boys from Virginia. They shouted and screamed and literally called each other “bro“ at the top of their lungs for four hours. That was likewise unfortunate.

They took us to Iguana island, which was beautiful. We walked to the Atlantic side and swam for almost an hour. The water was beautiful and it was so quiet. That was dreamlike, and I am grateful that we got to have that experience.

When we returned to the boat, as I stepped down the ladder onto the deck, I slipped and fell. I cut my leg and hurt my back. None of the crew noticed, and it was only the other passengers who came to my aid and patched me up. Then the ear splitting music began again. I cried a little bit on the way home.

So I was really disappointed by this cruise. It was really pretty much a nightmare. If you are really into super loud music, or if you are a member of a frat, or if you really wanna spend like 20 minutes out of your four hours on the water snorkeling, this is the cruise for you.

What a wonderful experience. The crew was so kind, knowledgeable and communicative. We first stopped to have one of the crew members find domes conches. They found a lot of them as you can see in the pictures. We then went to a different place to snorkel, they made sure we had all our gear and we were able to use their slide to go down. Our favorite part was snorkeling because the water was so clear, you were able to see the coral reef, tons of different fish, jelly fishes and to our sulfide two sharks. They were small/medium size and were unfazed with human presence. We then went to a small island to crack the conch, the crew members demonstrates how to open a conch and which part is best to eat. We learned a lot of conches and everyone had a piece of fresh conch to try. It’s was refreshing and something new to try. We got to keep the shell of the conch. We then we were offered lunch which consisted of turkey or ham sandwiches, chips, fruits and beverages such as their famous beer and rum punch. We stopped at iguana island in which of course we saw iguanas and in the other side the most beautiful blue water. We got to swim and take pictures there. I warn you though, bring bug spray because there are lots mosquitoes in the island. We then heading back to our start destination. We started the day at 9 am and ending at 1 pm or so. It was an amazing experience and worth every single minute of it.

This was the true highlight of our trips to Provo Island in Turks and Caicos. The company was most professional in the booking of this cruise and the crew was friendly, efficient and accommodating. Since we were the only ones scheduled at the time of booking, they alerted us that the cruise would only go out if ten people had registered in advance. They contacted us several hours later to tell us that they had received the requisite number of passengers and informed us of pickup time from the hotel.

They picked up exactly on time and took all COVID precautions by requiring masks, doing temp checks and providing hand sanitizer. We were transported to the boat docking area where we were sized for snorkeling equipment and the boarded the boat. The boat crew was most helpful in helping us on board, taking pictures of us throughout the tour and providing cold drinks, fruit and lunch.

The snorkeling adventure was about an hour and just perfect. The equipment was excellent, allowing us a good fit on the mask and fins. The first mate became our snorkeling guide as he took us through the reefs, pointing out interesting sea life among the reefs. Some of the other passengers stayed close to the docked boat while we ventured out with our snorkel guide, enjoying beautiful views of the reef life around the boat and beyond.

The crew took note of the passengers interests and stopped to point us various marine life along the way. They showed us a starfish and large conch that were spotted along our way and then brought on deck for our viewing.

We then docked at Half Moon Island where we were served a sandwich lunch with fruit, drinks and snacks. We ventured by foot around the island, seeing the endangered iguanas and swimming at the pristine beaches. There was a reef within a short swimming distance at this island and we enjoyed swimming nearby. Once back at the boat, we enjoyed watersliding off the boat into the clear blue water.

We finished the tour by viewing the canals nearby and the sea life on our way back to our hotel. It was a most enjoyable 4 hours and something that I highly recommend.

Thank you, Caicos Dream Tours!

We went on the half day reef snorkeling beach picnic on 3/2/2022 and while the reef and beach were wonderful, the safety issues on the ride back from the beach were appalling. We were on the Big Boy with "captain" Tino. On the ride back with the music blaring, my wife and I went to the top deck to see the view. There was a smaller boat to our starboard side the was running a parallel course. Tino decided to go to the lower deck to dance and party with the guests (some 40 of us). I turned and looked at the bridge and, alas, no one was driving the boat. The smaller boat to starboard started to veer toward us and Tino started to yell at them to veer off then ran back up to the helm to be a captain again.
Shortly afterward he again left the helm and our boat veered toward a roped off swim area near shore. One of the more responsible deck hands ran up to be the "captain" and correct our course. I did notify Caico's dream tour management and did get a response from the manager who wrote that he would get the details from his crew and call me. I received no phone call from him.
I am contacting the Turks maritime authority as well.
If for some reason Tino is still working for this company and you get on a craft with him, I would get off. He is not a responsible captain.
