The transport was so organized and efficient. She was friendly and made sure that everyone got where they needed to be. I would definitely use this service again if I'm lucky enough to go back!

While this was our first trip to Turks and Caicos, I decided to book a round trip airport transfer ahead of time. I used Tripadviser and decided to use Provo Connection based on both the reviews and the cost. Upon arrival on Saturday 7/13, we exited customs and located one of the airport staff near the taxi service area. He directed us to a spot, made a call and told us our ride was on its way. 10 min later we were in an SUV and on our way to our resort. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and our driver was very polite. It was a 15 min ride and we were soon pulling up to our hotel. On the day before our departure, we called, as instructed and were given a pickup time based on our flight. A van picked us up about 20 min after the agreed upon time and had another family also heading back. It was a bit crowed but not uncomfortable. We arrived at the airport 2 hrs and 20 min before our flight. Over all the experience was exactly what I hoped it would be. Uneventful. I would definitely recommend using Provo Connection. And if you are someone that does not like to share a taxi, choose one of the other private options.

Enjoyed my ride with Provo Connections. The driver was friendly and offered suggestions on things to do. I felt safe and the wait at the airport was very minimal. Book with them and you won’t regret it!

Booked Provo through Orbitz when arranging my vacation for a private transport. 2 days before the trip I had heard nothing from them as to where to meet and what to do. I called the number on their website. No answer. No voicemail. I called Orbitz. They tried the same thing. No response. I used the email on the website. No response. The day before my trip I am now having find alternate transport adding stress to a situation that should be relaxing.

Overall, we were satisfied with the service and our driver, Spring, was super friendly, chatty, and we felt safe with him. The only downer was that we had to wait for what seemed like a long time for our pickup at the airport. I didn’t check my watch but it was at least 30 minutes. This was after we paid for Fast Track and made it through customs in less than 20 minutes. They could also improve the communication when trying to schedule the ride back to the airport. No one answered when I called the number, but as soon as I hung up I received a text that just said “Hello.” Had to text back and forth to confirm that I was actually speaking with someone at Provo Connection. All in all it was a good experience but there could be organizational improvements that would be appreciated by their customers.

Second time we booked Provo Connections via Viator when traveling to T&C. Excellent service every time. When there are no other travelers for your pickup time (for the shared service reservation), they send a private vehicle. My friends called Provo directly for service the day before their flight back to the U.S. and Provo came through, no problem. Always on time, and the drivers are always very friendly and courteous. We will always book with Provo whenever we visit T&C.

They came right away as soon as we got to the pick up spot at the airport. Easy. Would recommend for your airport transfers!

Company said they would be picking me up at 10:30, and never showed up. When I called and asked where they were at they said they were there at 10. NEVER EVEN NOTIFIED ME OR CALLED ME OR ANYTHING. They didn’t send another driver either, AVOID this company

Provo Connection was excellent. Came right away on arrival and departure. Drivers were very nice and knowledgeable, passing along info that was helpful during our stay. Am using them again on our next visit.

Excellent transportation service. It was nice having them pick us up quickly from the airport and was easy to schedule pickup for departure. Both drivers were friendly. Highly recommend!

So when we arrived at the airport the driver we were supposed to have gave us to a cab so we wouldn’t have to wait. That cab driver was nice, but his van not so much. Lol. Make sure you schedule pickup 24 hours in advance from your hotel to the airport. The guy who picked us up had a very nice vehicle and he was very lovely to talk to. He gave us so much information about this beautiful island and was so very kind. I would use and recommend. For the price it was great!

We used Provo Connection our recent trip to Grace Bay, both to and from the airport. The drivers were friendly, prompt and professional. This is our 3rd time using Provo Connection for airport transfers in Grace Bay and we will continue using them for future visits.

Fabulous ride experience to our resort from the airport. Ian, our driver, was super efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would absolutely hire this team again.

Overall, the experience was okay. I made a reservation to be picked up at 1:30 pm on 12/6/2023 from the airport, however, we waited over an hour. I had to call Prvo Connection to see how long it would take before someone to arrived. The driver did arrive on time for departure, although, I was unsure if we were going to get picked up from the resort as scheduled.

Minimal wait (15 minutes) at the airport for pickup. Only made 1 stop before our resort. Clean/nice SUV. Pretty easy set up for return trip. My phone had really bad connection so Provo Connection reached out to me via text to finalize. Picked up right on time. Another clean/nice SUV. Would certainly use them again.
