Stayed on the island for a week. James was really easy to work with and dropped off a cart at our rental house within 30 mins or the reservation.

Kind of a fun way to tour the island. Didnt experience any issues . The map they give you leaves you making many misturns, but you really can’t get lost.

The cart was so loud that we couldn't hear each other, and it KEPT cutting off while we were driving. It was kinda silly as people were staring as was driving by like the motor was about to blow

It was about a 5 minute walk to get outside the gates. We traveled the whole island to the lighthouse and back. Just remembered you are driving on the other side of the road.

Wally was great to work with! I called and found making the cart drop off at my hotel so easy. Highly recommend! No better way to see the island.

We were very happy with our rental. Easy to pick up and return the cart, employees were nice and helpful. It was about a ten minute walk from the cruise port, had to leave the cruise port area entirely.

This was a very disappointing rental. First and foremost it advertised that they were in the Port. I don’t call having to walk 1.5 outside down the street being in the port. It’s outside the gates of the Port. I am handicapped. The owner did offer to give me a ride when we returned but when we did, he wasn’t allowed in the Port. So we were out of luck. Another Golf Cart Company from inside the Port was returning and offered me a ride. I just wanted you to know this is FALSE advertising that it’s at the Port

Easy to book through website once on island - wifi/AT&T phones work fine. James was super accommodating, bringing the golfcart directly to our vrbo, full of gas, as well as picking it up. Next time I will have him pick us up to/from airport. He was available by text or phone anytime I had a question and checked in during the week to make sure all was good. The carts are super fuel efficient and the island is small & easy to navigate - we hardly used any gas. Exploring all the streets was one of our favorite activities and helped us find some local gems for eating around the island. We'll def be back!

Rented a 4 seater golf cart spur of the moment. James dropped the cart off at our AirBNB promptly. Received thorough instructions regarding the golf cart. Paid in cash. James picked up our golf cart from our AirBNB at the end of our rental. Seamless and stress free.

James with Paradise Carts is the man when it comes to golf cart rentals. He met us at the airport helped us with getting our luggage to our rental. The golf cart was a great way to see the island. We had an issue with the cart and he responded immediately. It never disrupted our trip. He took us back to the airport when our visit was over. I highly recommend Paradise Carts🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Extremely pleased and a great way to see the island.

Exactly what we were looking for. Good price in comparison to other companies. Thankful they had carts available. Many companies were sold out. Cart has been used (older) but was good. If you are looking for a fast one, this is not it. Staff was very friendly.

The ship never pulled in due to strong winds. The policy is to cancel 24 hours before. How am I supposed to know to cancel for that when we're looking at the grand turks and we can't go in. Policy needs to be changed to account for that.
