It was a great experience! Chris, the guide and the driver at the same time, is a very kind young man with a lot of knowledge about the history of Trinidad. He is also a good driver, which is important with all thiose narrow roads to Maracas Beach. It is a scenic drive tour along the highlights of Port of Spain (the Magnificent Seven, the Red House etc) and a stop at Fort George. Maracas Beach is also beautiful, although very busy due to a public holiday. I can recommend this tour to solo travelles, you pay more than the price per person than when you travel with 2 or more, but they don’t charge you double the price. The ladies and the man at the office are very good too. Thanks to Tano, Niques, Gunda from the office and most of all Chris or Christian the driver/guide: you are all doing a wonderful job!

My visit to Trinidad and Tobago was from May 28th - June 4th 2022. I hired the services of Island Experiences located in St. Ann's Port of Spain, Trinidad. I can't say enough about the job that they did from start to finish, from putting together an amazing itinerary for both Islands and then assigning amazing tour guides who took care of every aspect of my tours, pickup and drop off ( Khaleel in Trinidad and Edith in Tobago). I must give them both top marks but I must also give a special shout out to Khaleel.
Khaleel was truly, truly amazing. I travel alone so it is extremely important that I feel completely comfortable with my guide. He definitely has the temperament for hospitality. Yes there was a pre-planned itinerary but he was gracious enough to ask if there were any coffee stops, restaurants, sites along the way, and more, that I was interested in making a stop. He was knowledgeable about Trinidad and extremely accommodating. Any anxiety I had about taking this solo trip disappeared a few minutes into my arrival and pickup by Khaleel. When I arrived in Tobago I informed my tour guide, Edith that she had a tough act to flow. She smiled and lived up to expectations. Edith and Khaleel thank you for a wonderful time on the sister Islands of Trinidad and Tobago!

This tour was excellent all around. I got picked up from my hotel, then was given a tour of the city center with historical references to complement landmarks we were seeing. My guide, Jenelle, was kind, funny, professional yet approchable, and very knowledgeable. I enjoyed walking around, taking photos, and getting coco water. The drive to Maracas Beach was gorgeous. We stopped for the view and grabbed some local snacks. Once in Maracas, I LOVED the beach, and got to try Bake and Shark. All in all, I spent a beautiful day, learned a lot, and saw amazing landmarks, landscapes, all with gorgeous weather. I highly recommend this tour to folks who don’t want to have to worry about driving. You get to see a lot, with a guide who teaches local history without having to worry about traffic, driving in hills, and parking. The tour is well designed: neither rushed nor slow, it provides unique insights. I am very grateful to Jenelle for making this experience a memorable one, and for her incredible recommendations on where to find good books and good food.

Jay was our guide for the day and she did an excellent job leading our tour. We selected a private tour and she was very accommodating to make sure our requests for the tour was incorporated in the day. She provided a tour of Port of Spain providing a lot of background information and showing us the highlights of the city from a historical as well as a modern perspective. We traveled to several sites to get a look out view of the port and then onto Maracas Beach. We had an amazing lunch along the way and spent some time walking the beach. She included a trip to the monastery and returned us to the port on time for our cruise ship departure. Her passion for Trinidad and knowledge were a big part of the tour. Thanks for a great time.

Today my wife,
Sylvia, and I completed the Trinidad highlights and monastery tour with Janelle.
We have been on many tours over the years and this tour stood out as one of the best we've taken. Touring with Janelle was like riding around with an old friend or family member. She is very knowledgeable and as friendly as it gets. Janelle even took a slight detour in San Juan so I could see the house I stayed in many years ago on previous visits. Showing Sylvia the highlights of Port of Spain and surrounding areas and keeping her so easily engaged was handled with ease by Janelle.
We hated for the day to end!!
She is a credit to your company and Trinidad.

Bob is a great guy! My friend and me were picked up on time at our hotel and he showed us the Port of Spain city, Fort George and Maracas beach. A very good driver and he knows the city very well, showing us the best parts. One of the highlights of our tour was Fort George, were you can see the whole city and take a lot of beautiful photos.

My partner and I went to Trinidad to celebrate his birthday and my baby moon (Aug arrival) and I thought the best way to see the city on day 1 would be a city tour. Jenelle was our guide and she was very kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. I would highly recommend this tour and requesting her personally for yours!

I would highly recommend this tour. I was visiting family for the holidays with my bf and wanted to get a quick tour that could fully give him an idea of what Trinidad has to offer. This tour did not disappoint- had minimal communication prior to booking and all of my questions were promptly answered.
A little bit of community, history, Port Of Spain and Maracas beach! Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit and your appetite! I was picked up promptly from the hotel and taken to a few select spots around the city. I got to view places I wouldn’t normally visit and all from the comfort of an air conditioner SUV. If felt more like a private tour and I was happy that I found it!

Please acknowledge you tourist Khalel Mohammed; He was a fantastic tour guide. The best tour Guide we have ever had from any place we’ve traveled. He was courteous patient and very knowledgeable and friendly. He deserves a raise. He encouraged us to try new foods that we never tried before which were delicious. When we come back we will request him as our tour guide again!
