About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- douggL2769FK0 contributionsNeeds better organizationNot good Mostly walking. Very little food. More st kitts history than about local food and cuisine. Would not recommend. Could be greatly improved with better organization.Written June 22, 2022
- Vaughn F0 contributionsGreat Taxi Service! HeyGreg picked us up in a modified late model Dodge Ram pickup. The box was modified with 3 rows of bench seating and a roof overtop to provide some shade. Heads definitely turn to look while traveling in this monster. Greg was right on time and provided a safe trip to and from our catamaran trip. Highly recommend Greg & Beach Ram Tours for your transportation needs while on St Kitts.Written April 10, 2019
- tgm11160 contributionsBest experience on St. KittsPrevious cruises have taken us to St. Kitts before, but we never really felt like we knew the island. Gregory's food tour took us all around the streets of Basseterre. He was a knowledgeable guide on the past and present of St. Kitts, and the food was delicious. There were three stops and we enjoyed what we ate at each one. We felt we really got away from the "touristy" areas and got to see the city and the people for ourselves.Written March 15, 2019
- DBWILLIAMS0 contributionsPerfect Day in St. KittsGregory was an awesome tour guide! I came on a cruise with my 8 year old son. I received such great value. We opted for the open safari vehicle and drinks (beer, water) were included. Gregory took us around the island and literally showed us everything: black sand beaches, churches, schools, how every class lived on the island, the separation of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, historical sites. Then he dropped us off at Cockleshell Beach and returned to pick us up whenever we wanted. We rented 2 chairs and an umbrella for $15. Rum punches were $10 which were a little steep compared to other islands, but oh well - they were strong! There is a guy with a monkey who will let you play with the monkey and take pictures for $5. There are sooo many seashells which was a plus for us since my son collects them. I cannot swim and was happy that I could go out a decent amount without any huge drop-offs. We ordered from the restaurant that Gregory dropped us off at. I had the fish burger and fries which was tasty. Take a look at their drink menu, the drink names are fun! Before you know it, it's time to board the ship! I wish we could've stayed longer:( I can definitely see myself returning to St. Kitts and will use Gregory for my transportation!Written April 11, 2017
- dcmatte0 contributionsGreat food tour of Basseterre!Gregory took us on an awesome tour of some of the lesser known spots in Basseterre. We started at the Soup Cafe which was not only a great location but an excellent start to the tour. Next we visited The Puddin Pot for some Black Pudding, which was seasoned to perfection! The final stop was at a hand shaved snow cone spot that closed the tour on a high note. Gregory has a wealth of knowledge not only on the vendors, but also the history of the city and island itself. We would definitely recommend!Written January 16, 2017
- Mathieu M0 contributionsTerrific day seeing a beautiful island!Booked prior to our cruise (on Viator). Gregory met us at the cruise port and took us on a tour of the whole island with great explanations. Tour was in an opened pick-up. It's a great way to feel the wind and see the island. Our kids (5 and 8) really enjoyed it instead of being stuck in a van. The island is beautiful. We stopped for pictures and then headed to the beach. We arrived before the hordes of people from the cruise ship so were able to choose our spot on the beach. The beach is very nice with warm, calm water. Gregory asked us how long we wanted to stay and came back to pick-us up at the agreed time. Everything was efficient and perfect, including the included drinks (beer and Ting...local grapefruit juice that my kids are still asking for more!) I highly recommend.Written January 9, 2017
- Bonnie L0 contributionsBeachramtours-EXCELLENT SERVICE!This review is not specific to "A Taste of St. Kitts". Because of Carnival during our stay, it was not available. That said we used Gregory for ALL of our transportation! I found him randomly (using Google Search), but from the first trip (from St. Georges Anglican Church to the Marriott), Gregory was professional, fun and loaded with helpful information for our trip! He took me to the Batik Factory (in which my husband had no interest) and was a very knowledgeable guide! I know Beachram offers many tours, and I would highly recommend Gregory for any and all services and tours that are offered! THANKS GREGORY for making us feel like "family", you made this trip a memorable one for us!!Written December 31, 2016

- MaryKruz0 contributionsGreat Tour!My sisters and I visited St. Kitts on a cruise just after Thanksgiving. We had signed up for this tour on line before we sailed. One of my sisters needs a walker so we didn't want a tour that involved a lot of walking. Gregory met us on time at the port and whisked us away in his pickup truck with a converted seating area in the bed. At first we were a little nervous about sitting there but my disabled sister rode in the front seat with him. After we got going, we thoroughly enjoyed being able to sit higher up because we saw everything so much better and could get good pictures. He stopped at the best scenery points on the island and then took us back to town to try some food. We stopped at a soup cafe and had two delicious soups native to the island. Then on to the street vendor to have chicken or saltfish with coconut dumplings and vegetables. Delicious! For dessert we stopped at the shaved ice vendor and had coconut shaved ices which were so refreshing. The vendor shaved his ice dirctly from a big block of ice by hand and had several different flavors of syrups. Then back to the port for a picture of us with Gregory. He was almost like family by then. The food tour had some walking but Gregory was there to assist my sister with her walker every step of the way. If you want a taste of authentic St. Kitts, with minimum effort, this is the tour for you.Written December 23, 2016
- Marie C0 contributionsSt Kitts TourThe highlight of our 8 day cruise! Gregory took such good care of us. We experienced St Kitts and all it's culture as if we were locals. Gregory took us through the Island, giving us a tour of both the history and daily experiences of the locals. We were shown the most beautiful views of St Kitts and then taken to the gorgeous beach! Afterwards, Gregory took us to get some local food! Oh my goodness, you do not want to miss that! I highly recommend Beach Ram Tours and Gregory! I can't wait to return next year!Written December 15, 2016
- msjbrewster0 contributionsSt Kitts Local City Food TourWhile on the Norwegian Getaway Capital Jazz Super Cruise (10-27-16), my husband and I, along with another couple signed up for the local food tour with a beach visit in St. Kitts with Gregory, our tour guide/owner. He was very professional. He took us around the downtown area and gave us a tour of prominent and historical locations. But, the food was the icing on the cake. We visited street vendors that locals patronize and got a treat. From the soup, chicken, peas and rice and shaved ice, etc......everything was freshly made and DELICIOUS!!!! The beach was awesome too! We plan to visit in 2017 and will definitely call Gregory. I strongly recommend if you are a foodie and like to hear about history, you should book with Beach Ram.Written November 1, 2016

How long is the duration of this excursion. How much time is spent at the beach?
Written March 9, 2019
How long do you tour around before you get to the beach? What type of terrain is the tour? Bumpy? Twisty? Too much for a person that gets motion sickness easily? Thanks!
