Had much fun and Justin was an energetic and charismatic tour guide. Loved his energy and sense of humor. He explained everything well keeping everyone safe in the bat caves. Beautiful stalagmites and stalactites formations.

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. Saw several blue iguanas in the sanctuary ... also saw other iguanas, turtles and birds. Great spot for kids - child play area. Trails are well shaded, flat and you will see lots of wild life and beautiful foliage. Easy for young and old to get around. Really enjoyed the variety of orchids. The blue iguana sanctuary has many guys in their own concrete pens. Beautiful dragon looking guys - and they are well taken care of.

Awesome experience. Jaden did an amazing job giving us the time to free roam while also keeping us informed about the caves themselves. Absolutely blew my mind how cool it was to walk through and see the bats flying around. Even got to see them fight a little bit, which was funny due to their small size. Would love to do it again.

It was our first time visiting the Crystal Caves. Ashani and the rest of the staff there made it memorable. A good amount of walking and things to see between the different caves and trails. Our tour guide, Ashani, talked to us about the different caves and plants and trees along the trail. Thank you Caytours for arranging transportation to and from the caves. Such a wonderful experience and beautiful site. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. I loved that the tour guides were all descendants from the seven original families who founded the village. Their pride and passion shined through as they shared a piece of their world with us. Would definitely recommend!

Chris was a wonderful, knowledgeable, friendly guide through this series of striking caves, culminating in a stunning blue lake inside the last cave — I have never seen anything like it. He was a founding worker, having been on the team who prepared the caves for tourist availability, and it was an honor to have him as our guide.

Jayden was a wonderful tour guide! The cave is spectacular, and the foliage is beautiful. Makes you appreciate the natural environment. The staff is doing a good job at preservation too!

This place was awesome. The tour guides made us feel like family and the caves were beautiful. Kids got to own for gems while here and they absolutely loved it. Highly recommend.

Oh boy! We loved our tour at the crystal caves! Yves was our tour guide and he was amazing! He was knowledgeable , easy to follow in the caves and super fun and funny! He made us laugh and we had such fun we didn’t realize how far we travelled exploring the caves. The caves are just beautiful. They are very large so don’t worry about claustrophobia. They are also reconfigured for safety with electric lighting in some parts as well as metal stairs to enter and leave others. Yves taught us all of the history of the caves and made it interesting and even school-worthy for the younger children. They provided mosquito repellent at start of tour but I really didn’t see any mosquitos or insects at all. It is fairly hot so dress lightly. They have a few gift shops where you can purchase gifts or even a frozen cocktail of your choice! We saw 3 large caves out of the 150 caves and each one had a special feature. One was even a “bat” cave. I was a little anxious about trying this tour but it was absolutely a blast! Our other tour guide picked us up and brought us back to hotel and he drove us 40 minutes to the sure all while telling us the history of the caymans and doing a site seeing your each direction. We even passed by Justin Beibers newest home.The entire tour experience was wonderful!

We had a great time with our guide. Justin was very enthusiastic, and pointed out many interesting features in the cave. Beautiful area. If you love birds the area around the caves is amazing. Our driver was also incredibly attentive, and safe. We had a great experience with Caytours.

Very beautiful and serene. The Blue Iguanas are very cool and can be spotted along the trails. Definitely wear mosquito repellent and sunscreen.

This tour is awesome. Our tour guide jaylynn was a knowledgeable young local. He was great . My fiancé even lost her phone on the trail and jaylynn found it on the trail promptly. I would totally recommend this tour . To top it off everyone was really nice . A must do when visiting grand cayman

Justin Jackson was a great tour guide. His positive attitude and humor made the tour exciting and enjoyable. He needs a raise. The caves were cool and definitely worth a tour.
