My favorite excursion
Feb 2020
We tried this excursion as part of a Carnival cruise. This was my absolute favorite! I loved that the tour guides took us on a small hill and then offered to break off a group that wanted more hills (for a small part of the tour) vs. those who preferred flat. A guide in the front and the back helped with traffic control and warned us of any obstructions during the ride. Lots of history and cute stories along the way. Very entertaining and I felt like we got a true flavor of the island. (I believe the guides names were Johnelle and Benson)

Awesome Bike Tour of St. Maarten!
Feb 2020
My husband and I took the 4 hour bike tour of St. Maarten last week and it was awesome! Glad we rented e-bikes because some of those hills are steep and long. We loved our guide, Benson, who was so fun and personable. We saw so much of the island and got a little exercise doing it. I think we went about 26 miles total. We stopped at interesting places and got great information from Benson. This is not a tour for someone who isn't used to riding though. You have to ride in the streets much of the time and there is no bike lane. But for those who are experienced, it is an amazing ride.

Outstanding Tour and service
Jan 2020
We booked our bike tour with TriSport through Vacations to Go as an excursion during our cruise. Benson met us at the designated place and took us out on a challenging and scenic ride. We had selected a ride that was to be about 3 1/2 hours and went from the Dutch side of the island to the French side. A couple of the hills were brutal and we ended up walking part of them, but Benson was very encouraging and never pushed us beyond what we wanted to do. We made it all the way to the French side and to the Fort Louis which was the turnaround point, but decided to cut the return short and ride to their bike shop in Simpson Bay. It was a great workout and a wonderful way to see the island. We highly recommend TriSport and especially Benson!!

Biking in St Maarten

Excellent trip. We rented ebikes which enabled us to manage the steep hills and keep up. We would not have been able to do the tour on regular bikes. Our guides took good care of us in the traffic and made sure we were always safe. Would highly recommend and it was a very memorable excursion.

Sightseeing with some exercise!
Dec 2019
Guide was great. We upgraded to the ebikes and recommend everyone else to do the same. There are some steep hills with traffic so the ebikes help you keep pace with cars and avoid sweating and exhaustion!
We were able to see everything we wanted to and have time for a swim.

Awesome ride
Mar 2019 • Family
We enjoyed this ride in St Maarten. It is quite a strenuous ride though with some steep hills. Our guide was very considerate of the different abilities in the group and took frequent breaks. The tour was great and a great way to see both parts of the island

Ask for electric bikes!
May 2019 • Couples
We did their tour last week.
The highlight of our trip.
We paid the extra for electric bikes and it was well worth it.
Those mountains were tall!
Saw lots of pretty and lots of hurricane remains.
Still talking about it.
My husband is 70 and I'm 62
There was no way we could have made it with out the electric bikes.
Thanks tri sports !

Challenging but wonderful bike tour
Apr 2018 • Couples
This ride was, as advertised, very hilly, but a wonderful way for bike enthusiasts to see both sides of the island. Sandra our guide was delightful. She was very conscious of safety and made sure to customize the ride to our preferences/abilities. She provided lots of interesting historical information as we went along. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our day and would highly recommend this tour.

Fun way to see the island
Apr 2018 • Couples
This was a great way to see the island. Marci and Benson were excellent tour guides and were very knowledgeable about the island. They took to interesting places and even to a local artists' home to sample some rum. Not strenuous at all so all folks can go!!!
