About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Coastal8120550 contributionsA great Anguilla beach excursion!A terrific experience. Highlight of the trip. Was originally supposed to go on a larger group tour, but was happy ended up in this small group excursion instead. Great captain and mate. Safe trip. Beautiful beaches.Written January 23, 2025
- Rob0410 contributionsGreat day with Captain Damian and Coco. This trip was fantastic. Damian and Coco were great. The boat was fast but comfortable. They take care of customs before you leave St. Martin, so no delays. Made three or four stops in Anguilla, all beautiful beaches and good (not great) snorkeling, in part due to cloudy conditions and rough surf. Despite conditions, Damian managed to make a stop at Sandy Island, which was a highlight. Tiny island with one structure and a bar. Sandy beach and turquoise waters. Rum punch and beer and water flowed all day. Lunch consisted of baguette sandwiches and chips. Crab salad was really good. Damian offered many interesting facts about many of the places we saw and visited. All of us (3 couples) had a great day. Highly recommended.Written January 15, 2025
- BoardingPass7833000 contributionsGreat way to visit Anguila's secluded beaches with knowledgeable tour guides.Had an excellent day on the water with our two guides. While the water was choppy the captain guided us through for an excellent tour of Anguilla's secluded beaches where we snorkeled , swam, drank unlimited beers and punch. Sandwiches were provided and we returned back to the docks by 4 PMWritten January 14, 2025
- H9098VLaliciat0 contributionsHorrible customer service. We made a mistake with the time for our ferry booking, and when we called to try to resolve it, we were met with a very rude and unhelpful attitude. The woman on the phone was disrespectful, and when I asked to speak to a manager, she claimed to be the manager herself. During the call, she criticized me for not reading the booking information, even though I had trouble logging into TripAdvisor and mistakenly thought my trip was at 12. While I fully admit it was my error, the way she spoke to us was unnecessarily harsh and dismissive. I was already disappointed about missing the experience, but I was willing to pay the $100 to rebook. Unfortunately, her tone and attitude made an already stressful situation worse, and I felt like my entire experience would be ruined. In the end, we booked through another website for the same price. It’s not just about what someone says, but how they say it. I kept apologizing, but her tone kept getting louder. I hope the company works on improving its customer service approach, as this was a very discouraging experience.Written December 10, 2024
- 530rubyt0 contributionsFun and Leisure in AnguillaWe went on the tour to the island of Anguilla with captain Sammy and Snyder. We had a great time. We had a five year old with us the crew made sure he was always comfortable. We had information overload about the environment and sights we went to was the best. The drinks and lunch was good and the Time at each stop was enough for everyone on the boat. I would do another tour with these guys in a heartbeat.Written November 23, 2024
- JessyTugwell0 contributionsGood VibezJunior and Synder were great tour guides. They were professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The beaches in Anguilla are beautiful we only step on the South side since the north side current was ruff. Book this cause it was fun. Hopefully you have a good crew like we did.. NYC was definitely there to represent.. The music they played was the icing on the cake! Overall gooodddd VibezzzWritten November 3, 2024
- ipsiap20200 contributionsWe visited 4 different areas of Anguilla from St Martin on a speed boat.I really enjoy this tour gives you the opportunity to see all around Anguilla. The captains were really nice, had the opportunity to be in the company of good ppl that are staying different places in St Martin. Recommend 💯Written October 28, 2024
- mskaybeeze0 contributionsSuper funHad so much fun in this tour! The captain Sammy was super nice. I enjoyed my time at all of the beaches. Sammy helped everyone feel nice and get in the ocean. Snyder was super cool too.Written October 26, 2024
- mpetrides70 contributionsAbsolute must do excursionFantastic day. Very highly recommend!! We visited and swam and snorkeled in the most beautiful beaches in Anguilla that I have ever seen. Sammy and Junior, our captain and guides, were great. Sammy, our captain knows how to handle the 40 foot Scarab with two 300hp Yamaha engines. This boat moves and I did not get a drop of water on me sitting in the front. Fun, fun trip to amazing post card pristine beaches. Sammy and Junior actually came to a beach, Mullet Bay, on St Martin that they recommended on our tour, the very next day with a tour group. They treated us like family and gave us free beer and rum punch in the water. Crazy coincidence. Maundays Bay Beach was my favorite stop. The most pristine beach and clearest water I have ever swam in.Written October 17, 2024
- Lorna D0 contributionsA Fun Day at SeaCaptain Sammy and Captain Schnader (I hope I spelled it correctly) were great captains on the Rum Rush. They shared their knowledge of the area. Made sure everyone was comfortable in the boat and in the water. Always had drinks on hand and even delivered them while swimming in the ocean. The sandwiches were tasty. We could not make it to one beach to due the high waves but that is nature for you. Captain Sammy made up for it and took us to another beach. We had plenty of time on all the beaches. It was an extremely relaxing and fun day. The boat had cover over the top so you were not exposed to the sun. We were even lucky enough to race a few other boats on our way back to the dock. I would definitely recommend this tour.Written October 12, 2024
- djkeane1230 contributionsStunning tour with an amazing crewSammy and Junior were both great and kept the passengers entertained and happy the whole day. I’ve done 2 other similar trips in St Maarten and they are tops. Highly recommend this tourWritten September 8, 2024
- dondrep20190 contributionsBest Boat Tour of Anguilla! 5*Wow oh wow, where to begin. Sammy and Junior were both great and personable! The boat ride was enjoyable and was the highlight of me & my sister's trip. Each stop was better than the previous. Turquoise waters and good conversations at each isle stop with both Captains! I highly recommend this tour for the experience in Anguilla, the knowledge captured along with the humor, and will definitely do it again next year!!Written September 5, 2024
- geogiasun123450 contributionsAmazing beautiful anguillaWow! Absolutely a highlight of our trip to St. Maarten in 2023. “Boy” was a great captain and the crew was awesome as well. The beaches were spectacular. Didn’t expect that my kids would go cliff jumping, but yeah, that happened! A memory for the ages.Written August 25, 2024
- corbinh5240 contributionsWorth the hypeWe have never been on a boat tour like this before so overall this was an excellent first time experience. The boat captain Miguel and Coco were hilarious, personable guys who had stories about each of our stops. The rum punch was served all day and without question, with plenty of other drinks to go with. No need to bring your own water as they had plenty of water to drink. Anguilla is a beautiful country with so many beaches to offer that are either just as clear, or more clear than St. Maarten. Shoal Bay lives up to the hype and I will absolutely come back to see that again. The snorkeling was a ton of fun with plenty of fish and reefs to see. There was even a stingray off of Shoal Bay! Overall 10/10 we will look for this specific tour when we come back to visit one day.Written August 20, 2024
- daverJ7093QY0 contributionsDon't Miss This TourWe had a great time with Miguel and Coco. Beautiful day. The weather caused the itinerary order to change, but we still visited the 4 spots listed. Fun and relaxing day in the water and on the beaches.Written August 12, 2024

My family with 3 kids (aged 4, 6, and 8) had a great day with our captain Sammy! We brought snorkel gear incase they did not have small enough sizes. They did have snorkels, but not flippers. They also had small life jackets and pool noodles to float on. Sammy made a killer Rum Punch and kept all the drinks flowing for both adults and kids. He had a great play list and had us all dancing in between stops. The tour lasted about an hour longer than it was supposed to (no problems for us)! We were very grateful for Sammy's knowledge, fun personality, and how great he took care of us. A few things travelers should know: the marine park fee was $30-$35 for our family of 5. This had to be paid in cash before the tour started. Also, the trip advisor tour I purchased said we would have lunch (not included) at Yellow Beach. We did not get to eat here, but were taken to another place where only cash was accepted. I think Yellow Beach would have been a better option. But the surprise cash requirements ate into my planned tip for Sammy.

Captain Nicholas and 1st Mate Diana provided wonderful hospitality while we hit beautiful snorkel destinations (Tintamar Island & Creole Rock) with a stop at the walk up beach at Pinelle Island, Rainbow beach for a spectacular lunch / drinks at the Rainbow cafe, yet another secluded beach for a swim, quick stop to watch the jets at Maha and then back. Only 11 people on our boat - plenty of space & great rum punch. We took the same tour last year and did it again because it was so wonderful. Highly recommend!!

We had an AMAZING experience on the boat with Captain Boy and the other people on the boat. From the moment we walked on we were met with smiles and laughter. The speed boat in itself was so much fun. Captain Boy played great music the entire time and we all mingled over beers and rum punch, what more do you need?? We snorkeled at a few different spots and it was a great experience each time. We saw lots of fish and even saw a turtle! The lunch at Grand Case was unlike any other meal we had, sooooo yummy. We ended the ride being pelted by a torrential downpour and it was actually so much fun. We karaoked our way through it! Such an amazing experience and would LOVE to do it again :) Shoutout to the BEST captain ☺️

Awesome day on the water w Brett. He said his goal was to make our day the best day of our vacation, & it’s exactly what happened. Very comfortable ride even though it was temporarily bumpy on occasion, he knows how to drive a boat & take care of guests. I’d give this tour an 11 plus..excellent day

I can't recommend Robinson Speed Boat Tours enough! Our captain was Adam and our first mate was Charlie. They did a great job making our tour special and told us all about the island. The customer service was top notch, the snorkeling spots were amazing, the provided snorkeling gear was good, and the boat was fast and beautiful. The tour also included plenty of rhum punch, cold beer, and an optional lunch at a great French restaurant.

Captain Nicholas was great. He rescued a pair of sunken sunglasses for 1 passenger and went out of his way to try to find a lost $700 drone on the turtle stop on the french side. I can't remember.the island's name, so now I call it Drone Island cuz the drone is still there having landed on a rock. The lunch stop was amazing. From tne outside and inside, the place is a shack. But the food was amazing and cooked on a charcoal grill with a fantastic combination of seasoning. The lady preparing the food was given a well deserved round of applause by my fellow shipmates.

St Maarten Grand Island Speedboat and Snorkelling tour with Lunch. is the tour we took arranged via 118 shore excursions.
A really good day out, Speedboat with Sami and Irwin in charge and 14 guests. We stopped at some excellent snorkelling places, gear was provided and was clean and in good condition. Managed to see, photo and video Turtles plus too many species of fish to list here. Commentary and information was provided throughout by the two guys who did and excellent job looking after everyone and ensuring they had a great time. One stop was at Grand Case to have lunch, plenty of choice as long as you had rice and beans with it. Very popular place, the food was very tasty and people seemed to come from all over the island to queue to sit and eat. Plenty of refreshments available on the boat, another stop near Mahon Beach to watch planes swooping over your head as they came in to land. Back by 4.00pm with a feeling that you had a full day out.

The tour was fabulous from start to finish. Nicos and Charlie we’re very friendly, professional and informative. The boat was spacious, clean and well equipped. This was one of the best boat tours because it checked everything off our list. Snorkelling with an array of fish and turtles, feeding Iguanas and lounging on soft white sand beaches. If we ever have the pleasure of coming back to St. Maarten we wouldn’t hesitate to attend this tour again.

What an outstanding day it was! We had the best time ever. It was worth every penny. A full day on the water, viewing some of the most beautiful areas, and some of the hurricane hit areas as well, of St. Maarten. Fantastic boat and captain who gave us every minute on the water we were promised. It was my wife and 3 kids. We had a blast and would highly recommend this to anyone considering. I can assure you, we had more fun that day than any other passengers on the cruise ship, regardless of what excursions they booked. Ours was the best and the whole family agreed!

We had so much fun on this tour, saw some places around st. Maarten that we have never seen before and probably wouldn't have seen if we had booked an excursion through the ship. Great for port stops whilst on a cruise, Brett and Dylan were great, knowledgeable and easy going people who make you feel relaxed! Didn't see any turtles whilst snorkelling but did see one whilst on the boat. Our kids are age 4 and 9, both thoroughly enjoyed the day. Highly recommend that you book in advance

Looking to book this excursion for the 3rd time. Any chance we can accommodate 15? I noticed it says hot lunch. Are you still serving sandwiches on the boat? Thank you.
Written November 20, 2021
We went in Aug. 2021 and the "hot lunch" was additional $ and at a restaurant on the French side of the island. There were 10 people on our boat.

Is the ride to various locations bumpy as my husband had back surgery 6 months ago and not sure if he will be able to take the bumping if it is bad. Do they go real fast from ne location to the other? We are coming in late March and I want to book but need to know these answers.

My husband can swim, stand and walk for short distances, but needs his wheelchair to get to the excursion meeting place. It is a fold up wheelchair and does not take up much space. Would we be able to store this on the boat. Prolonged standing or walking causes him pain. So we just need to store the wheelchair while we are on the boat. Just want to make sure we can do this before we book. Thanks for your reply

Are they still serving sandwiches on the boat, or is lunch at a restaurant on Pinel Island again? Also, does anyone know how the the stop at Pinel Island is?

We are a group of 12 and would like to book a tour on 3/16. Would this be available, price and what is the max persons on the boat.
Thanks,

We are a party of 6 arriving January 9th on Harmony of the Seas. A couple questions:
If we book will it be a private tour with no additional passengers?
If the cruise ship can not make port for any reason will we receive a full refund?
Thank you
Written November 20, 2018
Tour groups are very small with this company, unlike many snorkel excursions I have taken elsewhere in the world so you should be quite happy with a regular booking. I don't know their refund policy.

We're coming to Saint Maarten in August on the Harmony of the Seas. Our call is 8am to 5pm. Will we have enough time for this excursion? I want to be sure that we're not pushing the envelope. Thank you.

I think you will be okay, we just went about 10 days ago and had a port time til 6. He had us back around 4 pm. If you communicate this with them that will be helpful as well. It is an AWESOME experience. We were not disappointed!

If they can swim you should be ok. The first stop we made was an open water snorkel so that’s a little tough for little ones. The beach location is great though with shallow water and lots of white sand. You do have to swim to shore so...also definitely take them snacks. The lunch we had was just sandwiches and kids may need more options. Expect to spend your whole day in the sun and on the water. Every kid is different so use your best judgement based on your kids needs.
