        Great day spent
All in all the trip was great. From the ride down to the pitons and the organization of the tours to the falls and mud baths. Staff was attentiv, friendly and engaging. My only feedback would be to censor some of the song choices as you ever know when there may be kids on board or someone speaks creole ;-) Other than that great job Seaspray!

Please do the tour you won’t regret it.
I’m just going to say this it was amazing 8 hrs of enjoyment. We had food and drinks and saw the volcano and did the sulfur pools. It was a beautiful day overall.

        Drink spiked
To be totally honest, I had an amazing time and the activities were fantastic. I fear that one of my drinks appears to have been spiked towards the end of the boat trip - I was drinking the rum punch, but almost collapsed later that day, vomiting multiple times (amongst other things which I’m less comfortable with sharing)! I had a fairly serious fall and had to seek medical treatment the following day, including steristrips and an intense prescription of antibiotics. I had a bump to the head and would not be surprised if I was mildly concussed for a few seconds. I have no recollection whatsoever of being on the boat towards the end, off boarding, making my way home or the ordeal that took place once we were back - I have total memory loss for a 2 hour period. I have never reacted to alcohol in this way or anything like it. I wasn’t going to share this, but think it's important to make others aware. My realistic advice is, drink the bottled beer instead which you can watch being opened in front of you, or order the rum punch with extreme caution i.e. watch them make it like a hawk (making sure the glass is empty before they start filling it, and that the drink is coming straight from the barrel to cup - of course there is no completely fool proof method of checking, as they premix the drink themselves on the boat). I would never recommend any women to drink the rum punch as you would in a fully safe environment, especially if those you are with are also drinking. Seaspray, if you see this - please remind all staff that there is a zero tolerance policy towards drinks spiking.

Fun times on Catamaran along with bus tour and Sights
We had a great time!! Tour commentators were great and gave us interesting info about island. Our bus driver was exceptional in his coverage of history and dates of St Lucia as he drove us to our sights. Make sure to let one of your tour guides take your phone and take pics of you in waterfalls and after you are covered in clay at the mineral baths. Carry cash if you want to buy anything from vendors because they are there and will approach to sell items they make for their livelihood. We enjoyed the snorkeling stop, just wished they had fins to use (make sure to bring your own if prefer fins) current bad so we made due. Wish we could have had one more snorkeling stop. Have fun on way back by joining in and dancing with staff while drinking your rum punch or beer. You can make it as much fun as you want or not, it’s up to you. We enjoyed this excursion!

Highlight of our trip to St. Lucia!
My entire family went on vacation to St. Lucia - 13 of us ranging from 90 years old to 14 months old! We booked a full day private catamaran with the crew on Last Call. It was, in a word, INCREDIBLE. First, the boat was comfortable and safe. We had food, drinks, shady spots for the little ones. The tour was a choose-your-own adventure. We cruised around the beautiful blue waters with time to jump off and swim or snorkel. We made a last minute audible to go to Soufriere and the crew made it happen. We went to the waterfalls and sulfur springs/mud bath. Now for the crew...they were amazing! We actually forgot formula for our 14mo old and Eli ran out to the store when we came to the tours and got us some! Our two little ones lived off the banana bread they made too! The team was so fun, welcoming and really were great hosts to the island. We loved our day, we booked a second trip a few days later so we could do some more swimming and snorkeling near the Pitons. Can't recommend the tour, Sea Spray and the Last Call crew enough! We'll be back to see them again!

        Best part of our trip!
This was such an incredible experience! It was so wonderful we actually booked a second day with this crew! The ship, Last Call, was simply perfect. It was elegant, clean, fully stocked, safe and fun. We had 12 people the first day, ages 1 to 90, from our family. The crew was beyond accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. They had a life jacket for our 3 year old, bean bag chairs to sit on the front of the boat, so much local knowledge, a full bar and they even had homemade banana bread for us! We loved our time in St Lucia, but the boat experience was hands down the highlight of the trip!

        Breathtaking, relaxing, party-forward
What a super day jam-packed with fun! To get a boat tour, snorkeling, boat party, lunch, sulphuric mud bath and volcano views all in one trip was amazing. Most of all, I really appreciated how Nicole and crew kept track of us all throughout the trip. There were a lot of people to keep track of yet she and her team knew who was with who, helped us keep track of our belongings and offered to take our group photos all whilst relaying the facts of the view around us. How lovely to be out amongst such kind folks in such a beautiful place.

        Private Catamaran Charter 8:30a-12:30p
This was a great experience! Aaliyah ensured we were well taken care of. She provided constant communication and was very accommodating. The captain and staff on Jus Tango Boat met all of our needs while on the boat. If you are unsure of a reputable charter to book, this is a great company to go with. Ask for Aaliyah!

The crew, Caption Happy, Marita, Elva, Kevin, made out trip the best day in St. Lucia!
We scheduled a private full day tour for our party of 8, family & friends. We were on Jus Tango with the best crew there is! Captain Happy, Elva, Marita, and Kevin, who were warm, friendly, accommodating, and informative of the history of the area. We were so fortunate to see several pods of dolphins AND, at the same time, we saw pilot whales! Many of each. We had a great lunch with more food than we could ever eat, rum punch, Piton beer, water, and soda. We stopped in Sugar Beach to snorkel, and 3 other coves to swim, snorkel and hang out in the water or on the boat. It was a really great day, enhanced by the warm friendliness of the crew. Thank you all!

        A great experience....
A thoroughly nice experience.... From our original booking experience through to pick up, cruise and drop off, this was a really well organised trip - no hanging around and staff all polite and pleasant. Whilst we booked via T/Advisor, we received an immediate confirmation from the tour co' and a prompt follow up confirming hotel pick up time, so pre-trip experience very positive. Pick up was prompt and after a quick checkin at the Marina, we were on board with about 40 guests and underway. The bar was open immediately and we set sail to the sounds of steel drums. The cruise is approx 1hr 45mins - we travelled around tbe marina, a little way up the coast and then headed south - hence the opportunity for photos-a-plenty! There's a light buffet served just before sunset (sandwiches, crudités, chicken wings, fish bites) and the bar remains open. As we headed for home the crew announce a few dedications (birthdays, anniversaries etc) and the steel drums give way to party tunes and its disco time (aka booze cruise) - don't be put off though atmosphere is very party-together!!

        Lovely day trip
The day began with a sail down the west coast of St. Lucia to La Soufriere. There we were divided into two groups. Most passengers opted for the mud bath, but I opted for the historical tour of the volcano. Our guide told us a lot about the volcano and the surrounding area. We visited Toraille Waterfall and La Soufriere Volcano and then had lunch at a former sugar plantation. Back on the catamaran for the northbound sail, we stopped at a lovely bay for snorkeling and swimming. It was a nice way to see the island by both land and sea.

Booze Cruise - but really well run
First the pros: Well organized and run like the machine that it is. The tour guides somehow manage to corral people back onto the busses (during the land excursions) in a way that isn't bossy, and they never needed to harangue people to wrap things up. The event started and ended on time, and I felt fully informed and confident in each activity. The cons: This. Is. A. Booze. Cruise. It is loud from start to finish. There isn't a moment to be with your own thoughts while looking at the island or gazing into the water. Music was blaring from 9am until 4pm, nonstop. If that's what you expected, then go for it! I was not expecting a dance party at 9am, and should have booked a private tour in retrospect. (How loud? One day, we were in a hotel room and thought we had a new neighbor move in who was playing their music loudly. Nope - it was a Sea Spray catamaran - on the water - easily a mile away.) We're old. We look forward to keeping our hearing as long as possible. And if that's our only complaint (and it is!), then totally fine. I am deeply impressed with how patient the crew was with all of the guests (including me, to be honest). Guests were continually asking the crew to take their pictures for them, even when the crew was obviously trying to work on boat rigging, etc. Also a con - communication in advance of the cruise could be improved.

The cruise is not as advertised. Prepare to be ignored onboard by the staff. In the picture the boat looks quaint but you are with over 100 people, very cramped. Its advertised as open bar but the bar was only serving for about 140 minutes of the 6 hours. One time they closed the bar which is covered because it is raining and the ladies did not want to get 'wet.' I said "you work on a boat?" I offered to bartend for them and then they were angry and opened the bar for a little longer before running out of beer. You will get about 4 drinks total if you really work for it all day. You will spend a bunch of time standing at the bar with their back turned toward you. The best part of the cruise was getting off the boat and doing the short hike to the waterfall. At lunch they ran out of food and two of my guests did not get to eat. I was so embarrassed. All this for $160USD a head. Spend a little more and choose another company.

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the hike! We're sorry to hear that other aspects of the tour didn't meet your expectations. We do have an open bar policy; however, we do not serve alcohol before snorkeling for safety reasons. We appreciate your input and will use it to improve our services in the future.

A day well worth spending, the crew were good informative and attentive. We had done mud baths and falls in Soufriere on a road tour a few days before this and when we booked this we thought we didnt need to do the mud baths again, however this tour took us 3 to a better mud bath and falls than the ones crowded by tours.
