Simple Transfers took 6 of us to and from Friday night fish fry in gros islet. The driver was extremely safe and I felt I was in good hands all night. He was very professional and I will definitely use him again!!!

I travelled all the way from Sweden with my 2 year old baby. On arrival we got picked up on time, even though our flight was delayed. We stayed in the north parts of the island, and I had been told that one could get carsick cause of the roads being curvey. But neither I or my baby fekt anything and I am sure it was cause if the drivers careful driving skills. On our way back home we were informed at the airport that our flight got cancelled. There was I alone with my tired baby at 20.00… Luckily Brad, the driver, helped me with literally everything. From gettung new information on when our new flight would be to driving us back to where we stayed and picking us up the following day to once again drive us to the airport. While also keeping contact with the airport, since I did not have a lucian number and the information from BA was poor. I would recommend anyone use Brad and his company. The cars are big and comfortable and the driver is kind and super engaged in his customers getting the best trip. We traveled during carneval and there was more people on the island, but Brad managed to sort or pick-ups and drop off safely anyway.

We did taxi services during our trip to Saint Lucia, a private tour and airport transfer with Simple Transfers. Brad was amazing and we're so glad we got connected with him. We originally were working with another taxi service and the experience was negatively impacting our time on the island. Brad completely changed all of that, he was so helpful, quick to respond and had such positive energy. Being that we connected with him rather late, he already had other clients for certain days where we needed assistance but still went out of his way to connect us with drivers that we could work with on those days. We were able to do a tour on our last full day which was great because we really wanted to visit Soufriere but were unable to set something up in time. Brad gave us the history of the areas we were going through and stopped to let us get photos. We went to the hot springs and had a great time overall. I would absolutely recommend Simple Transfer and Brad to everyone visiting Saint Lucia. The customer service goes beyond even what I've mentioned here. Will definitely reach out for services for my next visit to Saint Lucia.

Absolutely amazing driver, it’s more than transfers from the airport. He gives you a whole experience and tells you about the island as you pass different areas. He’ll stop and take pictures from lookout spots if you are interested. He is communicative and responds fast through WhatsApp. We didn’t have one single issue with Brad. I’d highly recommend him and would def use him again when we’re going back.

Got recommended by a friend who used Simple transfers airport transfer. Really happy that I choose them instead of the hotel transfer. Brad was so nice and accommodating, made sure to inform me on our location and arrival time. Stopping at viewing points and dropping facts along the way. Highly recommend! Highly recommend Simple Transfers. We used Brad for airport transfers at both end of our stay at Windjammers. If we had been staying longer we definitely would have done a tour with him. Brad is an excellent and safe driver. We used his driving services for two airport transfers and other drives as we needed.
