I decided to arrange airport transfer to and from Soufriere with Duri based on reviews I'd read. He greeted my friend and I at the airport and we had a smooth ride back to Soufriere. He was professional and friendly, and had good suggestions for local restaurants. I'd also arranged a couple of drives to attractions in the area during our stay (Anse Chastanet Beach, Tet Paul Nature Trail, Piton Falls, Morne Coubaril Estates). Unfortunately Duri wasn't available, so he did send a couple of his other drivers, Nick and Hasani. They did get us where we need to go, but Duri was the best driver in our opinion (but we get he cannot be everywhere at once). Duri's taxi service is reliable and reasonably priced, so I would recommend booking with him if visiting in Saint Lucia.

Duri & Darnell are the best. We communicated with these guys months before our vacation and the experience was spot on. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service and tours with these two. A-lot of fun, a lot of memories, a lot of laughs during this time. If you’re not booking these two, you’re missing out. We have ST. Lucia as our second home now thanks to our special friends Duri and Darnell.

I had an amazing experience with Gilbere as my driver from the airport to my Airbnb! I was traveling solo for this ride meeting my friends at the north part of the island. Gilbere was friendly, welcoming, and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. He was helpful with my luggage the moment we met and was very knowledgeable about the island, including tips on the best spots to visit. The ride was smooth even with all the curvy roads. Gilbere made a few stops on the way for me to see some amazing viewpoints! Gilbere became my friends & I’s driver for the time we were in St Lucia! If he wasn’t available, he was extremely helpful in finding someone from A1 that was available for us! Shoutout to Duri for taking us on a rum tour! Highly recommend this service to anyone visiting St. Lucia—it's a great company to use to get around the island! They make sure you are taken care of! Gilbere was polite and the ride was conformable. I was guven license plate information, pick up time and drivers name before the ride. He was punctual and professional.

Highly recommend this tour! The price cannot be beaten. Your resorts will offer these type of excursions, but trust me - you want to book through the Trip Advisor link. You will not be disappointed. We had the best tour guide, Jarvis. He even added an additional stop at no extra charge. The mud bath at the volcano is a surreal experience and our tour guide at the volcano was sooo knowledgeable and funny. Made the tour even better. We made stops at the waterfall and botanical garden as well as the scenic stop for the Pitons. It was just a wonderful day. Also - the car we rode around in was so comfortable and great air conditioning. I also love that it is a private tour so it's just your group. The lunch after was amazing. Best local food we had our entire trip -- Fedo's restaurant. You must go there no matter what!!! If we ever find ourselves in Soufriere again we will do this excursion again. What an experience.

Booked them for two airport trips. One from Castries to the hotel and them from the hotel to Hewanorra. The first pickup they didn't show up. When I called them the next day after taking a taxi service to the hotel, they told me that they had had a computer error and had lost several bookings and had no way to retrieve the list. I had also booked them for a flight 3 weeks later back to the other airport which was only about 15 minutes away from the hotel. Just to be sure, I contacted them 3 days ahead of the pickup to make sure they were on track and they assured me 1:00 p.m. they would be there. Surprise surprise. No one showed. Fortunately, because we allowed enough time and the hotel was close to the airport, we were able to get someone else to take us to the airport and they were less than half the money than St. Lucia A1 wanted. One no-show okay. Sometimes things happen. There are extenuating circumstances but two no-shows is just plain old bad service.

The tour guide was very friendly. We had an amazing time. The sulfur springs was a great experience and the towns people were very friendly. The food there is so good. Will be visiting again.

Amazing company with amazing drivers. During our stay in St. Lucia, used this company exclusively. No matter where we were going, or what time, they always had someone available for us. We had one main driver who took us everywhere we needed to go. And when he wasn't available, the company made sure to send someone else. They provided us with excellent customer service (everyone was friendly and informative) and made our stay in St. Lucia a memorable one. This was my first time in St. Lucia and I'm glad I stumbled across this taxi company. I will definitely be using them again next year 😁

Tour experience was seamless and exceptional from start to end. They were able to accommodate my last minute request and arrived on time. I forgot a few essentials and my tour guide went over and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed, without any complaint. Being able to go solo had the additional benefit of skipping prolonged waiting between each stop, a comfortable ride in the vehicle and close attention to my needs. I had an amazing time at each stop and got professional like photos. The tour ended with a wonderful and authentic creole dining experience. I also received some historical information through the experience. Would highly recommend this tour to solo, small or large groups.

Our family had an amazing time on our tour. Durand (or Duri) is extremely accommodating and patient with our family. We had a grandma who couldn't walk as much, but Duri stopped at all viewpoints so Grandma could see the best of St. Lucia. Duri helped us make a dinner reservation at the Caille Blanc hotel so we could enjoy the most amazing view of the Pitons, and he ride us to and from our Sugar Beach resort. We feel blessed to have had Duri with us; we spent two full days on the private tour with him. 5-star service and highly recommended!

Had a wonderful time with Duri! This was my first time in St. Lucia and he was a great guide. Very professional, attentive, and organized. It was great to get to see more of the island outside of the resort where I was staying, so would highly recommend.
