        Great experience
The views were breathtaking, the experience was invigorating, and the tour guides were knowledgeable. Beginning with our pickup from our resort in an open-top Land Rover, to stops at historic locations, and a “show and tell” of the local flora, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Jojo was an excellent guide even though the appetizers and rum punch left something to be desired.

We decided to do this last minute and it was the highlight of our trip. The natural beauty of St. Lucia is just astounding. It’s well run and the guides know exactly how to time and plan everything. Very kid friendly and easy to do with children.

Zipline tour in Saint Lucia - you gotta do it!!!
Jojo, our driver, was awesome!! He had drinks and snacks for us, and he went out of his way to ensure we had an incredible time! We loved the zipline adventure with Marvin and Jamie, who made sure we stayed safe and treated us to an adventure we will remember always! The guides took lots and lots of photos of us and treated us to a special treat and we had tons of fun! Many thanks from Beth and Chuck from the pacific northwest!!

Lulu is the best tour guide!
Lulu made this excursion truly amazing and a one of a kind experience. She is full of good information about the island, has a way of adding humor and engaging all groups in conversation. She was our tour guide, picture taker, fun fact go to, and ensured we experienced all that we could during this excursion. We saw various parts of the island and country roads, a short hike to a water fall, and a mudd bath to finish up the day. Highly recommend.

Edmond/edwin was the best. He made our experience amazing. It turned out to only be 4 of us and he absolutely crushed it. He was the best driver we could have asked for! The zip lining was so much fun and the waterfall was amazing. Definitely a must do!

12 Great zip lines- - lots of redundancies, really enjoyable! Didn’t do the ATV but wish we did! The only thing that could improve is the truck didn’t have shocks.

        Fun trip for the family
Our family had so much fun on this tour. Our guide Lulu was the best - very knowledgeable about the island and she kept us engaged throughout the tour. Our driver Ian was a great driver and kept us safe. Recommend Tevas or water shoes for the hike to the waterfall and dark bathing suit for the mud bath. We opted to do the catamaran for the return and 100% recommend this option. Got to see the island in the jeep on the way to Soufriere and then enjoyed the water and views from the boat. Best combination!

We were picked up late, because the tour operator sent the jeep to the wrong Bay Gardens. We picked up other individuals which took an extra 30-45 minutes. The guide, Kay, was very professional, kind, and answered all of our questions. The main issue that we had was that when we went to taste fruit, which is apparently part of the money for the tour, the person offering the tastings still charged us money. The family with us paid US$2 per fruit piece. This was supposed to be included, so Kay straightened this out. The hike to the waterfall was lovely, doable for most people if you are able to walk on a somewhat rocky path. The waterfall was beautiful, and you are able to swim in it. I don't think that we had enough time here, but it was a great visit. We stopped to see and learn about the banana plantations. Unfortunately, the tour insinuates that we will visit the banana plantations, but we did not do this, just drove by them and learned a bit about the export of the bananas. This should be corrected in the tour description. Before heading home, we stopped at a local town and were able to buy souvenirs from local people. The water was offered, but it was a large bottle that we had to pass around and pour into cups. Although that was better, environmentally speaking (fewer plastic bottles), it was not convenient in an open-air bus, if we wanted extras.

Lucretia was a perfect guide. Fun, informative and helpful to all. A fantastic ambassador for St. Lucia. The walking tour thru the rain forest escorted by Lucretia and Junior to the waterfall went through forest and fauna that was as good as any we have seen, including Costa Rica. Our fellow travelers were also a joy and great sports. Not exactly a cakewalk as we traversed a few beautiful stream crossings with careful assistance, taking it slow and easy. We were surprised that all of us (most with less than perfect hips and knees) rose to the medium challenges. All were issued mahogany walking sticks that I think turned us into Gandalf’s. The route was not steep and the pace was leisurely enough that all good enjoy and take in the natural wonders. Lucretia provided great information about our surroundings with frequent pauses to take it all in. Did not personally partake of the dip in the waterfall pools but those that did really seemed to enjoy it. Didn’t see any boa constrictors or poisonous snakes but Junior inspired confidence as he led with his machete, just in case!

This was the trip of a lifetime. Our journey began on an open topped vehicle, allowing for a panoramic view of the beauty St Lucia has to offer us. As we drove towards the rainforest, our guide, Kendall, overflowed with local knowledge and provided us with interesting trivia regarding the gorgeous sites we passed. We stopped for photo opportunities at viewpoints and were able to sample some locally made rum at a reasonably priced small business.
Upon our arrival to the rainforest, our surefooted guide lead us through the trees, pointing out the fascinating local fauna that the untrained eye would miss. After a short hike, we arrived at the waterfall. The sun bounced off the glistening water and rainbows chased one another across the surface of the pool. We entered the cool, clear water and marvelled at the breathtaking views whilst Kendall took photographs to help preserve these precious memories.
After we returned to the vehicle, it was time for a quick stop at a local fishing village, Anse La Raye. We were greeted by smiling faces and colourful buildings as we entered. Kendall continued to list fascinating facts regarding this quaint place and we had the opportunity to purchase locally made souvenirs.
Our return journey was short and much of the same as the way there, full of breathtaking views of the island. The tour took around four hours and cannot be recommended enough.

We had a wonderful day experiencing the beauty of St. Lucia on this excursion from Sandals La Toc. We were greeted by Lucretia our tour guide and Edwin our driver. Lucretia was very informative and has a wonderful energy about her. She was able to keep us interested in the history and culture of St. Lucia while pointing out so many sights. We stopped along the way to have a short tasting at Joyce’s roadside shop. Bring cash for a bottle of spices to make your own spiced rum for life. We also met a man who made us special palm leaf souvenirs. We were greeted in the forest by two helpful men providing us with a walking stick and assistance along the pathway and over rocks to the beautiful waterfall. We saw many plants along the way. Next stop was the mud bath where we got into the sulfur spring too. The experience was very nice and highly recommended. We had a buffet lunch with delicious local cuisine and amazing views before heading back to our resort. I 100% recommend going on this tour and if you are to have Lucretia as your tour guide, then you are in for a treat.

Booked this tour, with my wife, from Sandals la Toc, from which we were picked up and dropped off. Our tour was hosted by Lucretia and her amazing crew. I must say, also from a Caribbean isle, Lucretia's warmth and hospitality instantly reminded me of any one of my aunts and she made the whole group feel comfortable. The tour was excellent, a quick and easy hike to a gorgeous waterfall, followed by a stop off to the sulphur springs. this was an island wide drive from castries to sufriere but Lucretia made sure to keep us both entertained as well as informed about the history and culture of st.lucia. A stop for lunch at a local restaurant with a breathtaking view of the pitons topped off the evening. Riding in the back of the jeep was also fun. At no time did i feel uncomfortable or uneasy. our driver Ian was a master behind the wheel. will definitely recommend this tour.

This excursion took us up and down the west coast of St. Lucia. Makiba was our tour guide. She was informative, had a bubbly personality and was genuinely fun to be around. The Jeep was covered on top, but open on the sides. Our driver, Ian, was a fantastic driver. He negotiated the hairpin turns like a pro. The reason I can’t give this 5 stars is the return trip. The driver drove extremely quickly and it was uncomfortable a lot of the time.

Take cash for local shopping. There were some beautiful items, but we only brought cash for tips.

The rainforest hike to the waterfall was incredibly beautiful. We were surrounded by lush vegetation. We were given hiking sticks to help along the way. It was very rocky. For someone with bad knees, I struggled at times.
Lunch was delicious. Local cuisine in a quaint restaurant with a private area for our tour.
The highlight for us was the mud bath. We started in a warm pool of muddy water, got out and rubbed mud all over our bodies. They also had black mud paint to decorate ourselves. We got back in the warm water mud pool to wash off. It helped exfoliate my skin and still feels good hours later. It was about a 6 hour tour from Sandals La Toc.

Our guides Lucretia and Lee were amazing!! Had the best day touring the west coast of the island by jeep. We stopped multiple times, including at a banana plantation, Anse La Raye, Marigot Bay, and at the rainforest hike and waterfall location. Each time, Lucretia offered stories, jokes, and local history which made the island experience come to life. She also helped take photos at the waterfall so we could take some photos together. All in all, we got picked up at 7:45am at our hotel in Rodney Bay and got back around 1pm. A day well spent and many memories made!!

We can't say enough good things about the Rainforest Hike and Waterfall Safari with Island Adventures.

We took an open top jeep to/from the rainforest and passed through so many interesting towns and ports. I love the fact that we stopped a few times to meet the locals and have an opportunity to talk to them and spend a few bucks to support the local economy ($2 for a coconut is a deal in my opinion). We learned so much on this tour.

Lucretia was an excellent tour guide, very kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She went well beyond providing details on the island, culture, towns, and economy. By the end of the tour, she felt like a long lost best friend. She gave us so many details on the hike pointing out each plant, tree, and flower. She took photos and videos while we climbed the waterfalls and soaked in the pools. Again, I can't say enough good things about Lucretia!!

Danny was an excellent driver and promptly arrived on-time to pick us up at our hotel. They gave us the choice to leave the top on the jeep or remove it. Recommendation: remove the cover so you can stand up to see an unobstructed view of the entire island! It was sunny and hot the day we went but you wouldn't know because the breeze from the open top was so nice. Plus, you can stand up to better see the sites. Danny skillfully navigated the otherwise bumpy roads. He pulled over so we can see all of the top sites/views. Love the rum punch he shared at the end of the hike!

Branch met us at the waterfall, helped us climb up, and made sure none of us slipped along the way. It wasn't a bad climb but always nice to have an extra hand to help you up. Branch had so many interesting stories to tell.

If you are looking for a half-day tour of the island, rainforest, and a chance to experience on of St Lucia's beautiful waterfalls, look no further than the Rainforest Hike and Waterfall tour!! It is extremely cheap considering everything that is included.

We had the best time on this tour!! Lucretia was our guide and she provided so much information about the history of the island as we drove to the rainforest. Vincent was our fantastic driver for our open air jeep that sat about 10-12 of us in the back with Lucretia. Once we got into the rainforest, we walked about 15 minutes (easy terrain) to a lovely waterfall where we met native Branch and his little puppy Boom. Lucretia also knew so much about the foliage and plants that we saw- so beautiful. We even made a stop at a beach to swim for about 30 minutes. We really enjoyed getting to know our other tour mates along the way. Definitely recommend this tour!! Lucretia & Vincent- thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. You made us feel so welcomed and we loved our time with you!
