        Thomas is the man!
This hike was very challenging and equally rewarding. It's a short hike, but packs a big punch. You have to use ropes to climb at certain parts, and hands needed near the top. Need at least a minimal level of fitness to enjoy. If you're a regular walker, you'll be fine! Thomas was the star of the show, an amazing guide! Great personality and enthusiasm, and was very knowledgeable about the local plant life and wild life. I was very impressed with his character and overall attitude. Very encouraging and just a cool guy! Also took AMAZING photos. Was comfortable with both iphone and Android and knew how to take pictures better than me.

        Thomas the amazing tour guide
This hike is amazing and highly recommend. What made the hike so memorable was our amazing tour guide Thomas. Super nice, great personality, great energy, very patient and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond with showing us the different types of leaves, scents and what they are used for. If you do go on this hike, definitely ask for Thomas to be your guide. You won't regret it.

        Fantastic Fun on 2 wheels
Excellent choice. We rented a tour on electric scooters. Another couple went with us. Our guide made a line of five, zipping around the north end of St. Lucia. We checked out some cool sites, went to the beach, had snacks and a beverage. It was a wonderful 2 1/2 hours. They took great care to make sure we understood Safety and did a short maneuverability test with us before we ever hit traffic. Safe and confident. It was lots of fun.

Shaky start, but a great tour.
The pick up at the cruise terminal was very poorly organized, and we almost missed our ride. Things went well after that. The machines are well maintained and our guide, Germaine, was very informative and lots of fun. I rate him 10 out of ten. The tour took us along the water at spots, and up to some very impressive viewpoints overlooking the water and large parts of the island. Overall, a great tour. We felt we got plenty of time on the Segways. More than the twenty minutes that I’ve seen in other reviews.

Amazing views of the island and a great accomplishment!
My wife and I came to Saint Lucia for our honeymoon and decided to do this tour as we both really enjoy the outdoors and hiking. We decided for an early ascent as the weather would be too hot otherwise and recommend others do the same. You also need at least 2L of water per person as some parts of the trail are exposed to the sun. Our guide was a lovely chap called CJ who clearly knew a lot about the area and history of the mountain. He was very open and friendly and made the more difficult parts of the climb much easier with his positive attitude and words of encouragement. As we finished in ‘record time’ (according to CJ), we were even able to take time to explore the old WW2 bunkers, anti aircraft gun battery and storage warehouses which were incredibly interesting. The climb itself was a mixture of simple ascending pathways, rocky outcrops with plenty of handholds and more challenging open/steep areas which require the use of a rope to safely get up. The summit is well worth it though with amazing views of the island. CJ even helped us take some lovely photos of the two of us. Would recommend this tour to anyone physically able to take it on. The difficult parts are in my opinion, more of a mental barrier than a physical one and CJ did a great job of reminding us of that and keeping us encouraged.

        Awesome Mt. Pimard Hike
My husband and I had a great time on this hike. It was definitely a harder hike than I was expecting. It was totally worth it though. The view from the top was incredible. Keyz was an outstanding guide. He is very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Great personality. He took safety very seriously and was always watching and helping me through the tough parts of the hike. I would recommend this hike and most definitely would ask for Keyz to be your guide.

Worth the trip if you're adventurous.
The electric scooters were very much fun to ride. We didn't get much of a verbal tour however because the helmets and traffic made it hard to hear. Also, the scooters don't turn like a regular motorcycle due to the wide tires. They take a little getting used to but once learned, were a lot of fun. We did see a bunch of the island and had fun scootering, though. I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Better than a hike, take a Segway
The landscape was beautiful and our guide, Germaine was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and engagement. He also made a point to make safety the most important part of our experience. If you’re thinking about it, go and enjoy the beautiful natural terrain on a Segway.

        Difficult and dangerous.
We booked this tour through our resort. In the title it said extremely easy to ride, back roads, beaches. It was very misleading, thus they have you practice in a yard before going on the road. The scooters are very difficult to turn and the throttle is very touchy, you accelerate so fast there is no way to slowly increase your speed. Several of the guys even had trouble adjusting and were crashing in the yard. (Some even have experience with motorcycles). We had 4 guys and 4 girls in our group. The last 2 ladies in the group could not get the hang of it so they rode on the back of their husbands scooters. I was apprehensive but kept practicing in the yard. I knew I need to take the turns very slowly. So off we go, we were on the main roads, lots of traffic. When you get to intersections you are being told to hurry, hurry, hurry so cars don’t cut through. As I came to an intersection where we were making a turn, the guide from the back came up to block traffic and was yelling for us to hurry. I gave too much throttle and couldn’t make the turn went into on coming traffic and T-bones a truck. My injuries are not as severe as they could have been. I thank God for his provision! I wanted to write this review to make others aware that it is not as easy as it is portrayed to be. If you give it a try, practice in the yard and if you don’t feel 100% confident, ride with someone else or a guide. It is very dangerous and you are mainly on high traffic roads and no beach. Well you see it but don’t drive on it. 4 wheels for me from now on!

        Not off-road!
I have a few things to say about this tour. -these scooters are not like anything you have ever ridden before, they are elongated with fat tires. They do not turn like a motorcycle or other scooter. - people need to know they are not easy to ride. The throttle is very touchy and they DO NOT turn like a regular scooter! - you have to do a riding test before you are allowed to go, which is really good! A lot of people do no pass this riding test,(they end up on Segways) it is done in a gravel lot and you have to do a figure 8 before you can go. - when we booked this it sounded like it was backroads and beaches. It is not! You do go to two beaches but you are riding on the actual roads and highways with all the traffic. It becomes very stressful! You follow the guide, but he is adept at riding these things and you are not! Also there are no shoulders to escape the traffic! - do not do this tour if you are afraid of traffic and the left hand side of the road! -we did have fun but it was stressful and I would only recommend this tour to people who are not easy stressed! Our guide Bryan was pretty good, but I felt he should not have made any turns unless we could all make them at the same time (in busy traffic)! I feel this tour description should be rewritten to let people know they are not driving off the beaten path and they are in heavy traffic on the left side of the road!

My daughter and I did this tour.we were accompanied by 2 excellent and experienced tour guides Brad and kymani. Travelling through winding roads, hills and valleys was truly an amazing experience. The tour guides were so skilled that we felt as though we glided through the picturesque countryside. I would recommend Brad and kymani anytime! Thank you st lucia style experience

We were at the pick up location at 1:30 as instructed by the confirmation email. Waited until 2 o’clock before calling the company to be informed that our tour was canceled. Representative claimed he had sent me an email, which is a total lie. I was not informed that it was canceled and he could’ve called my cell phone to inform me. Save your money, and stay away from this excursion.

Its really a shame that someone who never even got to experience this long-standing and beloved excursion would choose to come online and leave a review such as this. Mind you, this is after he cursed our General Manager and told him to 'f-off' when he was trying to offer an alternative tour time. That behavior is not called for as this situation was a straightforward one. You booked through Viator, but the tour time you booked for was SOLD OUT!! We contacted Viator and asked them to reschedule you for 4pm instead of 2pm. You claim you were not alerted of the change, but that is not something we can't confirm, as that was handed through Viator. They have always been excellent with communication so we believe you were informed. Either way there was nothing else we could have done since the tour time you requested wasn't available. The right thing to do would have been to work with us to reschedule rather than cursing and belittling the people just trying to do their job to provide you the best experience possible. Some degree of understanding is a requirement when on vacation.

We booked the Segway through our cruise ship and we were definitely NOT disappointed. An excellent experience not to be forgotten and we would recommend this tour to anyone. Even in the rain! we got soaked through but it did not stop us enjoying ourselves enormously. The guides on the tour were BRILLIANT, ensuring our safety and that we all got the very best of our tour. Than you to all and would recommend this tour to everybody

King was the best tour guide I’ve ever had and I’ve been on many tours. Absolutely loved meeting him and he was my favorite part of the tour. He was very relatable and easy to talk to. Knowledgeable of the history and he seemed very proud to call this St. Lucia his home. The views were fantastic and segways are so easy to learn!

Had a fab time on our segway tour today.
Keys, our guide was very informative, friendly and helpful. We learned about plants growing on the island. Also Keys told us some history regarding the island, again very interesting.

We were picked up from our hotel which was just a few miles from Rodney Bay. The driver was so nice also!
      Highly recommend.

Started on the right foot but went downhill as the trip progressed. We were rushed through the course, “come on hurry, get moving” didn’t even see a fish pond - our tour was supposed to include fresh native fruit & punch - nope, none… You will be introduced to native medicinal plants… the bus literally made stops on the side of the road, at an abandoned house, and another time on the road in front of someone’s home pointing out plants. I would have thought that could be part of the Segway nature trail. I enjoy segways and have used them doing tours in other places- this was by far the worst- I don’t recommend
